@duffHey @DDave, what are the differences between The DDave 18mm Tubo Evic VaporCooler V3 and The DDave 18mm Milaana VaporCooler V3?
Is it just the included screens?
It's great seeing a section for the Tubo!
@duff
Those coolers are one in the same.
The screens are a new addition.
Without rims, the screen can be placed at varying depths in the cooler. In the Tubo, works great with two screens. One installed within the cooler. The other at the tip, enclosing the herbs. Load herb to about half volume of the space between the two screens.
No stirring necessary. Just remove cooler, give it a shake, and put the cooler back into the tubo.
Also working on a way to cheaply offer and ship these screens.... stay tuned...
Cool, when time permits PM me a wishlist and we'll see what we can do.Looking forward to ordering soon, probably going to need to the stem case too, is there a way to get it with fewer than four stems though?
A couple options, but the screens not having a rim make them much more fragile.I was also wondering how you get the interior screen out of the cooler? Can't poke it back the other end like regular stems...
Looks great FJ ! Not that it wasnt expected.. That cable looks the one on my grandmas clothes iron.. and is brining even more retro feeling to the tubo design ..hello!
yes, i am thrilled there is a ddave tubo evic section!
i have news from the tubo510 aka TUBOx, i re-did mine to the final version. am quite satisfied with how it turned out:
the connector is in there so the heating element could be adapted to the power adapter in the future. i am debating on coloring it black or another color. could be a direct connection as well if that is preferred. i am not yet set on final price, its going to be around $100, without the mod of course.
on the tubo evic front: more and more tubos are assembled. they are lining up for painting/finishing/calibration. hope to have a killer pic soon
hf!
Wow, that looks great. I already added a flam to my tubo order, any chance of adding one of these on? Dibs maybe? Can I call dibs? Dibs!hello!

Something bad happened this morning guys - my Tubo just stopped working... I was sitting down enjoying a cruise session when it cut out early and said "Atomizer Short". Not a good sign, I replaced the battery, turned it off and on, and nothing fixed it. I'm not sure what could've happened because I haven't dropped it or anything yet, it just stopped out of the blue. Hopefully it's something that can be fixed easily, and I won't have to be without my Tubo for long. @funkyjunky, any tips on troubleshooting before I'd have to send it in?
I like how @RelaxedNow is thinking, definitely check that.Something bad happened this morning guys - my Tubo just stopped working... Do you sell extra rimless screens? Seems like replacing them is the easiest thing to do. I haven't done that yet actually because I have been cleaning the screen with the stem. But it's still seems fragile for long term use.Cool, when time permits PM me a wishlist and we'll see what we can do.
A couple options, but the screens not having a rim make them much more fragile.
*** first option is clean the screen along with the bubbler. Leave it installed. My bubbler cleaning video on youtube using pbw doesn't have the screen installed, but my next video will.
*** the other option is to consider them disposable. I'm coming up with a solution that should allow me to sell replacements cheaply and use mailing rather than shipping to keep cost down even more.

I assume you got a whip with it? You may not want or need this until you get comfortable with your tubo but I use the ddave stem pack. I microdose and find that using the 2 screen method works great.Might actually get here before Independence Day!! (States) So excited, and grateful to funkyjunky for allowing me another chance to order after something came up the first go around, and even the second time when I was supposed to order my high ass didn't send the message about my order and didn't even realize til 10 days later (i just thought my order was getting ready the whole time ) he replied soon after with one ready for me to buy i was so relieved. All that to say, what great customer service. Love to help fellow members out and their businesses. Can't wait to try out the tubo, when i saw this on the unreleased section I felt like my dreams had come true, this was the type of vaporizer I had wanted all along, even since I got my first vaporizer I wanted something along the lines of a tubo, a box mod type vaporizer. Anyways, thats enough rambling, if you can't tell I'm high
Edit: oh yeah I believe i just got the long bent stem and a short stem? What else do you guys recommend buying for it besides batteries?

Actually I don't think I did. Didn't think it would be ideal but if you think it goes well with the Tubo I'll get one.I assume you got a whip with it? You may not want or need this until you get comfortable with your tubo but I use the ddave stem pack. I microdose and find that using the 2 screen method works great.
Thanks! If i buy one it'll probably have to get one from somewhere around here due to shipping costsThe whips that you can buy from @funkyjunky are really pretty, but a bit short for my purposes. A whip from Arizer (made for Extreme Q) works flawlessly.
You can also attach your whip (of whatever length) to the short stem.
