VapingYogi
Pranayama; of a sort.
This! Now this is what I want something that stands out as the one to grab...I think I'll always have a small rotation. Vaping for me is a hobby as it is a form of medication.
Having said that, Tempest is the vape I'm going to save in a house fire. The rest can fend for themselves
... plus I would rather not rely on electricity being always available, a manual option for when the powers shot for a few days is a requirement, so desktop power in the palm of my hand, yes please.
In December of last year I grabbed a Tiny Might 2 and a Freight Train Pro, I didn't buy anything else until September of this year when I grabbed an Anvil which was the only thing I was going to buy but September sucks (PTSD / deaths / births blah blah) I kind of, I think VAS was a coping mechanism in order to avoid dealing with the how I actually feel and the things that were going on.It seems the only way to stop VAS completely is to just not follow the scene at all.
I guess my point is that from December of last year to September of this year, I was still watching the websites I buy from for anything new, I was still watching reddit for something I hadn't seen. I ended up creating this epic list of everything I saw and liked... I let the list grow and grow until September when I decided I would finally let myself buy something.
I don't think you need stop watching the scene in order to be able to resist VAS, but something has to be the priority that every time VAS kicks in you look at your priority and its very easy to just put it on a list and say "I'll get this later".
However, if there is anything happening in your life that's got you down, or your overly stressed with work or your relationships, its in those times I agree that the only way to avoid leaning into VAS is to try and avoid "the scene" as its those times that its very hard to maintain your self control... as I found out...
