What airflow setting do you use with the convector?
All closed. With the direct airflow tube since i need more pratice!
I also trying the convector cap with the 5fin ti tip. Great flavor (With itchy nose). But too loose

The current colors are staying and there will be a new blue and purple which are going to be less matte than the ones on the picture.

Oh pear! The matte colors are sick!

Have now received my revolve gen2 sold from the 420.
Can it be that unlike the revolve gen 1 the airflow is more restricted?
Have at the same setting and titan tip a low airflow with the revolve gen 2

look at the way the mouthpiece is inserted. (diagram on the included pamphlet)
You can have it wide open so the airport hole is completely open.

I’ve been testing out the revolve 2 with the convector and holy crap does the titanium sleeve get HOT. You can’t comfortably touch it after a bowl. It goes to show how great it is at cooling but loses its practicality without some sort of heat shield.

The wood and glass sleeves are the way to go.

Interesting. I'm using a Simrell Stinger with an Omni XL Ti stem on the Convector and I really like it. The stem gets warm after a bowl but nowhere near too hot to touch and the titanium seems to dissipate the heat quickly. Haven't researched the guts of the Gen2 Revolve.

How much heat up cycles takes to you to finish a bowl?
While the convector is a good device to make multiples heating cycles in a short time, i see the tip dispels a lot of heat to the stem (even in him own stem). I did try the convector cap in the DV ti tip and it is a huge difference in terms of heat transfer. Seems like the convector needs some kind of fins, because it is a nice device to take multiple normal hits in a short time but it is lack by the heat transmission.
With the revolve it is great if you have the technique to kill a bowl in one/two heating cycles and it will cool down faster but you need a lot of practice.

Meanwhile If you use an armored cap you get a very hot stem, but you kill the bowl in a heating cycle with multiple great hits…so you use it one time and them you put it in the reload or in a leather container and its ok because it is satisfactory with no effort.

Anyway: as you said, with the wood sleeve is free play. And the convector can give a great flavor and its fun to use

It depends on how I heat, and I think that’s the beauty of the convector. When using with the revolve I go super aggressive to clear in 1-2 heats. I use a triple flame to that spreads across most of the cap so that I get both convection and conduction heating

Hi guys, do you think I can push out the steel liner in the wood stem to make stem milk ?

I definitely would not do that. May while it’s warm, after Vaping a bowl, press a piece of cheese cloth through, and heat that in the milk instead.
Aah yeah good idea, I'll try that !! Thank you
As the liner was rotating with the mouthpiece because of all the reclaim, I thought it would do no harm to remove it.

Hello Everyone!

I’d like to introduce MAD Heaters with our first product, the Sense. Our goal is to deliver high quality induction heaters and accessories for the Dynaverse and take these products to the next level.

I’m going to start off with a huge thanks to everyone in the beta group for all the help and input, especially @TommyDee and Sn00PiG who helped me tremendously all along the way to get this project to where it is now.

Sense by MAD Heaters
Temperature sensing induction heater for the Dynavap.
( STILL UNDER DEVELOPMENT! )

MAD-Heaters-Sense-Temp.jpg

I’ll try to keep it brief for now with the features and we’ll go into the details in the following months as we get closer to the release.
Keep in mind that the specs can still change at this point.

- 2x 18650 battery powered, easily replaceable with spring loaded connectors.

- Approx. 90-110 heating cycles

- USB-C balanced charging - 1.5A, 4 hours to charge.

- Regulated output controllable up to 70W. Heating time at the selected power value will remain the same throughout the whole battery cycle.

- Temperature adjustment from 120C to 240C in 5C increments.

- 3 Activation modes: Auto, Manual and Hybrid.

- The heating chamber’s glass is illuminated by RGB LEDs with customizable colors, effect and brightness which is also visible on the bottom side.

- Recessed magnet with touch protection for cap cooling and a de-capper tool.

- Puff counter.

