Hello everybody. I am having a problem with my Evo and wanted to see if anybody has had a similar experience. I purchased my unit brand new about 5 weeks ago from vapornation.com. For the first month I was very pleased with the unit. I was getting very good vapor production with only a small amount of herb. Typically I set my unit to the 2 o'oclock position and let it pre-heat for about 15 mins. And I load approx .1 g. This was getting me 4-6 very good long draws with large clouds. I was loving it...

Now over the past week I have noticed I am NOT getting large clouds anymore and my herb is charring much more than it was. I have been using the exact same techniques (2 o'oclock position, 15 min pre-heat, etc..) And now all of sudden I am getting very small weak clouds, and the herb seems to be charring much faster than it was. I am only getting 2-3 draws at this point per load, with very poor vapor production and charring twice as fast!

It seems to me that something must be wrong with my unit. It was working so perfectly for a month with no issues. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Have you cleaned the elb's? I was kind of having the same problem and it felt harder to draw through. I cleaned my elb's and that fixed it. I had a lot of build up on the sides of the cap and the top of the elb where the cap slides in.

I noticed that VapeXhale sold out of the glass VXNs on the very day they went on sale.

I didn't study management, but I did study economics and, unless there's something I'm missing, that is an indication, in my opinion, that the price is too damn high!

Whatever, though. Im just glad I didn't have to pay full price. Now I need to make this 5 pack last!

Have you cleaned the elb's? I was kind of having the same problem and it felt harder to draw through. I cleaned my elb's and that fixed it. I had a lot of build up on the sides of the cap and the top of the elb where the cap slides in.

I'll post pics of my Hydrabomb today. Ive stated before that i have the prototype for the hydrabomb which i got
from Seibo himself. It was originally designed to be loose like that to prevent joint lock. My Hydrabomb can spin freely on top of my EVO like a kid in an office chair. However it seals and milks.

OK, that's encouraging news. Everything else I have from these guys is a much more positive seal, but if this is a slop-fit intentionally then I can stop worrying and not have to deal with CS about all this.

Check to see if your bamboo is cracked. Easy way to do this is to blow in from the bottom glass hole and cover the top and there should be no air escaping, if you hear a whistle while covering the hole it means there is a crack. Let us know how you get on .

Deal of the day is the Evolver Hydratree. I am pretty sure it's the same type I have, I actually just dug up my Order# for warranty information (no problems, just covering my bases, FYI Jeff told me that they would accept warranties registered post 30 days, that they typically are just looking for the purchase date) and it says Final Release Evolver Hydratree Starter Kit, so I do think they are the same.

Anyways, it's a great piece of glass. I'd highly recommend it. For the price, I'd say it's a steal, as mine is a quality blown in terms of dimensions, its quite thick, and it percs really nicely and you have a lot of control with filtration, will get a big chuggier the more water you put in but I still do like that on occasion. Typically just fill past the slits though. IMO it also looks cool to hit, watching the bubbles percing/popping at the top of the tree while hitting.

For $300 I think is steep for what it is, but for $200, I do think is more than fair. With the sale, a steal I tell you! Considering buying another, and this is just subjective on my end, I think it looks nicer than the sidecar styles.

Waiting on the other sales. I may be privy to that Gordo Scientific, I don't really want an extra adapter kit so maybe if they would work with me, I'll have to see. Not totally sure, I'm going to a LHS today so if something catches my eye for roughly the same price, I probably won't. I think I'll definitely snag a hoodie and a different colored shield though.

I did just try blowing through the glass as you mentioned, and it is air tight. I tried blowing from the bottom and top, both ways seem to be air tight, with no air leaks or whistles.

When I turn on my device for pre-heat, I do notice some crackling noises going on. They are very faint and seem normal, so I have not looked too much into it. But figured I would mention because my unit is having difficulty right now so maybe not normal.

Yeah that's the one I have too, fantastic tube despite the QC issues I had expressed here and they took care of me well. I agree its a great style, works really well atop an FC-Mod or Devastator. I am still so curious about the HydraCirc as well!

Buttersup21 try to lower the temp to around noon or less. I had the same problem the temps started running higher for some reason now I get the same experience as when I got it starting off at 10 and finishing on 12

You cannot use two codes at a time on their site. I tried this and it replaced the first code with the second code I put in.

Yeah but the quartz works, got one free with my final release HydraTree, not that I've been able to try it yet. Gotta make some rosin finally! I really would like to try the HydraLine too actually, along with the HydraCirc...

Do those work better than the glass nails? I just ordered mine yesterday and plan on mostly using for concentrate so I may as well get one when they come back in stock if they are better/nicer.

Imo they do taste better. They sit slightly deeper and are a tad bit fatter round. The glass ones are good but the Quartz is better. The Quartz nails work with the hydratree no problem.

Thanks for the response. I did try my last session as you mentioned at a lower temp (noon exactly). Although it did help with the charring, the vapor or cloud production is still lacking. I would say half the amount of vapor I was previously getting.

I did reach out to VXH and they mentioned they may want to bring it in to be looked at. Hopefully I get a resolution one way or the other. Thanks to those chimed in. I will keep you guys posted on the outcome.
