Nope 12:00!! I didn't believe it. I had a big "don't believe the hype" speech ready haha. 5 min after vaping I'm thinking well at least its clean. 5 min later and BOOM I was happy with my purchase :D

Thanks for your opinion on the LSV vs. The VXC. If you look at the first page of this thread, there is a link where I detail review the VXC vs. The LSV and VHW.

I would disagree that the LSV provide similiar performance and hits. The VXC is leaps and bounds over the LSV in performance IMO. We're talking about a heating element in the LSV that tends to be spotty in the bowl, and requires much more stirring, and simply can't produce the low temp thick vapor the vxc does. I'm surprised a vxc owner would have your opinion, but you're certainly entitled to it. EVERY person who has tried my vxc and lsv have agreeded much better perfromance from the vxc.

Taste is partial. But I believe the vxc tastes better then the lsv. I always assumed it was the air path on the lsv passing directly over an unprotected ceramic heating element vs. The glass air path of the vxc. But in the end, its my opinion vs yours and others.

I haven't touched my lsv in months. No need, don't look back. When I got to test drive the vxc before release, and then had to go back to the LSV, I hated it. It was seriously frustrating to me, and seemed to be a huge downgrade in taste, vapor thickness, low temp extraction and ease of use.

The vxc works better with small amounts too. And the bowl system is far superior. Low temp even extraction in the lsv was always a problem, and lack of an on and off switch and hash marks make it much harder to dial back into the v spot. I'm going tob assume from your name that you're a 7th Floor junkie, which is ok. Lsv is a very good vape, and versatile. But I haven't posted here in weeks, maybe months. I had to chime in to post my opinion, and that of those around me. When it comes to comparing the two, the VXC is far superior in all aspects IMO. Exspecially performance and ease of use. Out.

I just got back from a 16 day motorcycle tour. I only used my solo a few times per day. So I get home and fire up the cloud. It pretty much kicked my ass. lol :)

Looking for something for the vapor sloth who seems to have everything? Do you like Baccarat crystal? Hate all those little nick-knacks lying all around the house? Well, with permission from the spousal unit, better to ask for permission than forgiveness, I have re-purposed this Baccarat votive candle holder into a HT stand.

I used some left over pluck-foam and heat molded it with my coffee mug warmer. I'm going to secure the foam with some rubber cement and also put some wet suit material on the bottom. This thing is so heavy it is perfect :D

Well done! Beats the hell out of my beer koozie...err...HT holder. Though, I must say the beer koozie is a great low-cost option. I got the idea from Stu, I believe.

I started a FB page for Evolver Glass and thought I should give a way a real gong stand for your HT considering the last few posts :ko: it Would work with any of the brands so come and likey and it would be a random pic when it hits 200. Also I will be offering some other goodies. I see a hookah is in order and I love making hookas with like a 40 slit shower head.
maybe a stemline chamber with a male gong to make your HT into a double rig to use with the Cloud as it makes a functional stand too.
maybe some other irresistible offerings, I would hate for someone to waist their money on some low quality glass that its only benefit is cheap which in the long run, it aint!

Just please dont ask me for a custom HT. Those will be coming in time and will be offered thru VXC.

Thanks everyone for the feedback and let me know any other thoughts.
I cant promise I can get back, I rather be making HTs so everyon can get their hands on a full unit!

He speaks the truth... One of my life principals is to never buy cheap things.

    http://freelancefolder.com/the-fast-good-and-cheap-pricing-method/

You can't have all three... so I go for fast and good... or just good (and slow)... never cheap. When I buy cheap I end up buying 3 or 4 of the cheap versions of a product in the hopes that one of them will work as well as one of the more expensive versions of the product. That does not always hold true, but generally works for me.

I'm waiting with baited breath to see the deal offered to FC users, since I didn't pre order originally. In the meantime, is there a post which outlines the differences in the 4 different choices of glass available? I have been hyping the VXH to so many friends I can't wait to get one to show them the long wait was worth it.

On another topic, I have a friend who claims he simply cannot get the desired effect by vaporizing with my Volcano, and after trying many times, he now turns it down and goes back to combustion. I am totally effected however, and love the sensation much more than smoking. Are there people who can't really take off from vaping or is it because he simply smokes so much during the day that by the time we hang out late in the evening, he is fried? I know at parties I will pass around a bag a few times and people stop partaking after the second or third round. When I ask them, it's not because they don't like it, it's that they are toasted! And at parties I tend to run about 6 or 7 bags through the V, as opposed to regular sessions which are like 3 or 4 bags at the most. ( however I do tend to pack very large bowls)

It looks very cool for sure. I would just be afraid of hitting the tube on the crystal. Awesome idea, though :)

Hey NYC! I too am waiting for the FC discount... you know it's gonna be better than 4 elb's, but I doubt it will be like a 10% discount like some "retailers" offer here. Anything is better than nothing in my eyes and i'm just appreciative that they will hook us up. With respect to the glass, there are the obvious differences between the tree perks and showerdomes, but i'd like to know what the difference is between the Evolver hydracirc and the VXL hydracirc.

