Apologies if this has been covered, but what is everyone's take on how to best utilize the liquid pad for concentrates ie: sauce / diamonds? Also, how should it be cleaned and how often? It seems like a single session would be enough to contaminate the device flavor/stickiness-wise.

I tried to use a concentrate pad with rosin in a pipe , for when I needed high temp dab/vaporising on the go, with no extra cost.
Heating with a hemp wick or clean butane flame. Taste suffered though.

Normal use in the Mighty with rosin seemed to absorb a lot for little vapour. Not sure how sauce or diamonds would react.

I am pretty sure someone has found out a good way.
I am eager to learn more too.

I use the capsules with the liquid pad to keep the unit cleaner. But I tend not to use concentrates in the mighty in general for some of the reasons you mentioned: The taste gets bad pretty quickly and I feel like it’s not very efficient.

But when I do use it, I can usually get 2 to 3 sessions out of one liquid pad and capsule. Try not to over load it, as it will get on the outside of the capsule a little bit, but I would rather it be on the capsule then on the mighty.

On a different note, now that I’m using a glass J hook on top of the mighty, my stand from puffitup is not heavy enough or Wide enough to reliably keep it upright. Does anyone have a recommendation for a heavier or bigger style stand?

I’m sure, if @Ratchett doesnt already have what you need, he can make it. LOVE his stuff!

I also remember another member making beautiful Mighty stands out of metal, I think. If you flip back through the pages, you’ll find the pictures. But it wasn’t recently so you have a little homework. But it’ll be a fun journey!

@arthritisbites - Sorry to say the stand you're looking for is no longer being made: 2qan, say it like the bird, created in a limited edition only, I'm lucky to have S/N #1. The stability wings swing smoothly

By @nenmayk , a surrealist artist. Now have five of his prints, I'm giving him a hit in this pic:

2qan-nenmayk.jpg

People complained about his $75 price, even though grinders cost more. So he then made a 3D printed one-piece design called the Wee, which was promptly copied by big guys in the game. Quite a talented guy

Ataxian....my crazy surfer dude friend! You don't have a Mighty??!! :o:o:o LOL

You would like one very much, I believe. I know you are mostly desktops but for those occassions that you want to just sit back in the pool lounge chair and hit a load and just get vapor, the Mighty is almost without peer.

Tell your family and friends you want one for your next birthday! haha :rockon:

As far as moving to France....my friend, if I understand your position correctly, cannabis is key to your treatment of symptoms of your very serious disease. Do you really want to leave cheap and highly available CA for a country where its still illegal? Just suggesting that this is something to ponder for a while.
FRANCE is pretty CIVILIZED a part from their CANNABIS laws being outdated?
CALIFORNIA is underestimated toward’s CANNABIS?
It’s getting cheaper and more inline with the modern world?
Can I put Hash in a MIGHTY?

I got to be GANGSTER in EUROPE?

Why are they so primitive?

Avoid France when it comes to cannabis.
1st cannabis consumer in Europe, but laws stupidly retrograde, and hypocrisy rules: Health minister lately said she couldn't approve its decriminalisation and in the same time fight against smoking habit (as if cannabis was only tobacco related).
Quality usually sucks, if you don't know personally someone who (knows what he is doing and) dares growing his own weed.
You'd be better in Germany or Spain ;)

My wife is FRENCH?
I like SPAIN however my wife likes FRANCE!
CALIFORNIA is easier concerning CANNABIS.
My sister lived in ITALY 4-20years however moved to AUSTRALIA.
She say many farmers grew CANNABIS there! (Med-ITALY)
HAWAII is my favorite place however ROCK FEVER can develop?

Italy is a great place it only lacks cannabis legalisation to make it perfect. (CBD weed is like vaping hay 99% of the time...under 0.7% THC:bang:)
I wish i could go one of these days to Hawaii, long time dream as i used to love a tv show when i was a child

HIGGINS reminds me of CHRISTOPER HITCHENS?
SURFING da NORTH SHORE We saw TOM driving a red car!
We were not star struck!
F@ck we had COLAS without seeds?

A MIGHTY would help with harvest at the time!

hey I own a mighty since quite sometime but I'd like to have a cooler vapor, can someone recommend a good cooling unit that I could connect to the mouthpiece? or a DIY unit is fine also :)
thanks!
If you like water filtration:
-I tried a aquavape3 with a easy flow wpa adapter and it works fine. It can seldom happen that you get a drop of water. You have to be careful to not overfill.
The WPA adapter needs to be screwed on and removed carefully. It can damage the Mighty I heard. It blocks sometimes.
With a bit of thought and care you can take it along spill-free.
I like it.

- For home use I just "glued" a normal mighty mouth piece with paraffin to a glass bowl. So I can add it to any glass piece if I want. Not perfect at all, but it works.

I use the V3 WPA adapter from Delta3dstudio and an in-line bubbler called a Pinnacle Pro Hydrotube (with 14 mm joint size, though 18 mm will fit the V3 also).

I would like to recommend the puffitup WPA with a glass J hook because the vapor cools beautifully without dealing with the mess of water (credit to @LesPlenty for the idea!!)

After deciding to purchase another vape other than my beloved Solo for 420, I decided upon the Mighty. While I was doing my research the only reservation I had in getting a Mighty was the hassle of keeping it clean. I know its not a big deal to clean it but hey I'm lazy. That's one of the best things about the Solo is its ultra low maintenance.

So I came up with the plan to go with the 14mm wpa and use the J-hook I was already using and just drop the glass in iso like I currently do and I'd be good to go. But after reading/hearing that some folks having cracked their Mighty's I had my doubts about screwing the wpa on and off multiple times a day without damaging it.

Being a retired machinist I knew could come up with something in order to make it fit better, so I ordered 2 (in case I screwed 1 up). Sure enough, when tried to screw it on the first time without modifying it I was afraid I was going to crack it, so I stopped. I went into my toolbox and grabbed a file and got to it. I tried the long flat first but couldn't keep it square and was putting a taper on it which would cause it to not engage properly. Then I flipped the file on its side and Wallah! I was able to rest the long side of the file against the cylinder; keeping the file square with the part.
I can't tell you the stock size of those flanges but I took them down to .075" and that seemed to be a good thickness. It now has enough pressure to seat the wpa without cracking my Mighty.

I gotta tell ya I don't know why I waited this long to get a Mighty. It is now my daily driver.
While the Solo still has a slight edge in taste for the first two draws (imho), the overall session taste gives the win to the Mighty.

I use a SOLO the most!
The glass stem provides flavor I appreciate?
The MIGHTY is on my radar?

My SOLO is very old, however it is still functional for some reason?

Since you have your adapter properly tuned up, this may not be of interest to you but Delta 3D Studios makes a soft adapter that works wonderfully with no concern about stressing the CU hold down flanges.

What a great design. It looks like a perfect fit from the photos. Plus the added bonus of a good seal to the oven. I believe that due to the manufacturing properties of glass I can and never will get a "complete" seal with what I have. Sure I get a good enough seal to get the job done, but when I inhale I always hear a slight whistle (reminds me of my FF2). When I use the CU its totally quiet as it should be. I mean they use O-rings for a reason right? I have one question though, do you know if the screen is removable? A lot of times in the mfg process involving silicone/urethane you would see the screen edges buried in the material. It would be nice if it were removable, Regardless, I'm getting one as soon as I finish here as I can always modify it. Thanks for the tip!
