    Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud

I prefer an approx .2-.3 load which is ~2/3-3/4 full. (My drier material is more dense so greater weight per volume). With mids at 10:30 ~6+ hits and then another ~4 at 12:00. I'm not a power hitter, so the first couple hits are lighter, thereafter as thick as I can comfortably hold...

    Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud

Right, there were the original pre-orders/emails, then much later there was the issue with the cc processor and all the emails associated with that, essentially resetting everything back to square one. Later VXL started fulfilling pre-orders and a couple months (?) ago new instructions were...

    Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud

If past estimates here of the number of pre-orders were anywhere near accurate (I don't know what the source was) then VXL may be roughly near the half-way point.

    Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud

The local ACE Hardware store has a surprisingly good inventory of hardware including corks of various sizes. For the HT's bottom joint ~3/4" fits, and for the top ~7/8". These corks are very basic (and cheap), so they need to be pushed in tight to get a good seal, but work just fine.

    Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud

I initially used Grunge-Off as suggested in the VXL vid. Upon recommendations here, I bought some Simple Green regular concentrate along with a couple of corks. Occasionally using ~1:10 dilution and letting the solution sit for a few hours has kept my HT sparkling clean. The water here is pretty...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Right. I'm impressed by EG's array of plug-ins. Appears that the Q's signaling is straightforward. I think your integration of DragonDictate is what makes this extra-cool. Of course that shared freq range used by most remotes is a conspiracy by Logitech to sell universals and Sony to lock...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Very cool. So how did you capture and interpret the Q Remote's IR codes - is that built into the Tira or did you need additional sw for that?

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

As I posted above, "when it becomes available for sale separately". Currently the HT's are only bundled with a Cloud order. In the future they will be sold separately. My wild guess is in the approx $150 range, less than half that ALT piece. And it's designed to be hit directly, not attached to...

    Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud

Essentially, yes. Production quantities have varied, starting very slowly, then being both sped up and slowed down depending on component (like the HT's) availability and production issues. So the production rate has varied. Also, after the initial spurt of pre-orders, it's unlikely that the...

IIRC sm55 posted that it was possible if you throttle the airflow.

Or eliminate the tubing altogether (ref post #4036). :D

    Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud

But the pre-order date, except for the early shipments, bears little relevance to when your turn will come up.

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Yea, the "falling out" was why I didn't go with the slightly larger SSV tubing. The 5/16"ID I use though is comfortably snug on the Arizer piece. With my GonG whip adapter which has a narrow stem I did need to push it on all the way, but it holds. Even so, with my bubbler now I decided to...

Wet??? From what? Back-flow from your water piece? Spit? :D

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

The silicone tubing I linked to at Amazon above is exactly the same ID/OD/Wall dimensions as the Arizer pvc, and it works perfectly in all respects. U.S. Plastics carries a Tygon that works fine, and McMaster-Carr sells similar. As already mentioned, the SSV tubing is larger - IIRC 3/8" ID...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

@Tweak - Personally, I avoid plastics. While heat shouldn't be an issue and it would probably be safe, food container materials are only approved for the manufacturer's specific use, so who knows for sure? Some plastics can absorb and/or leech. MSDS for commercial food plastics is...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Yea, that ALT adapter is a bit on the long side. If it was shaped exactly like the Cloud/Q joints I could have used the Q stock setup with herb in the Cyclone and an empty elbow screen. I did jury-rig that setup but the air ratio is still more than I like, requiring more pull. I actually...
