Look for my post a page or two back on what I paid. Basically it's GST+PST+$10 on the converted amount and you'll get the bill 2-3 weeks later. If you live outside Ontario It'll probably be cheaper from PV.Anybody order a cloud evo from vxh to canada? Did u have to pay customs? I see Planetvape has it in stock, maybe it would be wiser to order from them.. But not sure if they are holding new models or stocked on old ones.
Rapidly becoming a fan of using the VXN, set to 9:30-10 and turning the Evo off as soon as the wax fully melts. Turning back on and to 3:00, to burn off any residue.
Thanks Enchantre for mentioning turning off the EVO mid hit. Seems to make the smallest amount go ever further.

I'll get the odd drop that gets up to the mouthpiece but otherwise it only happens if I overfill and/or pull too hard. Possibly an issue with the specific one they received but hard to say without more info.Just read a complaint about the SideCirc on the MD comments, is there any truth to this?
"I just got my cloud evo and I really don't recommend the Sidecirc hydratube. At the very minimum level of water to barely cover some of the slits, the water splashes into your mouth when you take a hit."
Is this person doing something wrong? or could their HT be messed up? just wondering for my future MD selection.

Hmm, I have freshly cleaned ELBs and I used some long cotton swabs to clean the inside bamboo of the Evo, but I still get a horrid burning taste if I turn it above 2 o'clock.
Has anyone experienced anything like this?
I agree with @Monsoon. One "mistake" that seems common with new users is the tendency to pull too hard. Folks are accustomed to smoking/vaping with other devices/methods, and with the EVO not only is pulling hard unnecessary, it can be counter-productive. Just sayin'.
That's how the og and + clouds worked, but I agree with OBG on the EVO, it's a lot more sensitive on the pull.
What are the pros to this and why has it changed? Is it due to the new heater?
Also, seen both cloud and EVO taken apart, but even tho there is a "ground" plug/prong, it appears that it doesn't really do anything? Meaning, it's not really grounded? Am I missing something?
That news reporter was an idiot though ... all she could say was "wow" ... why are people such idiots? ... it's ok to have your alcohol delivered but weed delivered ... that's just worth making fun of ... ridiculous ...Saw this video this morning on news with stonemonkey in it....

I actually disagree with this. I've found that as long as the EVO has been warmed up, I can pull as hard as I want. And in fact, if I want the tube to be super heavy duty milky, I do have to pull much harder.
I guess everyone's situation may vary, but I notice a definite correlation between the harder I pull, and the more dense my vapor is in the tube.
That depends on the strain. Sativa's or sativa dominant seems to be closer to 10am and for indica's or indica dominants I turn it up a tad.@VapeNStone with a heat soaked unit, what is your preferred flower setting? 10 or 12?
I watched more of your vids, 11:30 is it?
Um, yeah... that talking news head is rather easily befuddled, isn't she?Saw this video this morning on news with stonemonkey in it....

I have a question for those of you that use the new neoprene sleeve with your Evo. Does the smell go away with use?
I just put one on today and I had to remove it as the smell of hot neoprene overwhelmed my senses during use.
True. I think when pulling hard from the start, the air rushes through the bowl so fast it doesn't sped so much time in it transfering the convection heat into it.I like to pull softly until vapor production begins then ramp it up. Once vapor starts to flow, EVO just keeps pumping it out.
No, the new heater just heats up faster. How this vape actually vapes depends on the shape of its bamboo (assuming the heater is working correctly). That's how the og and + clouds worked, but I agree with OBG on the EVO, it's a lot more sensitive on the pull.

Usually a ground pin is needed when the device has conductive enclosure, which the EVO doesn't.Also, seen both cloud and EVO taken apart, but even tho there is a "ground" plug/prong, it appears that it doesn't really do anything? Meaning, it's not really grounded? Am I missing something?
