That's what I figured. And it doesn't matter how many members come here to back you up, it's still nothing more than judging without all the facts. We do this all the time on this forum and I, for one, won't be party to it. None of us on this forum knows sales figures, failure rates or how many different failure types a vape has. But I can tell you that every time I've spoken to a manufacturer (at least four different ones) about their failure rates compared to the tone of this forum's thread on their vape, we are always way off. It only takes two to four loud and disgruntled members here to make a vape look like it is doomed...I've seen it happen.
Those of us who take the time to post on this forum are such a small, small slice of what a company experiences in the market. And we're not as important as we think. Three of the most successful vape companies of all time (S&B, Ploom and Arizer) have zero presence here and they don't really care what our little microcosm thinks. We're the freaks, my man. We're the vapor snobs, the eccentrics of mist. No one I know outside of this forum looks at vapes the way I do. Most people I know don't even know what one is, let alone have one. Yet you and I have had several high priced ones in no time.
Ok, so that took a turn. But my main point is that we don't know enough to judge, so let's not. I prefer to keep it positive and give people and companies the benefit of the doubt.
Vape on!
