im stoked that you put it on your blog! but honestly this was just thrown together pretty quickly. ill work on some different versions and see what improvements can be made. ill do some tshirt mockups also if you want.

have you thought about hats? im tellin ya that Flexfit is where its at over New Era. i say that because New Era hats are all fitted.. meaning you gotta get a specific size for your head. the flexfit hats come in 2 sizes. s-m and m-l and those 2 sizes will fit anyone. and they also offer a ton of different styles of hat. they have the flat billed MLB style hats just like the New Eras stuff.

anyway, that pic was just a quick thought. im am however excited to see the reaction its getting. makes me believe that im getting into the tee/screening industry with some substance.

oh and i wanted to say that the skateboard companys were doing this full zip up hoodie stuff before anybody else. before LRG and Ecko and all that. and even though im not much of an Ecko fan anymore id say that stromtrooper piece is so damn ill.

ill keep at it as time permits. thanks for the kind words all!

This vape made me tear a little, just saying. Any way I could get the voltage and amp specs? I'm wondering if its possible to make this portable via lipo.

@2clicker - I got some ideas we can work on, I'll get in contact with you offline.

@budballer - When we let PowerNerd3K out of the VapeXhale Labs for some food and water, I'll see if I can get those specs for you. We had looked into the Li-On Polymer batteries already and we do plan on utilizing them in future vaporizers but in the interest of time, version 1 of the Cloud will be one that you have to plug in. Nonetheless, if you could jimmy up one of our Clouds to work with the portable battery pack, you will be the envy of every vaporist (including me) on the planet.

Since it is Friday, I figure I might as well show off some glass porn. Straight from the VapeXhale Lab's, blown by our very own GlassMonkey, I present the VapeXhale 8 arm HydraTree :D

Check it out on our latest blog (http://vapexhale.com/index.php?opti...hydratree-version-10&catid=4:general&Itemid=6) and if you like what you see, please feel free to use the "share" button so others that aren't part of this forum can get a taste of what is to come from VapeXhale

Look, I come from from farm country. We know these types of hats as they've been issued at birth for at least the last 60 years. I believe I know of these Flexfit hats you speak of and they get high marks. Better than fitted hats even. That is, IF they're like the ones I got from Vriptech where I first experienced the Flexfit. Vriptmaster hats are very nice for some Cali guy...lol. They get the farmer stamp of approval and that's hard to get.

vapormonkey......I think you have flexfit hats confused with adjustable hats with the snap enclosure in back....they are different. Flexfit hats are like pro MLB hats.....not adjustable strap in back but the have some lycra back there so it can stretch to accommodate different heads. Unlike adjustable hats these have a fully closed back, like an MLB pro hat, and come in 2 sizes s/m and m/l.

adjustable....

@oc513 - having some technical issues with my video editing software but working hard on the videos, sorry for the delay :uhoh:

Hats would be definitely cool. It dawned on me, after I went to the local skate park that the VapeXhale logo is one that the kids are really digging. I don't think I have ever gone out wearing one of our t-shirts where I didn't get stopped on the street.

Although we are a vaporizer first company, once we launch the Cloud, I will definitely be focusing on our apparel.

Just got some new pictures from Vertigo, looks like my buildabub is about to spend some time in the kiln to get annealed. Happy Friday to me, I love it when I have new glass on the way, it has been much too long since I added a new addition to the glass family.

The logo is perfect, I wouldn't touch it. And I believe the "monkey" association is a great differentiator you can build upon.

I like that hydra tree design so much more than the vertigo one. The hydratubes having a recessed joint just makes so much more sense IMO. If the Sovereignty gridded hydratree is like this I may be needing to change my order from the SGW showerdome.

:o That is one nice looking piece of glass. Seriously, I can't stop staring at it. Simply beautiful.

Question -- will the hydratree be able to stand up on it's own when not atop the cloud?

Oh no, I know what Flexfit is. We aren't that backward
Those hats are the best I've found. even better than fitted. And ya the cloud vape monkey apparel will be very popular with the youth because it's "super vape" related. I mean c'mon, what could be cooler?

I mean this is like the 2010 version of the 60's pot leaf. Vaping is so now...so cool...so hip. So ahead of the curve.

A friend of mine and I got into a debate about something to do with the Cloud. He stated that the Cloud was going to make vapes like the VHW obselete. I felt that there are still subtle differences that may make people prefer one over the other, and (more importantly) that the VXC will make the Extreme equally obselete (as one can simply buy a VXC, a cyclone bowl, elbow, and whip to make an extreme with an all-glass vapor path...with no fan, of course). Still, people may prefer one over the other despite the similar (projected) cost and included hydratube but...

Maybe we can meet in the middle and agree that the revolutionary/evolutionary design of the VXC is likely to impact the sales of both units (and most-likely many other units too).

PS: I, too, really dig the VXC logo, all of those spectacular glass designs, and that zippered hoodie!

I gave Vertigo creative freedom to do it the way that he wanted to do them. The style that he made is is very reminiscent of the way BC 2010 (see below) also makes his modular pieces. Sometimes you just don't compromise an artist and let him do it his way.

We really, really appreciate all the positive feedback that we have gotten on our VapeXhale Labs (VXL) HydraTubes. We invested heavily in glass blowing equipment and searched long and hard for someone that could help us with capacity planning and that had the skills to make HydraTubes that would be similar in quality to the "Big 3" but could help us crank them out if our demand continues to grow.

GlassMonkey has been blowing scientific glass for over 25 years and these are his first artistic pieces. He has really impressed me with his ability to combine science and art to create beautiful glass that we can all enjoy. This 8 arm tree is just the first of many tricks up his sleeve and with guidance from our Big 3, I really expect to see GlassMonkey make a name for himself in this industry.

These HydraTubes will be able to stand on their own but when they are not in use, it would be better off to put it in a safe place. We will be coming out with CloudStation shortly that can hold 4 HydraTubes but will also offer simple glass stands as well such as the one's that people use to hold their bowls/slides like below... Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

I concur, absolutely beautiful pieces of glass that seem to combine art with science. I hope science always remains the focus with art a nice by-product. Simply gorgeous pieces of glass. I mean really...

I've got the line on top quality hard-cases to carry your array of tubes and even the Cloud itself for transportation. Just mention FC is a pm and you'll receive a 15% rebate on the final sell price. The Nanuk 920 is the perfect size case for this application. You'll love these.

@Progress - good to hear from you buddy, it has been a long time! Hope all is well in Philly!

@Vapormonkey - those Nanuk cases are very, very nice. Even better than Pelican which I always thought was the holy grail of cases.

@HazyDays - We are hoping to have a EMEA model shortly after the US version is released. US release date is still a bit hazy (no pun intended) but we are getting very close to finalizing the specs and going into production. There are still a few wrinkles to iron out but good progress is being made.
