TinyMight / TM 2

They both fit, that's why I linked both as well above, they are the same width, one is just deeper... The ones you don't want are the 14 mm stem screens, those are too small width
Oh ok. Is that the deep screen that's was in the screenshot above? I think I want that one.

Received my jack-pods from VGoodiez via USPS. I snagged the only ones that were available, the 10-pack with the loading tray. I haven't messed around with the tray and probably won't.

I did an initial run with the jack-pod in the Grav Upline Taster (GUT), which is my primary motivation for getting these. The TM is my first stem-loader and I'm maybe overly focused on making the loading and unloading process with my stems as simple and as mess-proof as possible.

The jack-pods look like they'll hold around 0.2 grams. I'm usually partaking on my own, so a half-fill is what's going to be typical for me and that's what I loaded for the initial run. The pods won't actually slide all the way into the GUT, getting stopped at the rim by the edge of the jack-pod lid. But the pod itself seemed stable inside the glass.

Because the lid area of the jack-pod is outside the GUT, I'll need to take care that the GUT isn't pushed in so far that the lid of the pod is making contact with the heater screen. If you're not familiar with the GUT, there's (I guess) embossed lettering on the body of the stem, with the words Grav and UP, and a red triangle, in a three-level stack. With the lettering facing you and the GUT inserted into the TM, the red triangle is furthest from the mouthpiece. As it happens, having the GUT positioned just so there's maybe a 1/16th of inch of daylight between the triangle and the top of the TM chamber seems to keep it from making contact with the heater. So, that's helpful.

My session was more than pleasant. I haven't been using the GUT a lot, so my basis for before/after assessment is not the best, but taste seemed good (for GG#4) and I don't think there was any big reduction in vapor volume. Maybe a bit less clouds, but I'm not reaching any conclusions after just one run with it.

After doing three or four normal hits, I took a couple of hits on the TM without the oven on, in order to see how much heat is actually getting transferred and retained by the pod. Based on the lack of any detectable vapor, I'd say not so much that it spoils the convection heating.

When I went to unload, I failed to turn the TM upside down and the jack-pod fell inside the TM chamber. There was no spillage, and that's likely because the lids are a snug fit on the jack-pod. There was plenty of clearance on the sides of the chamber, so getting the pod out was no problem. Prior to my session when I was testing the loading and unloading of the jack-pod into the GUT, it was possible to eject the pod by blowing through the mouthpiece. Nice.

The AVB was very uniform, probably the best I've seen with my TM so far. With the pod only half-filled, I gave the TM a few gentle shakes about halfway through the load to simulate a stir. Maybe that helps. I don't normally stir.

I also have the TM 10/14/18 WPA and plan to use the jack-pods with it. I think that is potentially going to be a bit different experience. There is the same issue with the jack-pod lid not being able to slide all the way into the (smaller) WPA chamber, but there's the additional factor that the jack-pod pretty much perfectly fills the WPA loading area, meaning that the bottom of the jack-pod is in contact with the glass area separating the chamber from the rest of the GUT stem. I don't think this is a big problem, but I'll have to try it a few times to really know.

I'm not sure if I'm going to use these in conjunction with the stock glass/CU stems, but if I do, it would probably be only with the XL stem, as I think the pod may push the cooling unit too close to the business end with the short one.

Only one session, but it's looking promising in terms of what I was hoping to accomplish.

If anyone else using these with a TM, I'd welcome any tips or suggestions.

Is there any way to cut off the red light on the TM? Just kinda hard to be sneaky using the TM at night when it glows red while you are hitting it.

Here you go:

My unit arrived 2 weeks ago and the manual still not mention about the two stealth mode, only just vibration off with led light.

But if I repeat the process without turning off the tinymight led light off with vibration on.

For lazy people:

- turn on the "SESSION" mode: click click click and hold

- turn temp to max

- click

- turn temp to min

- click

For the other stealth mode dont turn off the vape and repeat the process from turn temp to max.

For reset to normal remove the battery.

If you were you asking about the screen I posted a picture of jammed up against the cooling unit (marked 12mmx8mm) I bought those from Aliexpress but I have to double check the depth now as they might actually be 6mm. The description says 8mm but also states 6mm lower down and I can't say I ever checked to confirm.

Never has any other vape I know of........had people searching for a screen from every possible source to fit this stock stem for a couple diff setups.

People.......let me help you all out......MAKE YOUR OWN SCREENS TO FIT. lol seriously....its like your all looking for the perfect magical fit basket screen from some manufacture that fits another product. (i'm not referring to pods at all)

Nothing wrong with that....but you waste time and money as you can quickly make what you need.

Buy 7/8' or 1 inch screens, then several 1/2 domed and soldered screens.

Get a nice pair of small stout metal scissors.

Use 10mm and 14mm male joint ends to form the sidewalls.

Bamm.....done deal....widdle away and make what you need.

😉

Yes people are going crazy trying to find a damn screen! What I did, was cut a couple of screens to size with metal scissors. I have a couple of Volcano screens, that I trace the old screen on then cut it. It comes out fairly round and I can easily form it into a cup. You don’t need to make the screen perfectly round, but as long as it pressure fits in the stem, I push it down about and inch with my fingernails and that’s it.

Yes of course that is an option, but the screens from Mist do fit perfect being the correct size, and they are much much nicer (high grade steel basket with no seams)

I've honestly feel like mine lost its power fairly quickly and is continuing to do so. It will not leave the scorch pattern from heater that it would when I first got it is becoming harder to pull vapor. I don't know if there's something I can do or should I contact maker?

How old is your unit? Have you tried charging the battery externally, or tried a different (recommended spec) battery?

Only a few weeks I use a the battery it came with and a RadioShack battery that has same specs. I always charge externally.

And you're positive you're placing the battery correctly, with the smaller terminal facing down?
As an experiment, it might be interesting to see if the performance issues occur with both batteries, or if they only happen with the RadioShack battery.

Also, has anyone used or had luck with "The Master Adapter" from Sneaky Pete? Link here.
I just picked up a water pipe from my local head shop so I want to make sure I have an adapter that works when my TM arrives. I emailed the store, and that's the adapter that they recommended. I'd feel better knowing someone has actually tried it, and that it works.

Here's the water pipe.

Hard to see from the picture, but there's a small, disc-shaped, three-hole perc at the bottom where the vapor feeds in.

@Tranquil – Nice bong! I saw Sneaky Pete using the master adapter with the Tinymight in his first impressions-video, so it should work fine.

@iDRINKBLEACH – Definitely try some brandnew batteries, preferably the VTC6s. How many sessions are you able to have with one charge?

Both batteries are equal it seems when it comes to power. I thought the same thing and found no differences.

Would my batteries already be drained after a few weeks? I am getting I think around 4 sessions. Run it around 7. I do have a bad habit of killing batteries...

@Tranquil both batteries seem equal. I'd say I feel like I've lost about 20% power. Most noticeable on starting it's harder to get vapor started

I think someone else with performance issues had dirty threads and/or contact on the battery lid/hole. I’m not sure that was ever verified to be a big issue, but it’s probably worth looking and cleaning yours if they need it just in case. Since you charge externally, you do have more chances to get dirt/oil/etc. in there.
