its just the shop system :D
not every number is a successful order! i am through building the poplar ones and started on the beech ones last week. they are comming to live during this and next week. packaging notices, will state that the unit is ready for packaging and will get packaged, then to be shipped out in the next run to the post office. thanks for the patience.

stems are getting finished this week.

So hyped. I haven't smoked in 4 weeks in anticipation of this vape. How long do you think priority shipping will take roughly to make it to the USA?

I'd rather wait for a good product than have a poor one arrive instantly. I know I'll be really stoked when it gets here.

They look beautiful! Especially love the design of the two etched ones.

@funkyjunky Have you tried the new wooden stem with concentrates ? I think there are dosing capsules for concentrates with ss mesh pad inside for the purpose. I wonder how much more mess would it make compare to hybrid/conduction in the mighty .

Transit time and customs time seems to just depend on luck.

I bought a Tubo Evic which took 5 days from Switzerland to Israel. It then took almost a month to get the last 40 miles to my local post office.

The second order was sent on Thursday or Friday and it was in my hands on Monday (Dec 25th).

@SloJimFizz I really like the Black Evic with the black paint (and stem) NICE.

Thought I'd drop in and update about my Tubo as it's been roughly a couple of months since I took delivery :)

It's still working just as well as it did on day 1 and I haven't needed to perform any adjustments to the resistance at all. Other than the occasional wipe down of the exterior I haven't needed to clean the unit in any way either!

I have to say the whole experience is so much better through water. TBH I was ready to give up on the device before I bought a bong, my throat just couldn't handle the sheer amount of hot dry air that needed to be inhaled. Still cough from a big hit off the bong but the water seems to add a bit of moisture back into the vapour and make it a lot more manageable.

Tastiest strain I've had so far through it is Lemonesia. Tastes like lemons and petrol :D

I'm using the D-020D and love it. Perfect size/volume for vapes in my opinion. It's my first piece of "China glass" after owning expensive tubes by Toro, Sheldon Black and Sovereignty (back in my combusting days) and I've been really impressed with the quality, especially for the price. Took about 5 weeks for delivery but well worth it!

here they are! wooden capsule stems, limited quantity for now but more are in the makings.
check on lamart.ch under aroma accessories.
you can use the wooden stems in their raw form that comes with a screen preinstalled. use the wooden bowl directly or insert a s&b dosing capsule (2 included). glass inserts (straight and bent for the short mouth piece) can be added, as well as the A-maze cooler. i recommend getting at least one fully equipped stem.

had to slightly adjust price since i forgot about currency conversion in my previous price calculations (too much tubo maybe) and also i excluded shipping because it was just not manageable in the shop system.

so, if you only want to order wooden stems i can send them out cheaper. please leave a message that i said so and the difference in shipping costs will get refunded.
i can also do non-protruding glass inserts or bent ones for longer wooden stems, leave a message.

Just ordered the 10mm stem! I hope I picked the right one... my thought process was I’m not going to take the Tubo out much so the small wouldn’t be needed (although it looks awesome), but the large was absolutely too large to travel with.

@funkyjunky is the cooling unit enough that the medium will still have relatively cool vapor? Or do you recommend the long for those with sensitive throats?

Two things: One is that I've had my tubo almost since they first came out. I love it and it has always worked well. I've switched from water to whips and find they cool just as well.

I want to order one of the new stems. But I don't understand at all what the glass inserts are for or how to use them. Are they related to the dosing capsules? I've never used one so that may be why I don't get it. If not, could you explain how to use them and how they cool?

From my understanding the glass inserts are for cooling, astethics, ease of cleaning and for the feeling of glass on your lips rather than wood.
I think the wooden stems also work completely fine without glass inserts but maybe the vapor will be a bit harsher.
Those are just my guesses though, I think fj or someone else may give a proper answer.

with the a-maze cooler in place i personally like the short and medium ones. normally i use water but since the cooler i use the short stem on the regular, even over water.
the cooler does however add some restriction but not too much. so if super open draw is preferred the long wooden stem without cooler would be best.

happy to hear the units keep up with time! the oldest ones are 1.5 years old now.

the glass insert prevents the wood from getting dirty with resin inside and gives the glass feeling on the lips. they might add some cooling on their own compared to the plain wood.

the a-maze cooler is a piece of stainless steel metal that is insert again into the glass inserts. the metal deflects and absorbs the hot air and dissipates the heat through the glass to the wood surroundings. its quite a-mazeing how well it works.

yes the wooden stems are usable in their native form no problem. also the rest is true of what you said.
the a-maze cooler does restrict the draw a bit. it can always be taken out but i recommend letting it inside and cleaning it like that.


@Abysmal Vapor i did try the liquid pads and they do work great, need to bump up temps of course but once the metal mass is hot it gets ROLLING!
