So I send my mighty in but I did not receive any invoice. I got told I will get a mail when the unit is shipped but 8 days have gone so far. Very odd.
When I sent my unit in, I had to call and they sent it out the next day...it's like they fuck with you or something

@AJS can't recommend the mighty enough, but if it's cash you need saving and need something now...just to throw it out there, the vapman has been my daily driver this year so far
@WakeAndVape BEST explanation of why the Mighty doesn't stand like the Crafty! Thank you for that!

:spliff:

it's a bit of a bad timing as my email box was full right in the time where the mail may have got to me and the storz mail said the shipping service will post the mail (so not storz itself).

also when I click on the link of the storz mail it says something like
14th jan "we have received your mighty"
18th jan "your mighty was repaired, the shipping service will send you a mail"
19th jan "we have received your mighty"

but nothing in the box for now

You guys really don't know how much I appreciate your input and recommendations.
I have a weird bond with my Air...just used it and I feel more attached than ever, haha! Also extremely medicated currently because of it.

The Mighty will be a purchase eventually, assuming something more powerful doesn't replace it. Just seems like too good of a unit to not have at some point....but I love my Nano and LSV, but the absolute PERFECT place it would fall into would be roadtrips or just in the passenger seat of a car in general. Awesome car vape. Awesome vape to not have openly in public, but still out where you don't have an outlet. nature trails, cars, camping, etc etc. Seems like the best.

The vapman.....ha. I remember when that first went on the mflb site, before I even knew about FC but had an mflb for 2 years or so. Saw the vapman on there and thought it looked weeeeaaak.
I realize now the vapman is a BEAST, but have never used one, but am currently not in the looks for one either. I would much prefer a Triihouse Lily/Daisy assuming I was able to get my hands on one. I like convection where possible....so if I'm going butane I'm going convection. BUT...it will be on my list. I know I know, everyone who has ever tried one (for the most part) falls in love with the vapman, but...idk...some day. Not the feel I want....currently.

I need to stay on the Mighty thread more often, you guys are very helpful and I value your input. I've never felt better about considering a Mighty...(and a vapman as well...eventually)

Keep on keepin on, life is rough but keep chuggin! For the most part, many of you make a difference in my life, whether or not you know it.

That's how I use mine @AJS, last night it came up to heat and vibrated just when my wife was asking me to take out the puppy, so I was like no problem! Tossed it in my coat pocket, and took a huge rip as soon as I was out the door! It was actually my first outdoor session in months and it was awesome. Same thing with the car, I just leave it in there and use as needed, or toss in a backpack. I don't require ultra stealth so it fits the bill just perfectly. Looking forward to comparing the Mighty to my new MiniVap next week... now that's a big portable!

Hey guys, some weeks ago, my mighty cable broke down. The part where the cable comes out of the body that connects to the mighty completely broke off.
I searched through my room and found a cable for a western digital HDD with
Input: 100-240V ~ 50/60hz 0.6A
Output:
_______
12V - - - 1.5A

The mighty got charged, but like 40-50% slower. Now the cable of the HDD broke down too and I got a new mighty cable. I taped the sensitive area to avoid any quick failures.

Now, can I use the mighty cable on the HDD or does it overcharge* the HDD?
It's a WDBAAU0015HBK-00

Thx

I wouldn't use it.

The first lot of chargers had a known fault where the cable would break. Bickel and Storz replaced the charger with a new smaller one that doesn't break. You could have had it replaced under warranty.

Both my OG 12XXX and new 23XXX have the exact same identical charger. Like you Subway, I love both of my Mighty's, and just last night my wife said she never wanted to hit the HerbalAire Elite again in favour of the MIGHTY! It hits harder and faster!

Just came here to say... if you have the funds for the Mighty, go for it and it will not disappoint. I just cannot see how you can be disappointed by this vape unless you hate vaping altogether.

Over the past month since receiving my EVO, I've used my Mighty less, however as times goes by... I'm slowly crawling back to my Mighty. I cannot believe how strong it is for a portable and the vapour it produces is ridiculous. When reading reviews on which one taste better, I thought it was a clear consensus that the EVO tasted better, however I'm not too sure about that... I've been doing some blind taste testing on my friends and the results were quite surprising... all of them said the Mighty tasted better and they mainly combust unless I'm there with my vapes. I've tested it dry and through water... it seems like the Mighty brings out the flavour more, however the vapour is more harsh... The vapour of the EVO is definitely nowhere near as harsh, however it give you like a cold burn in your lungs similar to a dab hit which people may prefer.

