ehakim, hitting the box with out a stem is called "native" and it allows precise
temp control as the heat can be felt directly on your mouth and tongue.
Some of our members only use the box in the native mode while others
prefer stems, tubing and water filtration.
Have fun experimenting with all of ways that the box can be used.
I usually employ the stem, but in public I usually go native for more stealth.

Finally got around to snapping pics and sending them in... now the waiting game begins. Considering it's around noon... I'm about 40 miles from them... hoping by the end of my shift Saturday I'll have some goodies in the mail? We shall see...

I feel like once I get this PA, I will be equipped with everything I need to get through life.

Great tip OF thanks I never thought to wax the tools I use in the rain. It always irks me to have a new tool rust from being in the rain for like 5 min. I did the same as buildozer and waxed my box the other week with some Burt's bees I had. It works great put another coat on after a week. The wood liked oils in there anyway I think. It shined up nice got a box of Powerex 2700's last week and I should got some a loooong time ago, i can't wait to try MF's new ones when they are available if they top a Powerex they must be the shiznit

let me just say that I loved my box till the very end. and the end was yesterday. I sold it to my buddy with all it's accessories for 200. the finishing grinder,pa,WPA/wpw and a 10 inch beaker. it's a nice setup but when I did the math to get my .mflb to work how I wanted .it was then I realized how much I spent. reality check! . I miss you mflb,you planted the vape seed in me(figuratively)
but I introduced someone new to vaping .that's what it's all about,and that's how I pay it forward!

Rubber ring in bowl, on top of the screen, came loose, then after that, it seems I pressed down the screen on one side, trying to somehow press the black ring in.

make sense? defect? my fuck up? still hits though!!! burning some retarded Flo this week...0% couch lock, 100% rainbows.

I just pulled the black ring out.....box still works. It is my home box, so should i just keep it if it is working. I hate to waste resources.

i just heard back from magic flight about the warranty... i guess they just do photo proof that your box isn't working now.. i live a couple hours from san diego and they didn't ask me to send it back, the email just said to rip out the screen, break lid, cross out back, write last 4 digits on front, and take pics of front n back and email back w/ subject reading: Activate Warranty... aside from the subject title, that was the first thing they had me do, but i guess ill just resend the pics again to be safe...

I was actually just looking at the retailer sites. There's one (I forget which) that has the box for sale for $119.99 BUT it comes with a bonus 2piece space case grinder. Put dry bud in there and it'll grind it surprisingly decent, as long as you put enough in it. I only mention it because Space Case grinders cost at LEAST $25 at the local headshops... So thatgs a good deal, and if not sell it to a friend for $15 and buy a coffee grinder.

The best tips I can give you are:

Fine grind. Finer than packing a bowl/joint. The finer the better, my coffee grinder can get it down to the consistency of table salt. Finer grind means more surface area and it will vaporize more evenly as well as vape faster/provide more vapor faster.

Dry material. I usually grind all my medical at once and let it sit on a piece of paper for some hours or so. When it's dry there is tless water moisture to vaporize as well, so the vapor has a higher ratio of cannabinoids to vapor compared to fresh/moist bud that will also have more water svapor.

Have fun! It takes a trench or three to get the hang of it, but once you do, you'll love it. I hit mine anywhere I need to with confidence. Smaller hits that I can fully absorb, no vapor, small enough to palm and slip into a pocket. Save the "abv"and make edibles. Depending on how well you vaporize it, it can be surprisingly strong. I've had some stuff that ~1g of flower/bubble mixed with peanut butter got me too high! And depending on how well it's vaped, it might come out almost entirely CBD/indica as hell. Sedating, hypnotic, perfect for pain and sleep.

Please explain why it costs from the Magic FLight website, 10.99 UPS ( NOT the post office), to ship a micro grinder ( those really cool new ones they have, with the grinder right over the bowl), and two glass draw stems?

3oz of weight, and smaller than a cassette?

my box is the best stoner tool ever, but I am not stoned when I saw that at checkout last night. 35.99 for a grinder is fine...look at the thing it is a small micro work of art, but I have some integrity not to spend 11USD on shipping from CA to CO.

I don't work for them so I couldn't tell you. Email them. Not sure how integrity plays into a shipping charge, but if you don't want to pay it, don't? Like I said, I use a coffee grinder but was simply pointing out that the specific retailer's package included a brand name grinder for free.
