The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

Just wanted to say hello to everyone in this thread, you guys unwittingly helped me chose a Mighty as my portable/backup desktop vape.

My Vapexhale Cloud Evo bamboo broke last night and today I've had my first full run with the Mighty as the main driver, and I've discovered something that for me, is a total game-changer and if its been covered already then I apologise, but I feel it needs to be emphasised.

Using a smaller amount, and packing it down with the concentrate pad on top, produces FAR thicker vapour, and the effect is night and day, much closer to the hit of the Vapexhale. Before, I was going through the 0.3 bowl fairly quickly and without ever getting much past [7]. I assume I was loading too little before, and not tamping it down sufficiently, but this method makes things last a lot longer and seems to be far better at extracting what we are after.

The AVB has gone from a very very light brown, to a more roasted dark coffee ground colour, which is what I'm after.

Got the Mighty teamed up to a nice Grav Labs stax base showerhead bubbler and after using the pad on top I am [8] after one bowl.

Love these forums, not smoked anything for exactly one month now, full convert!
I also do this and get great results. Plus it keeps the CU screen clean! LOL

Got a surprise package today -- a wee stand. Thank you @nenmayk !

PqtoETe.jpg

The Wee stand is one third the weight of the 2qan: 26g vs 78g.
Rigid, tough plastic. Stands up well, but no stability wings like 2qan.
If you knock it hard, it will fall, unlike the more stable aluminum 2qan.
But if you knock a Crafty, it will fall too.

PM @nenmayk , he ships free domestic only for FC members.
It's also on Ebay, search for Mighty Wee Stand.

You can find similar bands, though, maybe not black.

his Mighty looks TOUGH
yea, i like the headband! i Want a headband too. offer some protection in case of drops without covering up the whole unit.

Such a simple nice solution.
Anybody else have links to this new technology?

Still waiting on vapingfans??? Ordered almost a month ago lol.

Don't forget the guys at VapingFans (张 晓娟) were on vacation through February 5. Nothing shipping from at least as far back as January 19 when I ordered my glass mouthpiece from them. I did get a charge on my AMEX, in the last couple of days, so I am thinking they're now shipping again? Today is February 7.

See the note in orange. I screen captured it.

Hey all-- wanted to check in with folks who know. I've had vaporgenie, pax, Pax 2, currently have pax 3 and Firefly 2. Wanted something with a little more oomph and ordered the Crafty. I would love to read through all 400 pages of these two threads but what I'm wondering is: should I just return it right now and upgrade to the Mighty? Is one more reliable than the other? Sorry to ask an old question.... I went with Crafty because of size. I'm not rough on my devices and am not a heavy user, I just like to have access to different fun toys. :) thanks for any insight you can provide.

I've read quite a bit on here and have not used a crafty. But from what you have said I would stick with it and I bet you'll love it. What I have read is that the crafty fails more than mighty. The mighty has double the battery life. Almost everyone says quite similar in vape quality. But mighty is better. If you aren't a heavy user like me where it is attached to your side than try the crafty. But if you want something that blows your mind.lol try the mighty. It's worth the extra $$

Thanks for the feedback. At least S&B seem to stand behind the product. I guess I'll roll the dice lol!! Stay up!

I've owned them both..crafty and Mighty...They are both good (great)...but the Mighty doesn't require an app for temperature settings.......I loved the Crafty....but....I would suggest that you go ahead and reach for the Mighty.......just my opinion....Crafty is a nice device for sure......but.....you will always think to yourself..."Maybe I should get a Mighty"....I did...and ...I did.....

...well just requested RMA for Crafty and using a Promo code for puffitup just got the Mighty for the same price. Score!

Excellent choice!!
I had a Crafty and while it never gave me any issues, I really love my Mighty!
The Mighty is quite a bit bigger due to two batteries and this is where it shines!
Lasts longer between charges and the buttons are so easy to use!!

Another top tip why to get a Mighty;
Apple seems to be saying they are good to end all vaporider App support! No updates or new uploads, so controlling a Crafty may be challenging for any new owners with iPhones.

...and I have an iPhone. I'm bummed because the Pax 3 app is really nice and the firefly cant change temps without an app. :-/ but thank you to everyone for all your help!! Looking forward to Friday. Should arrive then!

Do the dosing capsules provide a more even bake of the herbs ? I know the Mighty is pretty good at providing even heating in the herb without the dosing capsule, but have not done a side by side. one thing I will say is I can really compress more than I thought in the dosing capsule.
Dosing capsules are the best!! They keep the Mighty bowl super clean..... The great hing is that when the capsules are finished ...you dump them out and the capsule is spotlessly clean...i love the dosing capsules so much more than the loose leaf loads......trust me...you will too.....

Got the WPA for the Mighty (Sneaky Pete or I bought from Vape Fiend even though in USA) and built a whip for it.

Worked ok but to tell the truth I like the Mighty better natively. Found the vapor to actually be harsher on my lungs (coughed a LOT) and the vapor to be thinner for some reason. I checked all of the joints and fittings and everything is tight with no perceptible air leaks but it did seem to be somewhat diluted.

Not done messing around with this type of set up...just had the one session...but I haven't found a sweet spot for this rig yet. Maybe cool temp down and use it for slow, easy session??

I'm like you Baron23, i 've tried to use my Mighty with water, but for me the Mighty is really better without water ;),i have two other vape than i prefer to use natively; the Plenty (also S&B vape) and Sticky Brick Junior...