- Powder coated aluminum shell in 3-4 colors and 2 styles (radial brushed top and painted).

- Monochrome OLED Display.

- Approx. 112mm (4.41in) x 54mm (2.13in) x 25mm (0.98in) + 3mm height for the top island.

- Approx. 155g (5.47oz) without batteries, 245g (8.64oz) with batteries.

- Other features to be revealed later.

Regulated Output:

Our regulated induction heater uses custom circuitry and a processor to control the current drawn from the batteries. It maintains your power settings consistently, so when you set it to 70 watts you'll get 70 watts of output until the battery is fully depleted. By selecting a lower power you can slow down the heating speed to achieve denser clouds and better flavor.

Replaceable batteries:

Just remove the magnetic door and swap the batteries on the go. The spring loaded connectors protect our battery wraps from accidental tearing and make the replacement process easier while ensuring that there is always a good contact.

RGB LED:

Customise the illumination of the device: You will be able to choose your preferred colour and brightness level individually for standby and heating. The lights which can be seen from both the top and the bottom of the device also give an indication of a low battery level and various features yet to be revealed.

Activation Modes:

You will be able to choose between 3 different activation modes to heat your Dynavap:
1.) Auto - Automatic activation when the DV is inserted into the chamber. You can pause the heating process by holding down the fire button.
2.) Hybrid - Press the fire button once before each automatic activation.
3.) Manual - The heating is activated with continuously holding down the fire button.

Charging:

When it comes to charging, our priority is battery health and safety.
The USB-C balance charger will check the voltage of each cell and ensure they both have the same voltages when fully charged. This is a critical factor to monitor, as if one of the cell’s voltage increases or drops below the required voltage range the battery could get damaged.
The 1.5A 5V input will take approximately 4 hours to fully charge the batteries at a healthy pace, making sure that they won’t get hot during the process.
The display will show the approximate charging time, which will vary depending on the input power.

MAD-Heaters-Sense-Charging.jpg

Decapper tool and magnet:

With a pocket friendly device a hot magnet can become an issue if we don’t pay attention where we grab it so we made it recessed to make it more protected from an accidental touch.
Ever been in rush to load another bowl? Just slide your hot VapCap into the de-capper tool next to the magnet and easily pull it off.

You can find the interface preview HERE . The greyed out parts are to be revealed later.

Expected release: End of June

Price: TBA

Better be prepared to WAIT. That announcement was over TWO YEARS AGO! (3-22-2021)
:)
Two years in which he has released two versions of an excellent stem and almost two versions of an excellent container. In addition to the future vape and the future mini container he talked about
I would love to see the sense. But this was great anyway

I know, I own both V1 & V2 stems plus accessories. Great devices, but so far, after the initial splash announcement of an interesting new IH, it seems the company is just a stem company now?
My Fluxer Deluxe is still going strong, so I don’t really care, though like many I was hoping for some newer technology to make it into the IH world. Goes to show how different it is to launch a new electronic product….. :(

would say a full vape company since MH is working on a vape, having its own ecosystem. And don’t worry, he hasn’t abandoned the ih idea
:)

And you have a fluxer! What a envy!

Unfortunately I’ve received an email from the payment gateway that I use on the website (VivaWallet) to stop shipping to the US from Monday next week due to the shipping restrictions on vapes. It seems like there will be no solution for the foreseeable future, however the MH products will still be available from Vgoodiez as before and I might be able to take orders through email.

Because of this the Reload G2 pre-order will start sooner than planned, within a day or so with shipping still offered to the US until Monday evening.

I expect to ship the orders with Reloads in 3-8 weeks. Check the video below for the colors - the debowler tool is missing from the ABV pots, they’re still in production.

Changes from Gen 1:

- 50% more volume
- Improved threads
- Armored cap compatibilty
- Tool for the future MH vaporzier under the lid
- Other small improvements

RRP £45 ( approx 46 USD) with mini pot included.
