Looking to purchase an EVO in the immediate future (tomorrow). The standard dry mouthpiece no longer shows up as an option when configuring your evo but it does in the hydratube section. Does this mean that the standard mouthpiece is no longer free? I was planning on using it inverted but I would like to have the dry mouthpiece as well for a backup.

Also I was wondering about the referral program that SM mentioned a while ago. I am not sure if this is the right place to ask but I would be grateful if someone PMed me an affiliate code (or however it works).

Ok I got the wax, asked for name, unknown sample, says he forgot. Obviously, LOL :-). Dude says use .1, but that's what I use for flowers, so I'm assuming I should probably use .01/.02 :-)

Any suggestions on dab size by weight?

Edit: Ok, I got it. It was not shatter. It was very sticky. Definitely like ear wax LOL. Very sticky. Was supposed to get 1.0 got .89 (some stuck to the plastic bag).

1st try was at 3pm I think? I honestly can't remember. Hahahaha. But anyhow, looked like an explosion in the VapeXNail and definitely combustion smell. Tasted really bad, didn't get a hit, it was awful. Hated it. Not sure how to clean the VapeXNail, I went and grabbed the other one. Thank God for 2 I guess :-). Second go, tube still tasted bad. Went down to around 10:45/11:00 and this time dropped in, started liquifying and then took the hit. I think it was around .03 or something. I hated the taste again (but that could have been because of the previous combustion).

Also, again, I'm not getting from a supplier that has been verified, so I'm sure there were some solvents in it.

Anyhow, I took the hit. And at first I didn't feel anything at all, and really hated it. But all of a sudden, I am flying. It took a bit to happen, but fuck* (pardon my language), I can barely keep my eyes open. I think I'll make some cookies or drink a smoothie and test again. LMFAO.

I am ripped beyond belief. Every minute that passes, holy shit. I'm not sure if this is really for me, love flowers and the taste of the flowers, but boy, this is a nice feeling.

Next time, have the EVO set to the straight-up noon position. It will be way, way better.

It's on noon right now, heating up, I'm drinking a smoothie. Letting it heat soak, then I'll go back in and try again.

I also cleaned my tube with Formula 420, so should be a fresher taste.

Well, here was test at 12. Much better first hit. Tasted way better. Second hit was complete taste of butane. It sucked.

I don't think this is for me. Gonna stick with flowers I think.

Could it be your concentrate is just really poor? Also, the nail takes a bit of technique and timing to master. If you're doing everything right, you should get a great tasting hit at any temp and you shouldn't be vaping the nasty crap that should be burning off.

Sounds like low grade oil, imo. Good effect but shit taste.

Exactly. High butane taste. Very shitty. Won't get again unless it's official. Feels very dirty as opposed to vaping flowers.

I am fucked up though.

In general, I feel like the last portion of even the "purest" concentrate starts having that "taste" towards the end. Once I taste a shift, I just stop at that point.

Yeah load small, just what you could hit in one lungful, and then take the hydratube off when you see the vapor thinning out.

Do NOT hit again, even if you misjudged and vapor is coming out, IME it is always nasty tasting lol.

Hmmm ok then maybe I was doing it wrong. I was hitting it until nothing came out and the last hit was so vile. Ok that's a mistake. Just take one big hit, you get one shot I guess. So my middle session was great cause first hit was awesome, but second hit / end hit was very awful. Last session I guess I put too little in, cause the first hit tasted like butane.

Then what's the cleaning process? Turn up the heat and let the nail sit in the bamboo? Or soak in rubbing alcohol? Wish I had an ultra-sonic cleaner like some members ;-), but I'm not that lucky. LOL.

Yeah you got it, just play with the amount until you get a nice hit size/flavor combo

For cleaning I turn EVO to 3 and wait until only faint wispy vapor is coming out, then back down to 11 and wait for green.