Four months with the Mighty and it's still kicking ass. Agree with shaolinmilk, if you can buy one, do so. The Mighty just works so well, produces so much vapor, sometimes I wish it would stop (of course it depends on the quality of your material). I don't seem to notice the harshness as much as the potency of the vapor. Then again I'm relatively new to vaporizing, so this is nothing compared to combustion. And I do really like the taste, but this also depends on your material.

I have actually had this happen to me....like, late at night, thinking I'm close to finishing off a bowl, not really wanting to pick up a half-spent session the following day....and the damned thing won't stop pushing vapor at me. "Jesus, Mighty....knock it off already!"

Good problem to have! :lol::p:nod:

quick followup to my dealings with S&B america:

did they gave me a new mighty? holy shit?

new housing, new bowl, new serial number. either they swapped in my old batteries and i can't tell the difference, or this is just a brand spanking new mighty.

@shaolinmilk dude, that's like me to a tee. My Mighty got shelved big time after my EVO, but I have slowly been putting it through its paces. I will have to say, that I think the EVO is a better "taste" but that's not to say the Mighty has a BAD taste by any means....quite the contrary! Best of my portables. Pretty close to the Firefly, which was best tasting portable I ever used! And I use it at 390 or 400.

But, when I got it, I agree that the taste can rival the EVO on lower temps.....the flavor town I had rocking the Mighty on a low temp was a great treat when I first got it. Just slowly stopped over time, and found I wasn't getting as much (thought it was product, now I think it was likely less efficient conduction at that temp cause of gunk)

I cleaned it out today. Finally got a Magic Eraser. Will have to try it later at a low temp to see how the taste is. The visual difference is out the world though!

Name calling is not permitted here. Warning point issued.
Dont. When it needs to go in for repair. Tell them the date, don't send the reciept. And make the date as recent as you can. You WANT THE Warranty for as long as pissible or possible...whichever spelling you prefer.

@uhranium even if they don't send you a new gf...make sure she gets a new 'temper cooling unit'. We don't want you to end up with any more cracked 'fins'.

I'm so tired of seeing people take out the bottom screen by trying to pick at it from underneath ... you're gonna scratch the metal and it's totally unnecessary to do it this way. Just take your packing tool, firmly press the pointy end down on the screen towards the middle a couple times, and then flip your Mighty unit upside down and it'll plop right out. Seriously, stop being retarded stoners.

And no bro, I'm not gonna reuse screens, because I don't eat Morton steaks of off dirty plates.

Hi Fellow Mighty followers,
Been following this tread from the beginning.
In beginning sept last year i finnally ordered.(there was so much criticism going on about build quality,i didn't dear earlier:cry:.....).
It arrived 17 sept. and since then:love::ko::bowdown::whoa:
Sn: my027069.
Because of all the worries on this forum about battery life ,i have been really anal about
babying the unit.which means charging when 2 bars left till 5 bars, and taking it off the charger again.
I do have to use it now and then while charging, and then i have a little fan blowing on the unit to keep the batteries cool.:hmm:
Now 4.5 months later, i can tell you proudly, i have still 100% battery and unit function.
this is after an estimated 139 days X (on average,4 yes you read that right) grams of herb a day.
which means:139X4:0.25=2224 bowls so far....
My Mighty is always with me, on the beach, in the bush, along the river,in the boat during snorkelling,
on my back during trial riding, basically everywhere!:freak:.
i don't have to work, (my wive earns enough) so only do what i like.:D:cool::brow:.

It's got a shitload of social use to,with mates and their daughters:p.
From when i wake and vape till,i put my head on the pillow, all day.
I have a charger in the car, boat, and on the bike, so i can keep it topped up.:worms:
During the day i like to vape sativa's on 178 up to 186C. cooling unit or over water.
After dinner i like to vape indica's at 180 up to 191C. only over water.

THIS is seriously the best vaporiser i ever had, and i'm so in love with it i bought a second one, just in case this one has to be send in.........
I started vaporising in '94 with eagle bill.
I have had almost every vape you can think of between, and THIS is my FAVORITED.

My other favourite is the airizer air, got it as a present from my mate, and i still love it(and him for being such a good person)but very irritating compared with yup, The Mighty.

now i have to be honest, one downside is that they use plastic(i hope not for much longer as titanium 3 d printing is out now)and the downside of it being that it doesn't stand up to heat overtime.
which did result in one broken of rib(between the four poles)and the other one cracked,so that will go soon too:(,and after that i guess i'm in the same position as Wake and Vape(cool name!),
and will have to get new housing.

Now i like the vapour signature so much that besides the Air, and verdamper i really only use this little beast of a vape.

