Although I don't find the Nano too impressive (thin glass and the matrix perc isn't being used to its fullest like it is in the bubbler series), that Sovereignty gridded downstem goes perfectly with the tube! I love that combination. Must have very little drag.
Never hit matrix nano but dragless perc nano is a gas! Don't like Moby's diffy (or diffys in general) and the gridded matrix diffy looks like maybe overkill, not unlike its second chamber. This is pure speculation on my part until I can hit matrix nano to compare. :2c:

OK, kids. I have photos. I am not trying to be in competition for the most obnoxious over-poster of glass porn. I had the setup for some jewelry shots and decided to take some to share.

This is my non-fancy "oil rig"- great for scissor hash and bubble as well. it's also my first GonG bong that my wife brought back from Toronto!

@aero18: Let me make just a couple statements about my matrix nano. First off I've owned toro/sgw/wilsons/glasstafarian/mobius. When it comes to glass thickness, so far the Mobius nano feels the thickest/sturdiest, feels like it could take a fall without breaking(but i wont test that :p )

Second - Although the matrix isnt used to its fullest, if it was, it would have a ton more drag! Having all those extra slits means even less drag. For example, hitting a supreme vape through the moby only fires the top row(constricted air path is why) but the MagickWand with its open airpath allows 3-4 rows to fire with no strain on your lungs. Plus when you watch it bubble, you can see it stacks/dense bubbles until they hit the splashguard.

My favorite piece so far out of what I've tried!

I couldn't say it better myself. My Nano is the stoutest feeling piece in my collection; even compared to 7mm thick HiSi. It really feels like it could take a good fall and survive...

As for the Sov gridded DS, I tried the stock as well as two other diffys, and I find the Sov with grids up, makes it feel like it is almost hitting itself. While the stock shower head or my longer step-tip Hisi provides more gurrgle and less of the ultra smooth purr I seem to prefer.

Tstat- Thank you for throwing up those pictures; I love seeing everyone's collections. It is great to be able to ask people with similar taste their opinion on a piece being considered.
How do you like the Wilson Inline, how is the drag compared to the Mobius? I have been so close to ordering one several times, but always end up with other glass. After loving my HVY inline so much; I really want to get a smaller inline like your Wilson.

@ Tstat > nice collection, bro
@ Skoll > I agree, Moby makes thick tubes - 5mm minimum.

Thanks guys, the B. Wilson has NO drag at all. I mean, nothing. I have said it's the piece that gets you the most medicated, quickly.

Can't stop the head rush!
Nice collections errybody. I love seeing everyone's glass family. My vertigo bubbler made its way back to ALT, problem is there is no more of that model in stock. It took me forever to narrow it down to that bub now I have to do it all over again!?!?!! Buzz kill. Maybe you guys can help me out with finding something solid in the same price range....

PS still having trouble with the ALT site :/

seems like overkill for vapor. I don't really see the benefit of the AC, much less the second one, seeing as that tube already has an inline AND a tree. well to each his own. :2c:

I agree, completely overkill IMHO... but if you enjoy it then more power to you!

seems like a lot to clean.

So mvapes are you saying that doesnt have a lot of drag?

Well, first of all I actually vaporize for health reasons and minimizing drag is what its all about for me. Second, the more enclosed space for vapor equals much more vapor per hit. Third reason for the ac's is that I broke my wand for my Buddha and had to rig something which has no screen so the ash catchers come in handy. I hope that justifies the overkill for ya buddy.

ALT looks the same to me. I'd love to be able to sort by new items...

Now, nycd - cleaning ain't so bad as long as I don't let it get to far. But what's weird is I can't get that thick of a cloud when I don't use the ac's, id love your thoughts on that. Im using my Buddha as my vapor source but unfortunately until my wand comes im using the 90 degree elbow from a v-tower which the screen is way to shallow so I burn my green. I tuck a large screen in there but I get shrapnel hence the ash catchers.

it seems your rigged wand deal is needing the dragged flow from the acs in order to work properly.

Get another wand and try the tube the tube by itself and let me know how that works :)

or just hook it directly to the tube and draw slower, which should have the same effect as adding the ACs for extra drag.
