TinyMight / TM 2

Hi guys! I'm thinking about getting the TM but as I normally vape hash and wax/shatter with my Arizer Air I want to know how well the TM performs with it. Any current owner has tried?

@dzoinp, did you, or could one, use a dremel to grind out the cork?
In fact it is better to cut the cork rather than grinding it.
The cut sides don't degrade so much and will stay clean aftertime due stem pressure to its sides.
Otherwise, kind of destroy the cork in flakes by grind...
If you have the time & patience, get an exacto knife and cut fine slices.
Check the process continously and repeat.
And protect your thumb!

For me its the best to use with hash or bubble hash or concentrates, i found that to use this kind of material i always had to use it with a flower bed, the hash mixed with the greens.
The TM is the 1st that i actually used only bubble hash, i am afraid of dropping to the heater but i use it upside down with a water piece and to make that connection i found and RBT stem, there is already photos of this solution.
On the go i won't use this solution since im afraid of something falling to the heater but at home is very very nice, especially if the hash is good.

Page 99 you can find 2 solutions for hash / bubble hash / concentrates

Cheers

Thanks for your answer, great solutions! I like the healthstone but I doubt I manage to find it here in EU so I'll stick with your method. Where did you find the RBT stem?

EDIT: Volcanic stone should be safe to use? I can get some and make it fit

RBT stems can be found on Vapefiend

https://vapefiend.co.uk/collections/rastabuddhatao/products/milaana-glass-mouthpiece

If your order them just be direct and say where will you use so Vapefiend can try the stem on a TM before sending, there is slightly different dimension that can "mess" with the perfect fitting so beware of this, i found also a different solution on page 101, The panhead/shovelhead post from Newvape also available at vapefined (but now out of order)

https://vapefiend.co.uk/collections/newvape/products/18mm-post-3098

Im not sure since i dont own this but the same advice if you go for this, ask them to try on a TM

The healthstone is from the G43 so i guess you can find on Buds site

https://shop.vapelife.com/collections/parts/products/healthstone

Hope it helps

Thanks! Shipping from vapelife is not crazy so I think I'm ordering some and a RBT stem on vapefiend. I think the healthstone is nice for outside usage without being afraid of material dropping on the heater.

I wouldn’t hold out waiting for one of these to come back into stock... I’ve been waiting to buy one since last October :bang:

I'll just order the RBT stem, seems solid.

Didnt know that, im just trying to help on different solutions for an WPA, but i can see myself using this instead of the original stem...since its titanium i wouldn't break it like i already broke 2 OG stems.... i just want to know if the CU fits ok, this way i could notice the differences between glass and titanium and at the same time i could walk around with the WPA always just in case i can use it, my RBT stays at home since its the only one i got...

Anyone who also owns a flowerpot and is looking for a WPA. The panhead/shovelhead post is a perfect fit.

@Easywider can you reply if the CU fits ok inside the Newvape titanium stem? And do you notice diferences between the use of titanium and the OG TM Stem? In terms of flavour and vapor temp?

Cheers

Love the cork top/cover idea for the (short) stem! I happened to finish a bottle of wine last week and the cork wasn’t much wider than the stem, so these must be non-wine bottle corks or at least corks for larger, non-standard bottles of vino. I gotta try to find some wide ones. I thought that starting carefully with a drill made sense. I don’t own a dremel but many drill bits which might accomplish the same thing.

I’ll ask again as my question was likely lost in my previous post: are there any tapered stems out there that hold the cooling unit? I couldn’t imagine using the Tinymight natively without the cooling unit. It’s such a great vape! :peace:

I had a small package show up today (ordered March 10) that I had completely forgot about. Thank you @Abysmal Vapor for the tip on the Airistech Bubbler http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/tinymight-vaporizer.44563/page-87#post-1453913
I bought mine through Aliexpress for $5.02 USD (shipped) and from an initial inspection and function test I'm really impressed. It fits perfectly in my unit and has a nice deep 25mm bowl. I can't wait to test this little guy out.

Ok....just tested this Airistech bubbler stem out with a tiny bit of water....just above the slit holes. (this is the level you want on any of these small stem bubblers).

For sure.......with water....it does not work at all ....lol Probably the worst design in a mini bubbler I have tried so far. Water always comes out of the mouth end. You can though pull really light on it and it functions....but for this vape...no way. As hard as a draw you need....this will not support water use.

