Me too. You'd think FF had thoroughly tested hole-size ramifications, but maybe Lozo out-engineered the company. The holes, in effect, get smaller with use. They look pretty good through the orange glow, but needle cleaning improves the draw. But it's a pain, and I've already had to do it twice in two weeks. Will probably try disassembling to see if that's easier. If nothing else, maybe Lozo's hack screens will be easier to clean if/when the holes start getting too small.Curious to see what the feedback is as well I love my Firefly the resistance is getting too much for me.
Welcome aboard!Firefly 2 has landed!!
First session and a few more done already! Enjoying the vape signature of this vape, made me sweat profusely!
Started at 195C with 100% calibration and flavor was very robust but the clouds were not so impressive.
More testing!!
I found it actually worked a lot better with a very lightly packed bowl and no ramping down of the load.
Settled on 215C with 109% calibration with awesome flavor and very nice clouds!!
May go up in temp and down in calibration or vice versa!
Love the size and weight of the unit and the looks!
My only complaint is that i need a few bowls and it gets very hot! Not a major concern though!
I still believe this bug is specific to some % of FFs. Lots of users don’t experience it. Mine definitely has this issue.Still having battery issues here. FF2's support emailed me about the new firmware - I really hoped that would help. It's a little better now and the app seems more accurate on battery levels, but I'm only getting maybe 4-6 draws before each battery dies.
FF2 CS asked me for my address recently and mentioned warranty service, so I guess I'll be sending it in soon. It would be nice if they'd send one that works while they fix this - I'll miss it for a few weeks.
Still love this vape, I just don't want to swap batteries so often. I expect more at this pricepoint.
Interesting. Mine is most definitely not....every battery exhibits the same behavior but just in one FF2.Mine battery issues are definitely battery issues not unit issues because the batteries act up in two different units while other batteries do not ...
Clean the battery contacts?
I did this but still get the flashy red
I’ve had nothing but great service from them concerning a defective unit.I am beyond annoyed with this company. After troubleshooting via email and phone, and sending the unit back, I got an email today that they found NOTHING WRONG. They said it was because I had the calibration set too high, but I've tried at several different settings. Holy shit.
They said they are sending my unit back. What a disappointment. I'm stunned. And pissed.
Has anyone had luck with an RMA, repair, or replacement with this company? They need to send me a new unit or issue a refund.

Curious, what is the problem you are experiencing?
I am getting between 5-7 draws before the battery dies. I had high hopes for their service, but am really bummed that they don't see the problem upon return. They said they are 'activating' the unit for 30 seconds at a time without issue. I don't think they are actually drawing on the device. So much hassle though, I've been communicating with them since early December about the problem.

At what temp, how long are the draws. Are they one after the other or spaced out in time. Spacing matters with Li cells because they have a recovery period.
It’s a 5.7Wh battery. I’ll do the math to see if it’s within spec.
It doesn’t have a airflow feedback so draw does not matter.
Ugh, sorry to hear that... good luck buddy, and thanks for sharing your experience. I was thinking if a firefly 3 comes out I’ll pull the trigger on it, but with issues like that with the customer services I’ll pass. Hope it ends well for you!
About 5-10 second draws. Usually spaced out between 10-30 minutes. I've tried between 360 and 420 degrees, and various calibration settings. When I sent it back to them, it was set at 111%, so they've said they think that's why the battery life is so short. The thing is, I have tried at various temps and calibrations in an attempt to lengthen battery life.
I called them today (until now most of the communication has been with their email support). They had their senior CS person call me back. She wants to send the unit back and talk me through a session on the phone. My patience has ended with this unit. I requested that they send a new unit or issue a refund. If I hadn't been trouble shooting with them for the past 3+ months, I wouldn't be so adamant about that.
Props to them for having their senior person get on the phone with me, but this has to end, one way or the other. It may be time for me to consider a new vape. Bummer cause I love the style of this one and I have four different lids.
From a three month old battery I get about twice that time at 380F, calibration at 100 with 20 second pulls spaced ~30 min apart.
I’d return it
