Unless my water level is sitting well under all the slits, water will consistently leak out through the gong joint. The glass looks beautiful and I don't see any visual imperfections, but there is clearly some kind of problem.
Even using the HT dry this vape outperforms anything else I have ever hit. This thing may curve my love for concentrates with how effective it is. This vape could convert anyone to give up combustion (with adequate power supplies being available). As someone who medicates to help with pain this thing really lets me cook everything out of the herb without fearing combustion or nasty flavor.
Usually I am the kind of customer to get up in arms when the smallest thing goes wrong (see previous posts). This vape is so amazing on its own and I am so pleased to be an early adopter

Yea I was converted two years ago when I first tried vape (volcano),sounds like another convert
than bought Vapman to kill my time while waiting for the Cloud.
Now i'm stoned in here by the cloud, and promise to do joints only in extreme emergencies.

Same issue that happened to me ioright. I sent mine out today for replacement. SM explained the problem a page or two ago, one or more of the slits was cut too deep so it leaks into the gong joint.

my LHS had a 4/20 sell its a syn bubbler, don't know the exact name. it was $300 out the door. i like smaller pieces and this one caught my eye.

Syn makes some REALLY nice stuff. I have a couple of Syn tubes but theyre just plain tubes. Their work is incredible.

After pumping over a zip through the cloud I have come to the conclusion this thing fucking rocks! Nothing is better than tasting the smell of your medicine, if that makes any sense. My roommate is an oil fiend and it took about two massive hits to get him going. I would type more however the cloud just turned green....it's go time.

Amazing customer support! I broke my cloud and hydratube already and at first support said I would have to buy a new one at full price without the pre-order price.
I talked to stonemonkey before doing the support ticket and he said he'll try to help me out. Now I get to purchase a full nother Cloud + HydraTube at the original price, you do not see customer service like this.

Although I am happy for you and that customer service continues to shine, I am bummed out because your SECOND cloud could have been my FIRST (and many others....). IMO, you break it, you bought it, step in line.Wow they already gave me a new link and a new registration code! Just ordered my 2nd cloud sadly, this one will never leave my house though!!
$700 and I still think the Cloud was worth it
