After seeing that video though you have to give the guy good reviews. He has your address now, I don't like to push guys like this. But all joking aside, very good transaction and fast shipping. And I love this HA!

I got it from the same store for $155 shipped. For some reason bid up to $180....even though there were buy it nows for $175 lol. Waste of a few days but in the end it was WELL worth the $155. New Fusion 700 pump on its way as well.

if I am to order an HA off of amazon, which seller will send me the 2.2? I have never purchased a vape from anyone but very respected retailers, so this is new to me. someone suggested it, and I indeed was able to find MUCH better prices(& want to order ASAP! ...but just want to make sure I get a 2.2 and not the advertised 2.1). Also, does anyone have bad experience from a vape purchase through a retailer on amazon(etc), as in it being a faulty unit or something of that nature? Want..to..order..

Vape USA through Amazon is 2.2 not 2.1 as listed as of a bit ago. If you read the reviews, Vaporizer King upgraded a fellow in January 2012. Folks are just slow to upgrade web sites. Go check HA's site, as of a few weeks back when I had to e-mail them it listed the crucibles as 'for HA 2.1 only'.....

2.2 has been out for a while, unless someone has some real old stock......

I've never had a bad vape, but over the years I've returned several things to Amazon for various reasons (including misreading their site and ordering the wrong thing....my screw up) returns were hassle free (they even send a label to your printer to put on the box and give to the postman....). In the event of a defective unit I'm sure there would be no issues and the replacement would be sent immediately and you have 30 days for the return. Not to worry.

I bought my HA from amazon, it was an amazon storefront for one of the big vape sites, I forget which, but I couldn't have been happier with the purchase and price.

Loaded up .3, cranked it to 375, took my first rip o' the day :ko: stopped at one rip and let it settle in for ten minutes or so, I am super toasty, satisfied, and still have the rest of that crucible for another sesh .Not the best lighting, doesn't do the rip justice.

hey thats an awesome vid! it looks like you actually took that rip at 325F instead of 375F based on the dial position. also, it looks like the ha's light is still green - which on mine indicates that its still warming up, its amber when at the proper temp. i don't know if its just my monitor making the colours look different though... so you got some very impressive milk for some extremely low temps (if i am right?), and 'not the best lighting'.

i think you could get away with loading a lot less in the crucible as well. i heard that as little as .1 can be very effective for a personal session, you could use even less if it only took you one or two rips to get medicated. that crucible must have lasted you days!

Fusion 700 came today. SOOOOO slow to fill bags is my initial feeling. That being said it is significantly quieter. I wonder if I were to use both air outlets into one, it would probably fill the bags faster? Now I just need to find a way to do that.

Sorry it's so slow, but I guess that goes with quiet sometimes and fish folks like quiet. I'd be careful about the two outlets. Are they really both outlets? I have a pump here with two, but one sucks so to speak. If it's blowing air into the room that's not good. Blocking it off might up the other ports output (worth a try) otherwise go to the fish shop and get an 'air tee' an a few feet of tube. Pretty straightforward, any end of the tee to the unit, the other two to the pump ports.

I want to give a BIG Thank You; to all the members of the FC community that have helped keep this thread alive. Even more so to the members that specifically helped me decide on an HA & pull the trigger on purchasing one! Yall provided excellent help, thorough answers, fantastic posts all around.

I placed my order late Friday or early Sat morning, & my HA 2.2 arrived (to my surprise!) this afternoon; free shipping too! I ordered off of Amazon, & choose VapeUS(as someone had mentioned their units were for sure the 2.2, & they offered free shipping, & was one of the cheapest ATM). My other random trinkets that I ordered at the same time have not arrived(no big deal there), oh well. I ended up only spending like 170 or 180 I think; quite a deal in my opinion compared to other vapes. Its a lot smaller than I thought. I love the new 'changing indicator light' on the bottom. As someone in this thread already mentioned, while using with a bong, you can literally see it start to ch. color as u hit it.

