I mean no harm and I think this vape is definitely cool, it’s perfect on paper. I’m just a lot sicker than I used to be in my more recreational days. To give an idea of what I mean, I sold my puffco peak after reliability issues because I am often 2 hours away from home. I found myself needing a backup oil rig.
With this vape I really WANT to tinker with it and use it around home etc, but I feel like if I’m out and about I’d need my mighty as backup. I simply CANT go without medicating anymore, it’s not just a “bummer” if I have equipment failure.
I just wanted to clarify why my posts may seem negative. I’m looking at this vape right now sad I have to pack it up but I just need the guarantee that I’m going to be alright when I’m 2 hours away from home, 3 days a week. It’s nothing personal, it’s just not suited for me because I need perhaps above average reliability and response I guess. If this became my portable vape and was down for a week, I’d be in trouble. I understand it’s artisinal so this is one of the risks of something that isn’t mass produced and they can’t just overnight me a new one under warranty etc.
Not trying to trash it I’m actually really a fan of the design but I can’t operate the way they do on such a small scale when it comes to my health.
@Abysmal Vapor how do you like the setup you have? Can you post info on it? How reliable has it been? I could see trying the pod or whatever on a vape that I can replace easily here in MASS. Like I said I really wanted to love this. I need on demand convection that rivals the mighty as far as reliability and hard hitting potency. I was originally waiting for the RBT thing but pulled myself off that list for a number of reasons. The mighty is wonderful but it’s not full convection but it’s also session and I’d like on demand.
So sorry if I seem like I’m negative. Just sad it’s not going to work out for my personal situation I guess.
