Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud EVO

It hits like a freight train. It’s NOT all weed quality. The same exact batch I’ve been disappointed with my other vapes and I think that says a lot.

I only have done flower so far. Will try concentrates at some point. I’m just starting to make tinctures and starting to get settled in my new life.

Yeah I was wasting a lot of flower with my Mighty,. I use about a 1/4 of the material in a session that I was burning through before the Evo.

And I confirm it does great with waxes, sugars, rosins, shatter. I like to burn flower at 12 for the first few pulls, then one more dot up in temp to finish off the flower.. Concentrates I burn at one dot past noon, too. Great clouds and flavor.. I don't crank it all the way up like some do.[/QUOTE]

I have many vaporizer’s!

Da EVO is da best 4 ROSIN. (In my experience)
The usage 4 material is excellent.
Welcome 2 DESKTOP pale blue dot world!
Most portables use more flower !

Their is not a best anything?

Da “Q” is one of the economic vape.
It’s no EVO however mixing it up is fun.
A @DDave kit made my “Q” function.
Da EVO cost more $ however performance wise I’m pleased with it!

I ordered a VapeXhale Cloud Evo with the Christmas sale for my first desktop vape. I did a a lot of research, and it helped in my selections and add-ons. I went with the graphite (smoked) helio dry mouthpiece, a graphite (smoked) Precision Honeycomb hydratube (on backorder, expected in the next 10 or so business days), the seller included a basic whip at a big discount (with the two types of tubing), two more boro vapenails (I will be doing ultrasonic cleaning as recommended), four more ELBs (baskets), a cleaning kit and three tools/picks. After I pick up some cleaning solution I should be set for a while. I went with the new graphite (smoked) glass. I think it will help make the glass look less dirty inside from use. I'm considering the Evo station but I want to get my hands on the Vapexhale first and see how i end up using it. 420 is not that far down the road...

Cheers

2nd impression notes: last night was playing around with it; great flavor, smooth and cool vapor, heavy hitter, wanted to find combustion (so i don't go past this) and it was around 2:45 on this unit. what was disappointing was the lack of a gap between desktop and portable. i understand i'll never overpower the heater, i understand that with the mass of glass most likely you'll never run into harsh/hot vapor, but is it that big a diff?? I'm not sure. I'm a light/low tolerance user, so I'm "ok" with the power that a portable delivers.
Morning time: wanted to get a pick-me-up dialed it to 10 and accidentally took a massive rip. wow, now i know the diff between portable and desktop! there would be no such accidents on the fw5 that's for sure. on the flip side i'm just now figuring this thing out!!

my day just turned into a lazy one. lol

Evo (or original Cloud units (even better)) eat ANY portable for breakfast and then laugh after doing it.

But for the longer heat up time, Evo/Cloud would be what I reach for all of the time when at home. Love the flexibility with just about any glass. Love the flavor. Love the simple, low maintenance, and cheap ELB's.

One of the last, no warranty, Herbalizers has taken my Evo/Cloud's place as my daily driver based on non existent heat up time--BUT for MASSIVE cloud chasing produced at the highest of temperatures, and for overall enjoyment of use with others, I've never had ANY vaporizer beat a Evo/Cloud. Not even close there.

It was a classic the moment it was made and will always be top dog for a lot of reasons.

I'd love to find the deep baskets in bulk The lids are easy to find in lots of 100 but I need the actual baskets and not at $5.00 a piece That's just robbery
I bought some generic 1/2" tops on amazon and found them a tad too large in diameter. The legit top hat fits easily inside this top, so I want to see if I can micro-dose any easier. Also a little worried about scratching the glass so it may require a little form fitting.

Hi, at first Happy Christmas, and sorry for my english!

Please help, we had some issues with our new EVO (christmas and birthday present, so I'm a little bit fucked up now, thank God I'm also have a Mighty, Nonavong XLS and a 2018 M Shadow Dynavap).

Its a 230V unit from UK, its about 3 days old, 3 hours of use. For first its working good for the first standby on-off, and after that its acting silly. After first standby I had to unplug at all and leave it for 30 min to rest before use it again, if I just switch off-on they just flashing leds, after a little time flashing no leds or just the red and heating like I'm want to combust :D ...the bamboo glowing red.

I asked for warranty and the shop tell me if I can, try it with a UPS, now I'm using with a APC Easy UPS BV500I-GR A. Same happened with UPS, 1h 07m before the first standby, for the 1st hour working good and after that again only working If I'm completely plug off and wait for a couple of minutes.

If I'm just switch off-on always heating regardless of the temp settings, after a couple on-off switch just the green led blinking and wont heat up all. I made 2 videos, both of them filmed after each other (same session of heating),

I think its not a normal working especially if its glowing 2 times the bamboo in 4 hours of use. I think I'm sending back the unit after christmas (for today closed everything). What are my chances for getting a good working unit, or all of the EVO-s had these issues, the seller says maybe its a rare electrical issue? (not enough rare :D) Its not cheap vape, so ok there is a good warranty and customer service, but if these are so bad, send 2 of them in one order. I'm not wanting for wait for the postage for weeks... (hate waiting) Anyway what the f*ck are these cost 4-500 USD-s, oh maybe I know I had to pay the warranty multiple times... or they can also send me an UPS for the price if its the problem, but I think not because same issues with it.

Hope I'm getting a perfect working EVO soon!

Girls and guys thanks for your help, have a nice christmas with your family!

I've decided to kick for one of the current generation HT's. Since my beta Cloud I've still been using the IMO much better 1st gen tubes along with my Mobius pieces. (My daily driver is an Evolver HydraTree.) But now that the wife has expanded her pref from edibles to vaping, I think one of the newer tinker toy tubes may suit her better.

Question: It appears that there is a "classic" line and a "precision" line, with a difference in the . . . height??? The barrels are all 38mm, so that's not it. Or maybe the perc sizes are different? Or?

Assuming there is no downside, I'm going for the Graphite Precision Hydrabomb. But wanna be sure first of what the "Precision" really means.

Any help?

TIA

And btw, a note to old friends out there . . . Seibo sent out an email to the Beta Test Group re his Hanu pod. Given the time that has passed and the dearth of Yammer posts, I suspect a number of us have changed email addresses or moved on otherwise. Anyway, if you're a member of the crew and didn't get the message to beta the new pod vape, you might want to email jeremi. This will be my first pod. I'm a flowers/kief guy and not a fan of the pens, so I'm really curious to see what the Stone's experience is like. Btw, he is sending a CBD pod with it - now that gets my attention.

@oldiebutgoodie, VapeXhale has lots of great youtube videos that are very helpful. Here are a few videos that helped me understand and choose hydratubes.

There are different barrel sizes/heights, filtering, etc.

I decided to go with a graphite Precision Honeycomb for my first purchase. If I get a second water piece the Precision Turbine or a classic Swiss Tree is the most logical choice, and it will depend on how I find the Precision Honeycomb unit performs with the way I use it (and the products I use).

Hope this helps. Cheers

Oil rigs are usually made smaller.
Precision HTs are made with concentrates use in mind. That's why are smaller than regulars.
When I first bought my Evo, GAS for hydratubes was strong, then I read many times here the best one for weed use and no concentrates is the regular turbine. I'm still not familiar with Rosin presses and haven't got any prescription for trates so I'll stick to my Turbine.

Thx a lot guys. Sometimes my old brain goes dull on me; of course there are the youtube vids.

I think we may end up waiting for some classics. The thin cans are not for us, we don't use oils, and my petite lady hits like a champ so she would prefer at least the classic size can. And the swiss perc although it adds some volume just looks like a glorified splash guard, I can't see it really adding much diffusion. I haven't seen Seibo's bomb perc close up, but I sure can't see how it would provide less diffusion than the honeycomb (as Seibo states in the vid). I think I'll re-introduce her to my Mobius Ion; it's unbeatable for smooth diffusion and provides great volume w/o busting a lung. Or check dhgate (I know, that's heresy - but she'll probably break it anyway).

Vape easy.

GL with your choice.

FWIW, I wouldn't dismiss the Precision options just because you don't do concentrates. I chose a Precision model water piece even though I've never even tried concentrates. Hydratube offerings are not black and white decisions and choices, rather, from what I can tell, VapeXhale offers a nice range of water conditioning across the spectrum with their models, from light vapor conditioning to lots of vapor conditioning.

