Perhaps VapeXhale should remember we vaporize often and weed doesn't exactly clear the mind. Pictures should match the text hahaha

It sounds like most Clouds that die are dying in similar fashion. Has VXL managed to figure out the cause? I know we don't know what they're doing behind the scenes as far as diagnostics go, but it seems like Clouds keep just refusing to heat though they'll light up red and no changes are being made to fix that.

I just want to be able to call this vape reliable so that I can buy a new one :)

Hoping that I might shed some light on this issue soon. Maybe on Sunday!

I got a call from VXH last night to get my serial number :) hopefully will get mine sent out by tomorrow. They said would be anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. Not bad. I've been using my volcano and inh. They aren't so bad but I miss the cloud already.

Just wanted to stop in and say heyyyoooo!! Haven't been around here in a while, because well, I have a Cloud and I know it will be years before it has legit competition.

My Cloud is a ticking beast and has been working flawlessly for almost 8 months!!!

Well I remember sometime earlier last year they had a few issues that were contributed to their failure from assembly. They did not come out and say what the issue was, but I'm sure these units have some tight tolerances. Case in point, I've seen internal fuel pump assemblies requiring the most serious tolerances go side ways after the 10th piece comes out of the cnc machine... Meaning, tolerances have to be constantly checked and reset when they get off track.

I'm sure these units have pieces that come out of china and that is where quality control can get out of hand if you aren't physically standing there overseeing it.

I've seen my share of failures during my wait period. I've had mine for about 6 months damn near and its been great. Granted, we only use at night when the kids go down. If I were to guess what I felt the issue was, its gotta be the amount of hours people use the unit at the ready. Being hot 6-8 hrs a day is a lot to ask to be honest.

My wife and I will blow through two bowls within 30 mins after the unit has been on for 40 mins. I then allow it to go in stand by. I'll reset it and hit another bowl before turning it off completely until the next evening. So, my relation to the failure rate may be attributed to the daily usage rule... Plasma tv's have a daily usage rating up to 6 hours a day before they need a rest period. I think the cloud may fit into this category as well.

I've recommended about 13 units so far to friends and they are now cloud owners. None of their units have failed but they aren't using them all day long. I think its a great product, but like any first generation product, improvements are needed. Take my extreme q 4.0 for instance.. It's an absolute weak hitter and was a waste of money... And it's 4th gen to boot.

I might have to disagree on the theory about the amount of time the cloud is on. I have used mine about 3 months and I used it all the time, it's so efficient there is no need to keep it on for hrs. I've prob left it for a few hr session once or twice. Maybe hit the hr timer once or twice. So I'm not sure hours used is the culprit. Sending off my unit today due to "Christmas light show"

Recently, there has been a lot of discussions around the Cloud and its reliability as well as what future products you might expect from VapeXhale. I can tell you that we have indeed been working on several other projects behind the scenes and that 2013 will be an exciting year. In total, we are still seeing about a 2% failure rate but if you read the forum, I am sure it appears to be much higher.

Anyone can get behind a keyboard and type up numbers so we decided that actions speak larger than words. VapeXhale will have some huge announcements to make after the LA Cannabis Cup. After the announcement, any concerns and questions that people may have about what VapeXhale will be releasing and the reliability of our products will be put to rest. :smug:

I have come to the conclusion that the ELB has the finest screen of any of my vapes. The water in my bubbler just doesn't get any shit in it anymore. My LSV was the worst offender in this category. So I put some super fine grind in there. Just one scoop of what looked to be the consistency of shredded cotton...super fluffy.

Well, fuck me! Best session ever. Didn't take much, either. The more I use the Cloud, the more I think using anything else is just dicking around until you get a Cloud.

My cloud has been working flawlessly ever since I got it since, oh I don't know, around July of last year??

Between that and my En Passant SSV, they're all I ever use any more (80/20 percent of the time respectively):
