At this point in the project, and I'm probably wrong, but I got the impression hardware changes would not be possible and that what he was contemplating would be a software change, and he didn't even say it was possible, just that he might look into it :)

seriously? can i toss them another 100 then?? I assumed I'd have warranty coverage... my cloud warranty ended in april! :(

*edit, I found out that no the eagle will come with a new warranty. jsut the old one will lapse. and that totally make sense!

Man, I hate hearing this. I keep having the anxiety of flipping mine on one day and not seeing it go green. I so wanna pitch in on the $250 Eagle package but I just bought the $450 Cloud+ and can't justify the extra cost to the boss, :ugh:.

I went out and bought a 4" personal fan, after eat session I make sure that I cool the Cloud down, sometimes mid session. Just the metal shell, not the glass. Not sure if this helps but I'll try anything to further the life of my cloud.

Ya man, I had the same worry but unfortunately it came true. Seems to be the same as my last cloud, probably a loose lead on the heater.

@cheese - Sorry to hear about this. If you can wait until October, we are happy to repair this for free and get you back into the Clouds. If you want to upgrade to the Nimbus, we can do that for you as well.

Just a quick update on the warranty side. Anyone who upgrades or purchases an Eagle through the IGG campaign will have a 2 year warranty. This is a great incentive (along with the price discount) to jump in right now and get first dibs on the new vaporizer.

When we release the VapeXhale Eagle in October, those that purchase at that time will receive a standard one year warranty. After a full year in the market, we should have enough market data to extend the warranty. While the testing has so far been very positive, we do not want to make empty promises and would like more data before jumping back to the 2 year warranty. We would love nothing more than to offer the same warranty as the Cloud+ but we need to make strategic decisions and currently, there isn't enough data for us to make a intelligent decision at this point.

The great news is, all early supporters and adopters get the 2 year warranty and since most of our contributors are from this forum, it is more or less, a moot point.

Ok so come October, my Cloud+ will have 17 Mos left on its warranty. For $250 I understand there's a 2 yr warranty on the Eagle and the Cloud+ warranty lapses. But what if I go for $350... Do I get an Eagle with 2 yr warranty AND my 17 mo. warranty is still good on the cloud+?? Or does the cloud+ warranty lapse still and the only difference is a dry mouth piece? Sorry, searched the thread, perhaps not too well

IMO for 350$ you buy an Eagle with his own warranty, so that doesn't affect your cloud+ warranty.

You got it, $350 allows you to keep your existing warranty on your Cloud :rockon:

Monkey: really think it would help push things along if you offered an HT donation level too. Even for a later distribution.

People may not need/want an extra Eagle, but you can always use more cool glass!

Good to know it, if I find a new job (no job right now :doh: ) I will try to upgrade to Early Bird, this way I will have an awesome new HT and full warranty in my loved Cloud+ :rockon:

Finally have my own original cloud + vertigo HT! After waiting over a year and a half to be in the clouds..,and After being SERIOUSLY medicated the past few days, I have concluded that this is an outstanding device.. I honestly couldn't keep up with the cloud. It demands to be able to provide thick tasty vapor every hit, and to the point where I feel like im in another dimension :o. I remember the other night as least trying to finish an ELB in the cloud and I was taking hit after hit after hit thinking it would be the last but there was still vapor coming out! I can't believe how efficient and great the cloud is with extraction. It blows my mind! This vape may be a bit too heavy of a hitter for me, but I will have to try smaller quantities. But great job team vapexhale! You really have created one hell of a vape! and I am still considering backing the eagle, but we will see :ko:
