If the valentines sale is like the holiday sale you would get a hydratube for the price you'd be paying right now.

So for example, the starter kit is listed at $349.99 (down from $449.99) with a standard mouthpiece right now. Are you saying that for the Holiday sale they gave you a HT instead of a standard mouthpiece for 349.99 or 449.99?

Don't furthe forget to try my discount code at checkout.

I don't grind at all anymore. Play with different grinds and find what you like best.

Does anyone know what a flashing red light means after it is turned on for a few minutes. Just stays that way

Got it to disappear with setting to noon and turning off and on ten times.

no idea, maybe check the plug connection. Plug connection is my biggest concern with this unit, but the 3 year warranty gives me great comfort. I was looking at that little warranty card that came with the unit and it seems to suggest using any other input plug to the unit may void the warranty. Glad I never ordered the 10 foot cable i saw off amazon if that truly is the case. I could be wrong, though.

I've been using a flat cord (from an old printer IIRC) from the get go and haven't had any problems at all. It makes handling the unit much easier IMO. VXL has good lawyers and they are protecting themselves and I get that. However IMO any decent quality cord should not cause problems. Do so at your own risk bla bla bla.

I forgot to mention this, awhile back and it's not totally pertienent to the discussion at hand, but kind of related. I was looking at that card a few months after I bought it, and saw that to have the warranty it says you must have contacted them within 30 days of purchase.

Maybe that is similar in the vein of "they have good lawyers and are covering their bases" because I sent them an email asking if I was now apparently out of a warranty since I didn't register, and they told me NO that was not the case, its simply a formality and they'd be able to take care of me down the line. Super cordial and friendly too :)

I used some hot water yesterday and put the EVO through its paces, hadn't used it in awhile. Boy did I get wrecked. What a great vape for the weekends for me, I've been "charting" or documenting my weed intake, and this thing always knocks me out :ko: (with a small amount comparative to other vapes) especially after a little break from it

I picked up a Cloud Evo a couple weeks ago. I am really impressed. My daily driver at home has been a Da Buddha, which has served me really well. I love my Duddha, but wow... The Evo heating path is just superior. One thing I noticed is that for smaller hits, it's about the same as most units, as most can keep up with a 2-5 second draw. But when you start taking longer 8+ second hits, the Evo heating element seems to keep up better than any unit I've ever tried. It allows for massive pulls. I'm a very happy camper.

I just need to find my ideal water pipe setup. Currently running through my bong, but I think a Hydratube is in my future. :)

So unfortunately in the end the Evo was just more vape than I need at the moment, very glad I got to try it for a couple months and that I was able to find it a good home up north. Now I can fully appreciate why so many have it as their convection and/or desktop standard.

It is likely some day I will be back here with an Evo again, perhaps with one of their eventual new models even... Thankfully I still have a HydraTree to use as well bc it is fantastic. Looking forward to what else VXL cooks up.

Thanks to everybody here who helped me with tips etc! Enjoy the Clouds as I know you all will :smug:

Hahah yeah, a fun ride for sure, but we both were pretty well taken care of in the end. Prime examples of excellent VXL customer service imo

I have not tried an SSV unfortunately, but did have an LSV for a bit that sure was fun. They do a very impressive job considering the heaters just a ceramic rod, as opposed to the Evo's glass bamboo wonderment...

@Cannabis Connoisseur I'm going to miss you here maybe most of all (dont worry @HellsWindStaff didnt forget about you bud;)) I guess I better get back into those cheap glass threads aye?! :ko:

Please help me?

The EVO seems like a very nice vaporizer.
However their are some deflectors: @Shit Snacks @lazylathe are vaporist that I respect.

Just when I'm ready to try one they jumped ship?

I guess all I can do is grow giant trees.

Of all my research the EVO seems to be a perfect fit for me.
No GonG needed!

Now I'm confused?

Just a tool my friend, just a tool...

The TREES are the GRAIL!!
DBV is less than the Solo!

Edit; don't get me wrong...I desperately want a VXL EVO, like .. I'm so jealous, I don't even want to look at this thread...lol

The price is slowly coming down... I imagine it'll be in my budget sooner or later.

It does astound me that a simple glowing ceramic heating controlled by a simple dimmer can produce such bliss, so when I do step into the EVO ocean...

The technology leap should be fun...
But I'm keeping the DBV regardless :tinfoil:

I love growing big trees with lots of colas.
GIRL SCOUT COOKIES, GRAPEFRUIT OG, PAPAYA & DUTCH CRUNCH are my next grow. (outdoors)
My SOLO is my day time driver and is perfect.
At night I have plug-ins that work well and taste awesome.

The EVO seemed like a tool to fit my rotation?

For me vaporizer's are for enjoying CANNABIS!

I guess some are into collecting and reason is not in there LOGIC?

@Hashtag46&2 I have a DBV and a SSV I will always keep I just hear good about the EVO so I put it on my bucket list.

Hey all,
Just thought I would share a couple more vids I made using the EVO.

Keep on Vapin!

Hah, already watched all ur vids and subbed a while ago. Good to see you here too man.

Why do you not push your Elbs all the way in?

Idk about him, But personally I leave my ELBs out just a crack so its easier to pull them out when hot. Mine are very tight going in.

A hydratube kit for $349 is what it would be

Thanks a lot! I'll be sending them a request to cancel my order and just wait a couple weeks. It's still unfulfilled so hopefully there isn't any hassle.

Oh boy! Looking to replace my e-nano as my main desktop unit and waiting to see if this potential deal surfaces. Hope to join everyone soon.
