Understood, I don't care how much it's discounted (I watch late night TV, there are all kinds of great deals if I just act now....pay additional shipping and handling and you can have two....) it's still a lot of bucks to me. Just because it started out higher, doesn't make the dollars worth any less used otherwise.
I can actually still save more than you did (plus gas, parking and the like)......and use it to buy false drugs, too. FWIW, along the way I lost both the guys that I was planning on going with which also takes some of the fun out of it, leaving me with a different choice.
I may make it, if not please enjoy the show for me? Sound like you might not have trouble finding a place to park.....

Of course there is.... I don't think anyone has ever doubted your ideas or your ability to wow us with a plethora of new ideas and prototypes.
Im just saying there is a reason why we do the way we do it, doesnt work out sometimes but the bigger picture can handle a little scratches as long as we fix it. :-)

On the pass though unit is it going to be a two piece unit, a new head w/LCD and controlls like Iris and a new base with cord so we could use the head w/the pass though and w/batteries? Or just new base and if we want adjustment for batteries we have to get the Iris head also?

The pass through is going to have a LCD screen on the control box for you to adjust voltage,
The Iris will be a separate head.
Either something is wrong with my unit, or I'm an idiot... either is possible at this point.
So I've charged my 18350's, they're solid green when I leave them in the charger. When I put them in the persei the blue light goes on fine, but the second the cart makes contact with the bottom of the threading the light turns off.
With the one larger battery I can get the light to stay on with the cart, but I don't get any vapor at any point. (though there is an orange glow inside the cart, maybe I primed it wrong?)
I previously owned an omicron until I accidentally busted it. I would think that I know how to fill it and that isn't the problem at hand, but it could be.
Any suggestions?

I smell a bad battery, the minute you demand power, it fades and goes into protect mode. Having no spares or meter your next move is probably to open a ticket so THC can send you another?