Your other topic is a little off topic :) But i'd go with what you were saying about smoking all day. Even if I vaped all day, the night time vaping wouldn't feel like I was getting "more medicated". Then again, some people just like the feeling of carbon monoxide, o2 deprivation, etc. and get accustumed to that feeling. Solution, dump Cano and get them to get the Cloud! :)

Yea, pretty much what Jurassic said above.

Jurassic, the differences between the Evolver HydraCirc and the VXL HydraCirc is that one is made by glasstafarian (Evolver Glass), and one is made in house by someone in the VXL labs (if I understand correctly). Other than that, I don't think there are any differences.

You'll notice on previous pages, I've asked this question, and eventually accepted the response that the only difference between the percs are only noticeable to glass connoisseurs. So I chose the HydraTree and it's pretty awesome.

I just hope that VapeXhale starts selling HydraTubes independently, and maybe even that storage box.

As far as people who don't like vaping, well I used to be one of them. However, I used a bad vape about 10 years ago and that poisoned my view. So I had some problems and needed to switch from combustion to vaping and I am happy to say that I have not looked back. The Cloud gets me more medicated than anything I've ever used before, including a Gravity Bong (at least in my recollection and opinion). I have a friend who has an EQ and a WISPR which work great for me, but he says they don't work for him. So I can't to have him come over and try the Cloud.

Using it at night is definitely much different than using it first thing in the morning.

I wish for a wood pathway instead of the glass...it won't break and perhaps water leak won't ruin it...what do u think???

The pathway is not getting dirty anyway...

Thanks man, I think you are referring to VXL's "the artist formerly known as glasss monkey" lol So really THAT's the ONLY difference? I wonder what a glass connoisseur could notice other than the layperson? I'm just trying to figure out if the Evolver is worth the extra $50 or not. I'm not a connoisseur, but i'm pretty anal, and want the best if that's even possible. I don't want the tree perk or vertigo HT, just due to ease of cleaning, and read about some QC concerns with vertigo (and SGW) earlier on in the release. I guess i'm leaning toward the Evolver, but just wanted clarification before I rule out the VXL showerdome. It's hard, because usually the responses are "you can't go wrong with either", but there has to be a reason for the difference in price. And to be honest, i'm not really sure at this point way they stock both? Can anyone shed more light? Is the Evolver "better quality" in terms of symmetry, etc.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! lol The Cloud is PERFECT!! I'm 10000000000000% this will NEVER happen ;-)

Hey Jurassic, I believe that the Evolver Hydracirc might be a tad shorter in length than the VXL Hydracirc, and the Evolver has a inversed "lip" instead of a normal one. I don't really know what it's called, but you know how bongs have a thicker ring of glass on the outer surface of the opening where you put your mouth? The Evolver has the thicker ring on the inner surface of that opening, not the outer surface.

Also, judging solely from videos I've seen, it looks like the Evolver Hydracirc is better at stacking bubbles than the VXL Hydracirc. This might be due to a difference in water level or the relative heights of the two HT's, but if you watch the videos you will notice that the bubbling action goes higher in height in the Evolver than the VXL. I've noticed that my Evolver's slits are uniformly slightly slanted, with the top of each slit pointing to the right - this might have something to do with the enhanced stacking, as the Circ/Showerhead perc in my HVY bong and my old Zob both only had vertical slits, yet this Hydratube seems somehow better at stacking bubbles than they are.

Been a while since I posted. Last one was a brief review of the Cloud. Since then, I've sold my Volcano, Extreme, SSV, and Herbalaire. Gone, done, and not missed.

As has been said many times, there's no one "best vape EVAR" but damn gents, if the VXC isn't pretty f*cking close I don't know what is. Is it perfect: nope. But what would I change? Maybe add a digital read out. Or maybe add some unidirectional valve to protect against water getting in the vapor path (someone else noted this a few pages back when m0sh broke his). Other than that, I got nuthin'

I've never had something that hits so hard, so smoothly, is so damn efficient at extraction, and is just plain bitchin' to use. And when the next version of the Cloud comes out (whenever that might be) I'll be first in line. Because if their first try is this good, I cannot f*cking wait to see what SM55, PN3K, and Robot come up with next.

    Rock on VXL!
