Hows the splash vapetoomuch? i was thinking about picking one of these up actually. With a showerhead diffy with a little bend to it, it would be perfect!

The bent neck acts as a splash guard ;)
Careful with the taste though. With the little diffusion that this has, it takes away so much taste.

I've had my new Underdog for a couple weeks now, so I figured I would post my experience.

The Purpledays was my very first vape that got me away from combustion and I wanted to go back to my roots..

Since PD had to shut down because of some unnecessary drama I had a chat with the re-retired owner of PD and he pointed me to Underdog.

Customer service has been great, as I am a picky customer and I had no troubles with my order and communication was stellar.

The vape was a bit smaller than I was expecting, but that's ok.

Unfortunately, I have been fortunate enough to have plenty of material to use and have been using it with my Supreme for quite some time, and I feel that my tolerance is too high for this to be an everyday vape like I had envisioned.

My other vape just produces so much vapor so fast that it's easy to be once and done and on with the day.

I see this being put aside for when company comes over or when I'm trying to conserve my product.~When company comes over. Lol

I guess I'm impatient now too..life has changed a bit for me since I first owned this type of vape and I can't sit down and watch the grass grow as much.~No pun intended. ;)

The flavor is great, just like I remembered from the PD days..kinda nostalgic for me. :)

I was hoping the water attachment would blow my mind, but again I find myself comparing how dense the vapor is to my other daily driver.

I really only felt I got good vapor when I used the old school straw attachment.
Glass didn't work well for me.

To sum it up, I'm happy and it functions great, looks beautiful, and I'm sure will last years.

Nice review @supreme_cloud . I've bought 2 UD's in the last month and love them for different reasons.

I'm really not into reviewing vapes, because everyones perspective/experiences on what works for them is so different. I understand the need for reviews and i have based some purchases because of reviews on FC and had varying results/success/ gratification and total dislike of those vapes .

I agree about the glass stems, i get better results with the Silicone or Ed's stems. I'm also uncomfortable using the glass since it's not a tight fit and i hate broken glass.

The flavor is great and i like that i can dial in my perfect temp, i have lung issues and any coughing /irritation to my lungs is a no no for me. Huge clouds irritate my lungs and i miss being able to take monster hits, but i'll live ;).

The only time i'm truly in a rush to medicate is if i'm outside, i really don't wanna be arrested at my age :lol: and there is always that possibility here in the city. :cuss:

For me the UD works well, conserves my overpriced cast off's from the medical states. I don't have a need to be medicated in 2 minutes most of the time. I have vapes that do that, but i also tend to combust with those no matter how hard i try not to :rolleyes: and it's totally fucking revolting when i do combust.

Customer service from Dave and Amanda has been a pleasure and add in Snappo and i have two of the best looking ,unique vapes and it took only 2 weeks for each of them, from start to finish-another plus . I don't like waiting for things i want:brow:.

And that's my "review" :lol:

I agree with everything you've said.

Wasn't really trying to give a review was much as I was just my perspective.

Just used the oil that came with it and made the UD shine.
Smell reminds me of the PD buzz butter..more memories.

This weekend I'm having some friends over and I'll put the UD in other hands to see if I can make them future customers. ;)

I'm not sure if I'm reading this right..
Pretty sure there is only one size stem.
And what small run?
I'm not aware of anything special.
He does make the glass 14mm attachment for use with water if that is what you were asking.

I remember him mentioning maybe doing a small test of 14mm nylons. He also said before you could specify whatever length nylon stem up to like 4ft or something. Crazy. I was just wondering if he could do like a 2" nylon stem

Good memory Zac.. :)

I have indeed been working on the 14mm NonG Shorties and should have a batch of them done in the next couple weeks (by the end of month). I'm only making a couple hundred to start and then will see if the demand is there to warrant making them as a regular stocked item. :peace:

Just wanted to stop in and say my Ash Lost Dog is the shizz. I'm getting great vapor production at the 11.5-12v range on my vvps. Still trying to find the 'sweetest of the sweet spot'. It has minimal if any drag through water tools. I have zero complaints and it seems to stay fairly cool compared to my other logs. Anyway, another satisfied customer. One day, I'll do a custom. :rockon::tup::love:

So I've noticed that my core seems to have loosened up a little bit. My pup is still working fine but I am just wondering if this is something that I need to be concerned about?

Some of the woods tighten up on the core as they age and some loosen a bit instead.. either way it shouldn't present any issues at all. The only exception to that would be if you inadvertently twisted the core inside the body which could cause the wires going from the core to the power plug to short or break.

If you're handy you could always put another snap ring in the top which sometimes helps tighten things back up, or you could send it to us and we could do it.. but again, it shouldn't be a problem.

Been lurking for bout 3 wks gathering info and in making that first step I've decided on an underdog after narrowing down from pax, dbv, hi, and mlfb..... "I'm chomping at the bit" to read all of this thread and if I avg 30 Pgs per day, I'll be caught up in time for pay day!!!!!

My UD could not be more perfect. I have it set up right next to my TV, recliner, fan, and door.
I'll be vaping in my recliner watching TV, listening to music, or playing video games. The small amount of material needed for the nylon stem makes it perfect to use when in stealthy situations.
I get high, feed the UD some essential oils, and sit back and relax.

One of my nylon stems has become rather clogged though. How can the stem be cleaned? Will ISO react with the nylon?
