Any more recent news about the Mighty+ and when it might be released?
Not just yet unfortunately. If it doesn't come by 4/20 it's like we'll see weed legalized everywhere first!
Maybe supply, and demand, would be such that they would need to wait till after Covid restrictions to make everyone happy?
I'm faced with a huge decision, after Mighty bit the dust the other day. Never coming back; the case is in several pieces and even though I thought I might reassemble and hold it together with some baling wire wrapped around the outside, in the process somehow I must have shorted something on the board 'cause it is a goner, that's all she wrote, case closed, this parrot has expired.
I spent several days wondering whether to replace it. During my years with Crafty/ Mighty the rest of the collection has grown nicely and I have a somewhat strained wallet lately.
The hardest part is not having a vape that wife and I can share as a leisurely, mindless session vape (at home or in the car, etc.). Six other terrific portables in the house but none of them suit that purpose.
Wife and I have shared this sacrament for going on 50 years, btw.
I narrowed it down to getting a Mighty or Crafty+. For about a day. What the heck, it took me burning through 4 Crafty's to finally land with Mighty and what a world of difference that made!
Okay, next hurdle is whether to wait for Mighty+. I sure wish S&B could give some inkling of changes we'll see. As far as that goes, I do see improved area around the bowl with Crafty+, no more "railings", it is now solid which has got to be a good thing. I'm willing to assume that if they have changed the formula for the PEET case to strengthen (as some have guessed about Crafty+) they would naturally have done that for og Mighty, as one of its incremental improvements. Likewise with batteries (the "20% more").
But as for actual user features, we don't know enough to compare og Mighty to Mighty+. I feel that S&B is being unfair in this regard, having taken so long to roll this product out.
So, I've decided to go with the sure thing at a sale price, an og Mighty, and all the goodies packed in with it that will cost extra for a +. I'm feeling shocked that it took this much angst to settle it.
My kids may inherit vapes rather than a house, but... wtf.

I tried to press them before on how the new Crafty+ housing material is improved, or in what way.
But they either didn't fully understand or pretended not to, as their answer was simply, "improved as in better"!
That means we can't really say if it's that new solid bowl edge design, a different PEEK formula they've used on Crafty+, or a combination of both.
The Crafty+ is out nearly 1.5 years and nobody, myself included, mentioned or suffered cracking yet so that seems good.
Also, the 20% extra battery addition we saw on Mighty and Crafty a few years back is not really the same thing as what they've done with the Crafty+ power circuitry now.
That 20% extra seemed to add more sessions per charge, but this new rework has the Crafty+ heating up faster (68 seconds to 180c) than a 20% extra battery Mighty that was even plugged in. We could expect a heat up of under 1 minute from a Mighy+.
The newly thought out housing is bound to feature on Mighty+, and we know it will have improved heat up times (as they've said that part).
I assume it will also have the top of the stainless cartridge heater poking through the bowl base for a slightly more aggressive vaporisation and extra clouds from the start.
There is also the possibility of more airflow.
Bluetooth won't bother me, even if they ditch the screen because i never seem to change my settings but the screen seems to be a big thing for some.
I'm not in a big rush to get one either because my Crafty+ is very capable of what I need.
I do agree with ya, the og Mighty is a really great vape. As is the Crafty+, and even an og Crafty is pretty powerful! I loved my og models and only sold them to go +!
