I bought a venty 2nd hand on ent exchange. Found out after getting an e-04 that the device is registered already. They won't help me out because I can't get a hold of the original owner to release the item from being registered. Can anyone help me out and fix the device?

Troy and Jerry say there is no need to grind your herb for the Venty. Is this an effective way to use it?

I have done it and it works, but I still prefer to grind. I tend to have a small amount of different strains pre-ground and ready to go in any device.

With the whole nug method, I found that it helped to give the bud a little finger push after 2-3 hits, it will generally crumble and expose more surface area, like ground bud. And yeah, I was VERY careful doing that
