Knurled battery cover was the most significant TM2 upgrade for me

I forgot about that element. That is something I would really like to have. If I understand correctly, the threads are not the same, and you can't replace the old one with the new one.

Does the TM2 still leak light around the bottom cap?

I have a walnut and a PH TM and no longer light leak at all

I recall that being mentioned, and the polarity change, however I was able to use mine once without any issue I am pretty sure, at least if I am recalling correctly...
