Great news, an upgraded pan is a big challenge.
Seems to me that there is something behind those holes, i wonder what's that and what's the purpose.
I also wonder if this means a new midsection or it is just an alternative pan.
Overall I'm super curious on more developments! I'm glad there's some innovation going on.

Fair play. I joined Twitter in 2007, and gave it a decade before finally deciding it was harming more than it was helping. Joined FB a couple of years later and ditched it about 2010 for similar reasons. I'm no longer convinced I need to post pictures of my breakfast or that my views on world events matter that much to anyone except the feds.

The online world is an increasingly inhospitable place for folks with red/black/green political sympathies and I reckon we're best left fomenting care, compassion and justice offline, and leaving the online argy bargy to others.

I don't even own a vapman (probably will at some point stalking threads like this ) and I thought the same thing. The holes suggest some kind of convective heat. Maybe a station attachment/upgrade to use it as a log?

Edit: Maybe I'm tripping but there seems to be a pictogram in the middle of the holes that looks like (hot?) air flowing into a triangular shape (or conical, like the station base but in 2D) suggesting maybe it does sit on the station somehow?

Well it definitely sits on something and is stabilized by those holes.. My guess is it sits on an IH adapter.. base of the adapter fits into any IH and top of it might prong into those holes to transfer the heat. The attachment has a handle so you can lift it out of the IH and pull off the Vapman from the attachment.

If I called it do I get a free one?

That “pictogram” is just the Inhale logo engraved on the bottom of the pan.

I will say this though, what they have coming is exactly what the vapman has been needing to reach a wider audience without selling out or cheapening this device we all love so much

The only reason I haven't gotten a Vapman by now (it's a classic, I know... ) is that I'm not a torch guy. Nothing against torches but I just don't use them in my current living situation.

They look like beautiful little pieces of art and I'm genuinely interested but I'd have to get a Vapman and a Station just to try it. One day.

I am sure it will fit on the Station. I can not believe there will be a Vapman 3.0 with the need for a redesigned Station.

But it may be, if the doubled the pan size, that there will be a Max Station. But that - for me - would not be a 3.0 but a Max and a different System.

I am very happy to see the Boys from Italy developing the System. 2.0 was a big Leap in my Opinion. I am exited what the next Leap will be.
