You are at their mercy. I would expect the whole return/replacement will take a couple weeks.My Venty finally got the dreaded E04 error and wont turn back.
Anyone know how to get S+B to respond to a repair request?? I put it in several days ago and still haven't heard back-- still says "Pending."
Really annoying-- the least they do is be responsive and help folks replace their product quickly.