It was the first vape to make me finally stop combusting!:luv::bowdown::love::bowdown:.

I LOVE IT!

I currently have a Da Buddha ,which is great, that I have been using with whip and bubbler but have been very interested with the craft/mighty/volcano. The crafty is something I would LOVE as I live in a not so cool state, but the failure rate is troubling.

Im trying to decide between the mighty or volcano. Every time I lean towards the mighty I read stories about its failures of its own (cracked plastic, battery replacement, error codes, power button failure). I would really enjoy how the mighty is "portable" in the sense I can stash it in the trunk, but its not something I can pull out in public like I could the craft so its not really that portable. If I would invest that much and mainly use it at home the volcano seems like a natural fit as I faze the Da Buddha out to invest in a smaller portable (vapman, lily, grasshopper when it finally delivers)

Sorry thats a lot but what do y'all think?

i do feel that he portability of the mighty has all to do with the size of your hands.......
for instance i have huge hands(coalshovels called in Dutch)and i can completely con seal the Mighty in my hand, now if you don't have huge hands that might be a problem in your state:suspicious:.
and indeed then i would choose the Crafty.
But only then as the Crafty really is unreliable, compared with the mighty or volcano.
I personal Don't like the volcano, i rather would have a Air 2.2 elite.
reason:way to dry taste!were the elite for some reason seems able the retain the flavour, and pleasant experience.thats for the money a real flavourking:myday:.

My dad has thick sausage fingers and my mom has long fingers, my brother has long thin huge hands and I have short wide huge hands. Genetics eh? I can palm it and completely cover it sans the CU.

I agree about the general size though lacking it from being the best "stealth" portable. I have to keep mine in a jacket pocket without this protective case if I want to really take it out and about. Otherwise I carry it in a case.

there's a lot to read on this forum about both the mighty and crafty. from what I've read, the crafty seems more prone to failure, probably due to having a single battery vs. the mighty's 2. since the batteries aren't user replaceable, this means lots of (hard to say the %, but it does sound like S&B have a design problem they need to fix) warranty repairs - and the warranty's only 2 years.

the mighty's hardly super discrete, but is plenty portable, and vaping in public with a battery-powered unit already eliminates 2 main things that attract attention: lighter/flame activity, and clouds of very identifiable smoke, detectable from a distance. with a portable, all you really have to deal with is being seen with this medical-device-looking thing hanging off your lip - not optimal, but vapers solve that by ducking into less visible spots; without the smoke and flames, it's a piece of cake by comparison. I imagine that the vast majority of humanity doesn't even know about vaping, and wouldn't really be anywhere near certain what they were observing even if they did see you vaping. I see people with e-cigs all the time in public - does the average non-vaper even know the difference?

and you can even vape hash in the mighty. they're expensive, but a total game-changer. the biggest downside is that the vapor is so cool you have to be careful not to get too high, esp. at low temperatures.

Really? All of these failures you have read about are very rare from my research. I would not let it scare you one bit. The Crafty on the other hand.... although it wouldn't stop me from buying another one if/when I had the need.

Received my MiniVAP and Goboof Alfa..... neither come even close to the Mighty! So happy I have two!

For the MUZZMOD experts! I need to buy the JB weld epoxy....do i go with the regular that says:

Super strong, non-toxic, and temperature resistant up to 600°F

OR, do I go with the JB weld HIGH HEAT putty stick?

Able to withstand continuous heat up to 450°F, and intermittent heat up to 500°?

Confusing...

I'm so tired of seeing people take out the bottom screen by trying to pick at it from underneath ... you're gonna scratch the metal
whoa...who p*ssed in your cheerios?!?! :hmm:

I have NEVER scratched the metal doing it that way. But in life multiple paths lead to the same outcome. You do it your way, I'll do it mine.

And btw...how does one pick the screen from 'underneath' lmao.

stop being retarded stoners.
:rofl:The things I could say to that...lol, but this is a place for learning and relevant discussions. You could have trolled my YouTube page if you were just looking for a reaction.

Instead I will just sit here and cry because of the way you feel about my IQ

Plus you must not know any mentally disabled people, so I will excuse your ignorance.

And no bro, I'm not gonna reuse screens, because I don't eat Morton steaks of off dirty plates.
First of all buddy, I'm not your Bro.

Secondly your analogy has no relevance. How is cleaning and reusing a screen akin to a dirty plate?

It's actually like washing a plate and reusing it

Using your logic, you must use a new screen after every session?

Screens are expensive and hard to get 3rd party exact fits. ..I'm providing an alternative

Maybe you can provide an alternate solution?
