I wasn't suggesting there was a problem with the PCB. I only stated that the screw that holds the heater post is mounted directly on the PCB and that FR4 is functionally rated to 130'C. That is because the substrate is glass and epoxy. No one knows what temperature the post gets to and I don't know the transition temperatures of the epoxies if it even applies. So I never once tried to suggest this was problematic. I put forth the information I could find and presented it. Knowledge is always a good thing.
@LabPong - [removed due to error in thinking] Best of all worlds is if the backside of the PCB is a large gold plated region with no solder mask. Still haven't seen what the heater side of the PCB looks like.
