Anyone tried 3d printing an enclosure for the skeletor? I whipped one up in cad, no experience with 3d printing though. If anyone has any input or suggestions throw them at me. I'll still need to locate the top hole and a hole for the battery display wire.
i dunno.. i think you're overthinking it..
i have my skeletor in a cloth and burlap covered cardboard/cardstock container.. i have never been concerned with cloth, or cardboard/cardstock scorching or catching fire..
if anchored properly internally, i think it would work quite well
But if everything is working right there is no heat for melting anything - not even chocolade.
Look for 12V 10A (or more) CV LED driver PSU's from China. Like this one, dirt cheap with free shipping >> https://www.aliexpress.com/store/pr...220V-to-DC-12V-Power/1820751_32825150970.html
Or this one, perhaps marginally better >> https://www.aliexpress.com/store/pr...upply-AC100-240V-led/2204155_32688746143.html
etc..
PS: you need to supply your own wires though.
Why not a PC (ATX) power supply? could be free if you have one laying around. There's guides online on how to get them to work w/o a motherboard
for a pocketable micro......
