TinyMight / TM 2

Yeah everyone has their own preferences and there are so many different ways to use this vape, another way it is awesome!

Grav stems do not appeal to me honestly... RBT Splinter stems backwards are what I use as plain glass WPA for 18 mm, perhaps those can be fine with shipping to Europe still somewhere??

Maybe you can contact Nicholas, the French stem maker for TM, I think he had a website for Europe, and America we had been waiting for Amazon listings that never went up I don't think...

If you search maybe you can find, there were other threads, maybe even within this thread, with links to other type of stem options for people in Europe and such... But I think the best bet is to go with a WPA and then you can get any standard glass, from anywhere, like DHgate, that's why I always say get all the WPA options from TM to try as well!
in australia sadly, cant find any rbt splinter stems either
i did get the tm wpa but ive only tried it once, i have a huge bong from aliexpress i tried it in thats just far too big for my lungs so i havent tried it since :(
i should try it with my little dynavap bubbler, but idk about bubblers i think i prefer just a stem, just wish it was longer so it didnt burn my lips

anyone got a tm in australia who knows where to get compatible stems?

Does TM not sell the other TM anymore? The 18 mm that does not have the glass screen and can fit the cooling unit? Either way a basket screen should still fit in front of the glass screen if you want too btw
I don't know. Did you make that basket screen. My local shop only has round screens.
Oh yeah no I was talking about just using the screen in general to hold the herbs on the one side, not putting the screen on top of the herbs after, that I never do, sorry for the confusion! I always use my TM upside down pretty much except I have a female glass cooler where I use it standing up really...

I was saying you could try getting a WPA that just not have the glass screen, or using a basket screen in front of your glass screen, I don't know how you are grinding your herbs, but for a finer medium grind I prefer to use a screen, so that's most of the time.

It is worth skimming through the thread to find more stem and vapor path ideas!
Did you get a screen and bend it?

Yeah I guess with a 500+ page thread they are not an untested seller. I haven't read through the whole thread but most of what I have read has been positive. I might just go ahead and purchase.
Edit; just purchased and the email the sent me was info@tinymightvape.com, not admin which is listed on the website.

Oh, yeah, I would email them replying to ask your question about shipping now for sure! Hopefully they get back to you, also welcome to FC!!

@ibrokemypie Oh that makes things a little trickier! There is a member here who is in Australia I think he has one, he definitely has FW7 and got some stuff made, but it was an ordeal on the shop got shut down or something... I would look on DHgate, you can get a J hook, at least, and another smaller bubbler... Check the cheap glass thread and the J hook thread! In the glass section

@andrew`124c41+ email alan@toasty-top.com he can sell you a glass stem that will fit the TM with 14 mm tip, and basket screens to fit in it!

My other rimless basket screens are from RBT, hard to find now, and from Delta 3D studios. I'm sure others were suggested in here too? Can order more basket screens from TM! Yeah a local shop is not going to be helpful ha

Thanks for the welcome and help!
I got a nice reply email to my original bounced mail. Not sure what happened but came from the other email addy. Anyway, it put my mind at ease. I'm a long time S&B products vaper, so this is a little traumatic (in a good way). :)
Looking forward to trying it.

a friend of mine got tinymight today. he's been trying to figure out how to get good taste, at setting 5, but he said with 3 different strains it just tastes like 'rosemary' , he didn't wash the stem tho. i guess it's needed too?
does he need to clean the heater, and if so, how?
thanks

PS
he has the regular stem with the cooling unit. not the long stem.. so maybe the filters need to be cleaned?

He definitely screwed up by not cleaning it first, there is machine oil on all the metal, the cooling unit in the stem, primarily would be the problem... Also better to get better flavor without the cooling unit at all, use a WPA and a J hook instead... Also turn it below five! Hahaha if he's going for flavor, start as low as possible and temp step tiny bit by tiny bit, I'm usually finishing bowls around 5, the flavor is not great there lol (well especially after I get all the flavor out lower) The heater itself would have just needed a burn off which would have already happened now...

Ever since getting my tiny might back from repair, the thing rips even harder than it used to. Used to start at 6 and temp step up to 8, dry.
Now if I start at 6, it's noticeably hotter and the clouds are larger. I'm starting at 5-ish instead. Rips through small amounts of flower (0.1-0.2g) faster than before - in only 2 short hits now. Impressive.