I was able to ghetto-rig my SYN mini showerhead (gen.3 w/ splash guard). Two reducers + 14mm male 18mm female 45degree adapter = work(however, even though the stemless joint is ridiculously close to tube, IT STILL was do-able...just uncomfortable 'in my face' for the shortness of this tube. Wanted to let people know how that worked out..in case they were looking into getting new glass or an HA). Ok, I must stop reviewing/praising & get back to my SYN & HA. Thanks again! :science::rofl::rockon::ko::dog: :spidey: spidey sense tingling:spidey:

It was definitely 375, and on mine green lights by the dial and below means it's ready. And I killed that crucible by sunset :) Then moved on to the rev :ko:

And your right, I usually load between .05 and .1 with great results, but I wanted a big rip to start the day so I filled 'er up

Great, glad to hear you're having fun. Since I'm probably responsible for the Vape USA V2.2 tip, I'm doubly glad, there's already too many forum folks out looking for me as it is. You're right about the folks we've fallen in with here, for the most part good guys that are trying to spread the good word, a few questionables of course, but in the main white hats for sure.

Now that you've got it, I've got a couple of suggestions to try. First off, it'll squeeze more goodness out of AVB from other vapes. Big time. Try blowing a bag of two out of what you can't decide to throw out or not. Secondly, check back a bit on the idea of taking part (about a quarter) of the pad sold for the Volcano concentrates and stuff it in the bottom of a crucible. Then drop in 50 or 100 mg of bubble or other hash. Put a fine screen on top to keep it from flying around when you hit it and sit back and enjoy. The pad keeps melting stuff under control yet has very little thermal mass to interfere. Works great, as you'd expect 'Volcano stuff' to. Also for direct draw a foot or so of tube on top of the straw really helps, although the 3/16 fish tank tube is kind of lame (OK for blowing bags, where the pump does the work), however some good grade 1/4 inch ID tube does great.

Congrats, enjoy your new machine. You're sure to get way more than $180 enjoyment from using it, a very useful (and tough) product IMO.

I'll double check to make sure but I was 99% sure that they were both outlets which I thought was odd because the stock pump has an in and an out. I'll double check again and try blocking one. I don't know why I didn't think of that. Hopefully I don't need the 'air tee' because the HA is already a bit bulky with the pump, but we will see!

I wouldn't worry about the size if you have to sum the two outputs. A tee is maybe an inch by two by a quarter? It and the short hoses could easily be taped to the pump and forgotten.

Good luck. Nobody like to wait......

Hello HA fellows! Thought I better update this thread with the improvements in my setup I made for 4/20 :) My next task is to modify the main Teflon mouthpiece like Samir and Onigirl did (great posts) with some glass and better tubing and I should be good. I'm thinking about shortening the main mouthpiece when I drill it so there is less leverage pulling it out of the top of the base unit.

Here is a better look at the 18mm glas adapter. It is made by Vapor Brothers and cost me $12 at my LHS :)

Hi T-Dub,

Great idea, i wish i'll get my hands on a straight Arizer Solo glass stem someday in order to try just that!

Egzo, is that what you think I should use to line my Teflon mouthpiece? Or should I get a nice little Pyrex tube or maybe borosilicate? I just need to know what OD/ID you think the glass and the tubing should be (if you please :) ) I have freedom to choose materials right now that the basic idea is set. I just don't know what diameters are optimal for the air path in the whip connector . . .

Edit: Samir said this so its a great starting point ASSUMING of course that enlarging the airpath is a good thing:
Clear Glass Tubing, 7mm ID, 9mm OD, 1.0mm Wall, 6" Length

White SiliconeTubing, 5/16"ID, 7/16"OD, 1/16" Wall, Make sure its food grade not surgical grade

Hi again,

I'm afraid this won't work the way i imagined! Attempting to do as i suggested doesn't appear to be possible because the external diameter of an Arizer Solo glass stem happens to be about 2 mm too large where it would enter the main white teflon mouthpiece, which comes as a disapointment to me i must confess! Well, i'm happy with what i've got but i keep hoping for the best at times... Too bad, i find the Solo straw diameter is just fine in terms of airflow!

I don't have a stem which shrinks down to 9 mm dia. just before it reaches the teflon piece and i certainly don't have the luxury to shop around for one. Better luck to you T-Dub finding a suitable fit!

What is your philosophy, or anyone else who cares to comment, on the diameter of the air-path (connector and whip) and the devices performance with a diffuser (water tool) like I want to use? Should I increase the ID of the air-path?

Page 25 of this thread has some awesome info for mods and vapebongers. I'm still using what I referred to as the "Full glass ride" and it works great and still strong.