Coming from using a premium portable e-vape with flower, I'm used to a dry mouth piece with no conditioning and the flavors from such use. Therefore, I chose the Precision Honeycomb Hydratube since it's the most water conditioned of the Precision models and it seems fit in the middle of the overall Hydratube line-up for vapor conditioning; it has the most vapor conditioning of the three options in the Precision line but not as much conditioning as the Classic Hydratubes line which are larger water pieces. And the Precision line models still have more conditioning than the smallest Calyx hydratube option.

It depends on personal preference and what someone wants for vapor conditioning with their EVO use. The Calyx model has the least conditioning of the hydratubes available from VapeXhale at this time. The Precision models slot in above that, first with the Turbine, then the Hydrabomb and finally the Honeycomb option. The large Classic Hydratubes condition the vapor even more, with the Swiss Tree next in line and finally the Swiss Honeycomb conditioning most of all models.

For me, if I get more than one Hydratube I want them to be fairly different in conditioning from each other... so that I get variety between them. I will have a Helio and whip for dry mouth piece use and no water conditioning. And since I haven't been into water conditioning for years, I went with a middle-of-the-lineup water conditioning piece for my first unit. YMMV.

I also went with a Precision model Hydratube because it's smaller and offers a better balance in use on the EVO. I didn't want my first Hydratube to be an oversized top-heavy unit, which will be more susceptible to breakage (knowing me). YMMV.

I also specifically went with the new graphite style (smoked).

Lots of great options out there. Cheers

Thanks for the thoughtful reply; I appreciate that. I've been using the EVO and way back before it the original Cloud (which I still have and is an even bigger hammer than the EVO), since beta for both. Lots of glass and many of the HT's along the way. I hear what you're saying about top-heavy. The earliest HT's were thicker and while the weight was ok with the much heavier aluminum Cloud, were too much for the EVO. Second and third gen HT's are the most beautiful, blown by Evolver and others - but they do require a careful near-vertical posture when hitting given their height; the necks have just a gentle curve. By way of comparison though, there are nearly 2x the slits compared to the side-car tree so much more action. Seibo just couldn't make a buck off them, much better profit in the current line. For a long time I used the HydraLine, an elegant piece with a lower center-of-gravity but my lady doesn't like how she has to pucker her lips on that straight mouthpiece. I never had an itch for the side-cars but now that the wife is joining in more, well, you know where the priority is now. I do like the base on the side-cars, seems like good balance with the EVO.

Can you (or someone) give me the height of the can on the Precision line? (Just the can, not the mouthpiece.) Looks like the Classic/Swiss Precision adds about an inch to that.

Thx again!

1966 was my start. Cheap mexican shit, but sure beat the hell out of that Red Mountain swill.

There was a head shop near the Whiskey on the Blvd. Got a hookah there. Great for hash but a PITA to use.

Some great but huge and expensive glass in the Haight. But we were all really poor then, remember? Way too poor for that stuff.

Was years and years before the wife partook. She was always so damned self-conscious, worried that it "made her stupid." I told her that was the point, but couldn't persuade her. No way with a joint. My early vapes were way too hot. And then the Cloud - but the monster terrified her. The sleek EVO and Bubba J with good glass finally turned her around though. She is only a once-a-week tripper, but still she dances mighty fine when she does. Maybe your lady someday, too. Hope springs eternal.

Be good, old salt. But not too much.

Thx. Happy to discuss these topics any time and learn more myself. I don't have the unit yet. I should be getting the EVO not long here after Christmas and my hydratube order is supposedly about 2-3 weeks out (was OOS). If no measurements go up before I get mine I'll report back.

Merry Christmas eve to all.

I love CANNABIS so much!
My wife needs to try it?
She likes red wine & champagne?
FRENCH GIRL all the way?
Growing up in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA POT was accepted.
1971 in MEXICO COLAS were 3 feet long (seemed like) before brick weed.
Surf trips 2 central MEXICO we stopped & got 3 for $10 bucks?
Brick weed ruined the MEXICO supply.

HAWAII had seedless COLAS in 77 (I believe?)
We super cropped our plants & let the lawn grass grow taller than da COLAS.
EVO would’ve been perfect at the time.
We had ZIGZAG’s only?
BonGs were not in fashion.

Da EVO taste great!

To bad the EVO was not invented at da time?
We we’re cavemen however loving life!