Probably a good one without water though for minimal cooling if you do not like the stock CU.

damn it, I'm a tinymight fan, and I love it every day . now that the new 4 pieces of vtc6 have arrived, I use tm more often than my other vapes. the main thing is that its power is enough to complete the maximum extraction at 100% and the batteries last for a long time. and it is extremely convenient, my friends who smoke Bong and have not tried vaping, today were delighted with it.:brow:

Unfortunately the CU does not fit. This one would only be good as a WPA. The titanium gets uncomfortably hot after use. It’s one of those “ if you have it, it will work” solutions

Yes...it is addictive just because it is fun to use.

It also simulates doing B hits very well.....I think that is why I like it so much....back to vaping like my roots of combusting. If I were to use any vape to get someone to convert....TM and Dynavap are probably the best for that one purpose.

I might suggest, for those trying to repeat, use a drill bit the same size of the outer diameter of the cork. Drill a hole in a piece wood. Place the cork inside the hole. Should be a tight fit. Then drill a small pilot hole in the center of the cork. Follow up with a 16mm or 15mm drill bit to make the final, larger hole in the cork.

Just an idea that might be quicker than a dremel and require less time.

Sorry, I missunderstood how the cork fits the stem.
I was thinking on tapered 14/19 stems and work the cork from the outside, as a Milaana or Lil Bud. My mistake.

To be true I made a handful AA battery protection corks for my MFLBoxes a couple of years ago using the dremmel technic with the same sanding bit, but they ended being so much coarser than yours.
I'm not coming back to these items (neither MFLB but sporadic) but if I had to remake these corks I drill them almost to the fit and instead of sanding I use this kind of woodworking tools:

PS: I like the built-in stirring tool so much!

My unit arrived 2 weeks ago and the manual still not mention about the two stealth mode, only just vibration off with led light.

But if I repeat the process without turning off the tinymight led light off with vibration on.

For lazy people:
- turn on the "SESSION" mode: click click click and hold
- turn temp to max
- click
- turn temp to min
- click

For the other stealth mode dont turn off the vape and repeat the process from turn temp to max.
For reset to normal remove the battery.

Lot of people asks about shipping time, because of the virus I think its much more now. I ordered mine at jan 24., and arrived to a european country at march 16, 7,5 weeks.

I like the extra stealth mode even if I do sometimes enjoy light shining through the glass stem. I just need to not blind myself when I flip it over haha. Yeah this virus needs to piss off, it's messing up what should have been an epic all month long 420. I did fire up my Tinymight a couple nights ago after a 5 week break and wow was I ever high. Probably the smallest bowl (0.1-0.15g) I have ever used in it in an RBT short stem though water and I was on another planet! It was so good I had to go back for another slightly larger session later that day. The only shitty thing was waking up the next morning with some chest pain again. Looks like a few more days off but at least my trusty Tinymight will be waiting for me :D:leaf:.

I know some of you have added a mouth piece to the end of the stem to have a smaller opening to draw from.

While I'm patiently waiting for my TM to arrive in (hopefully) 2 months.
I was just wondering, could you Mod a large stem and heat it with propane your self and reforming it to have a small opening/more pipe like mouth piece?

Or do you know any off the shelf adapters that do this job nicely.
I saw a RBT stem with J Hook is an option but this seems kind off impractical.

I haven’t watched it myself yet but this might be of interest...

Testing Alternative Tinymight Mouthpieces

Easyflow Stems China

Yeah i watch a bit of this stream live, mainly because of the tittle /alternative TM stems (5.20 onwards till the stamped and splinter stuff), actually George showed some interesting alternatives, but i notice, after making some questions, that housing the CU wasn't a top priority when ordering the samples.... for me having a stem with the length of the TM short stem without the CU is probably to hot for me... so housing the CU should be a top priority....
Off course the one with "dimples" will not house the CU but George mentioned that the dimples could make some cooling effect but im not convinced.... he also had some straight stems with not so wide MP that interested me a lot but would not hold the CU, maybe the thickness of the stem wasn't took in consideration, only the outer diameter for perfect fitting in the unit... Is worth to look at the stream to take some ideas, i did mention the importante of the CU to George, i just hope he take this concerns in consideration because cooling the vapour is very important... and i vape at low temps.... For WPA i already have the RBT short stem