I got my TM in MD just outside of DC in just a couple of days....over Christmas no less. He responded to my emails quickly except for over Christmas when they were off...and he apologized which was unnecessary. So far, I have had no problems. Unlike the XMaxV3, this one makes a strange buzzing noise as it heats up...not the haptic feedback. It bothered one reviewer on YouTube but it does not bother me...kind of cool actually....the only super sonic vaporizer with afterburners....the Blackbird of Vapes lol

We should support him.

Haha that noise is the resistance, or something or other, as the heater is active, there are actually many other vapes that do this, TM is far from the only one btw!

Similar experience here. I sent my first TinyMight back (after a period of productive use) due to increasingly poor performance. The unit that I received back was way hotter, generating huge clouds at 5 compared to 8 or 9 on my old unit. Yes, impressive.

I also like the small heater hum. Seems kinda cozy to me. I do sometimes find the LEDs distracting. Although when I use my TM at night outside I can pretend I am landing a plane!

My order status went to "shipped" within hours of ordering, and I have now had a few emails with them. I had read earlier in this thread about delays so I was kind of expecting to wait ages so this is a pleasant surprise. I am in Australia so it will be interesting to see how long it takes to arrive.

Ha ha. Actually, quite sober. I am always like this. Runs in the family.

Australia, you have several things going against you. You say you are down under. How can anyone get anything to you if you are under something :-)

In all seriousness... I assume your government allows these. I ask because I have been surprised watching Sky News how crazy the governments of both Australia and New Zealand are dealing with the planedemic. I mean the mandates and lock downs are as bad or worse than some of ours.

They passed some legislation here restricting shipping this stuff to certain states if I remember correctly.

Do they do that in Australia?

Sky News is not very accurate; it has it's own agenda. It's no where near as bad as they make out. There are no lockdowns any more, and where I live none at all.

Bongs are banned, and so are nicotine vapes recently, but herbal vapes like the tinymight should be fine. We have medical cannabis here so you can get prescription buds, and vapes are the recommended way of administering the medicine. I have purchased several vapes and got them here no problems. There are outlets here selling vapes, just none stock the tinymight. I recently had my S&B Mighty break down and I was so annoyed at the cost that I decided to go with the tinymight, and it's longer warranty.

Now for bubbler owners ... be honest .... who has loaded it up, turned it over and went to hit it and left the damn plug in
My mini bubbler from Tm will be from day to day, and I'm also interested to know it, is this process really like a splint in the ass? :)

Have Vaporizer, Will Travel...The Paladin Hard Case For the TM.

Ok. I went to Virtual Glass, a shop in North Bethesda. Great glass by the way. Check them out. They actually teach glass blowing. They have some really cool stuff.

Anyway, I saw a soft case with dividers that would be good for the TM. But, it was 80 bucks. I also thought about a custom case from Case Builder in NJ. But, again...a bit pricey, especially since I think I came up with a solution. I will be happy to hear what you think. This project cost me 12 dollars for the case at Harbor Freight and about 6 bucks for a can of Plastic Dip from Home Despot.

The reason for the Plasti Dip is that the case has pluck it yourself foam. By spraying it after I shape it, I wind up with a more sturdy foam. I have been doing this for years with HF cases which are just about as good as Pelican for a lot, lot less. I have cases for radio equipment, a portable amateur Satalites communication elevation/azimuth rotor...my point...that I trust the cases. They have not failed me yet!

Each picture in sequence goes down one layer. I may put some other things in like the charge cable. I don't use the cooling unit so I left it out.

I actually have not tried the TM bubbler yet. I have a nice WP. But, I will try it and make a comment. But it is certainly portable so it fits well as you can see.

Not the most elegant, but on the battlefield, who is going to notice!

The final layer of pluck foam has not been plucked!
20211231_104356.jpg

So, there you have it... tactical vape case for those tough time when you are in country, whether the jungles of south east Asia or the sands of the middle east.

What a picture this would make... M16, M60, and next to them my tactical TM, 14 mm fitting ready to rock and roll. Lite em up...bring in the arty and air support!

Finally I make it to the top of Hamburger Hill, my M16 slung over my shoulder and my TM in hand.

Hmm, I forgot to ask one of the captured enemy soldiers if they know where I could find some good weed!
Semper Fidelis
Happy New Year

PS: I mean nobody any disrespect...just my twisted humor. I had friends over there. I was ready to go but by then, the lottery was in effect. I still have my draft card lying around somewhere...number 259!

PSS: I did think about putting the XMax V3 Pro in there as a backup, but I don't think it has been battlefield tested. It is kind of dainty... although the black color does lend itself to stealth Black Ops.

Anyway, it comes with a really nice box which won't hold up on the battle field, but works fine at home :-)
