I think this is a good suggestion and would like to see it implemented in the future
Oh, I missed that smart suggestion, I'll transmit!
The silicone WPA has a strong smell I haven’t been able to get rid of yet. I have let it air out for several days, and washed it with dish soap and hot water. Next up, burying it in baking soda for a while. Has anyone had any luck neutralizing the smell of the silicone?

edit: I know baking silicone works for ice trays, etc, to remove smells, but I hesitate with the WPA because it has a hard plastic insert to fit against the mouthpiece of the V3. Doesn’t seem to come apart
Strange, I didn't found mine to be smelly... and I wasn't affected by Covid at all! Usually we are taking care to let time to silicone to cure well in order to avoid such odors.
It's official: POTV and xMAX have my money now.

Anticipation... antiss ee pay ee ee a shunn.
Thank you, feel free to share your opinion here or on our subreddit here: r/XmaxVape

I'm very glad the V3Pro finally reach the USA, and for the Black Friday! I hope many good retailers will have it in stock, thank you for your patience!
Have fun!

I've been using my V3 Pro for ~ a week and can say it is an awesome unit. Form-factor, battery life, completeness of roast, vapor quality, ease of use, ease of maintenance, great display, shell temperature heat during / after use are all favorable.

There are 2 things I would like to see changed to make this a near-perfect budget portable:
1. Mouthpiece pops off too easily in your pocket. If the little triangular tab had to slide behind or into something like a channeled groove, it wouldn't move, except when pulled directly off
2. Intake is very noisy with hissing. Much quieter if you cover with fingers. Maybe it is the grid of little air vent holes, instead of larger spaces?

Very tempted to snag one of these during the sale. Can anyone confirm whether you can charge it with a USB-C to USB-C cable? (That is, one which supports power delivery?) Or will it only charge with a USB-C to USB-A? (I just have so many PD chargers :p)

Yes, it uses USB C to charge.

I'm not sure it does actuallly.. I tried two different usb-c to usb-c pd chargers and no response from the v3. But the cable in the box is usb-c to usb-a.

In that case the V3 doesn't support fast pd charging? @PPN can you confirm this?

The V3 doesn't support USB-C to USB-C fast charge; an Apple charger doesn't work.

Today I have been enjoying the V3. My morning started with the Starry v3. I then switched to the Solo II for a couple of sessions. Those are my two hardest hitters.

Having a nice start, I switched to the V3 Pro, turned down the temperature a bit, and now I am enjoying the flavour and the ritual.

“And here is the paradoxical secret: connection and isolation are bound to each other. I am confident that without my experience as a lonely closeted teenager at a boys’ boarding school, I wouldn’t be as passionate about deep connection today. We simply cannot know connection without also experiencing disconnection. There is nothing wrong with you when you feel that vast emptiness. Nothing you need to change. Nothing to fix. But there is one thing to do. Remember. Remember that both are true. The vast emptiness and the eternal connection. The sense of total aloneness and the interdependent belovedness. It is the paradox in which we live. And all of the practices and stories and strategies that we’ve explored in this book are simply there to help you, in moments of joy and sadness, overwhelm and barrenness, to remember.”

I can use the provided usb-C to charge, even on a higher output wall brick (5V/2amp) from Samsung phone, , but it won't, but that is not c-to-c.
The usb-c cable that came with phone does not work with this device. Attempting to send too much current ?

The more I use this vape the more impressed I am. Definitely revising my earlier doubts.

In session mode at full temp, with a few cigar puffs to get it going, and a nice slow draw it can really put out some big clouds. I get maybe 4 really nice hits and the herb is perfectly extracted and even.

Becoming a big fan of it

Checking in after having used the V3 everyday since last friday - I am so far really, reeally happy. I have vaped more these past few days since I got the V3 than I have smoked in the last couple of months.. Gotta love the convenience of vaping right?

I really like the form - I like using it outside and it doesn’t feel at all strange with this in my hand. I like that it takes capsules, and they are a good fit too. Probably too early to say but quality feels pretty good, i also like the weight of the V3. And vaping with the V3, it's so tasty! I'm loving this little vape! I don't have much to compare to, never owned a vape before, but I have vaped a few times with a friends mighty and tried another friends pax.

Only remark so far is the no usb-c fast charge (with pd/"power delivery" chargers). It doesn't even charge with pd-chargers. That's alright since I still have a bunch of usb-a chargers but would have been nice to cut down on different plugs to carry around, also would have been nice with fast charging.

Just want to say that the V3 has been real nice to use, happy I bought it. I am happy with it as my first vape and will probably not get diagnosed with that VAS everyone seems to be suffering from..

Agree with everything you say.. but VAS follows in time as sure as night follows day!

First impression after late night first use on the v3 pro, full charge, with potv one vaping capsules...

Very very airy draw. Plugged the air holes often, kind of as a carb, Extraction color looks very dark. High was okay.

More tinkering to come. I will continue to mess with it, eh so far! I'll be back. Direct comparison right now, is same herb and grind, via the mighty via a dosing capsule.

I was assured by engineer the V3Pro support fast charging, I charge mine with a Quick Charger 3.0 (5v=3A), cable ends are USB-C on a side and classic USB (like for computers, wall chargers,...) on the other side. I'm not sure I understand exactly your query, does fast pd charging differs from QC3.0? please enlight me...?

Yep, proper smart charging...up to 19v or something!
mighty via a dosing capsule.
mmmm...yummie aluminium baked...in an aluminium oven with an aluminium heater through a plastic CU, totally different beast, that is why vapes are not supposed to be compared in vape specific threads. :2c:

We need a fix for the magnets and the loose top!!!

I have been use the V3 quite a bit, but I am getting sick of putting the magnets back in place, as well as the top coming off unexpectedly. The unit needs stronger and bigger magnets.

Damn VAS !!! I have the V3 (not Pro) and find it works very well (particularly at it's price point). I also like my HR Rogue. Need (yeah, right) to get another one of one of these. If V3 it would be the Pro. Anyone care to furnish opinions?
