Do we think double stacking ceramic disc or sandwiching dabs in-between ceramic disc would prevent possible concentrate waste?

I haven't gotten mine yet, but it seems like a bed of herb or cotton under the concentrate disk will help prevent waste...
The "Sick Clip" will work... but it becomes a little difficult after baking... vaping...:uhoh:
I would personally stop at that point. If I'm too high to operate my vape, I'm high enough lol

Is the heater 18mm male size joint? and "rig attachment" top joint is 18mm female size?

How many dabs until the ceramic disc is dirty/clogged?

If someone could confirm because I'm just about ready to place an order!!

Hey gang! Right, I have a treat for you, it's very exciting! I am about to display my first ever FC glass milkshot videos!
@The Beagle you may find this of intetest.

This was a microdose virtual one hit extraction. I didn't weigh it but Im guessing 0.09-0.1g.
It was so easy draw and inhalation wise to very quickly extract everything in one hit.
I heated it for a second time after this but got zero vapor. Notice how quickly the load is extracted and the vapor drops off.
The hit was incredibly smooth as well. Taste was good, more neutral than any particular tones, but my sense of smell and taste was absent. I had already heated it for about 25 seconds, then just a top up at the start of the video.
Here is the abv, the second heat up browned it off but wasn't necessary:

Round 2- again 0.09 ish load size for dead easy one hit extraction, ignore the hemp fiber in the water dropped out of the bowl, I try also to show how little herb is in the bowl- barely enough to cover the screen:
No way on earth could I ever extract a load like those 2, so easily and with such smooth vapor in one hit, with the Vapcaps. To even try would mean unpleasant and harsh vapor for me.

Even 2 hit extraction with the Vapcap is more difficult for me to achieve, and still harsher/unpleasant vapor for my tastes.

Bottom line- the Elev8r excells at microdose one hit extraction!

What accessories come with the Elev8r? Which are must have add-ons?

Still waiting on mine, and I am was going through the accessories on the website. In particular, does the kit come with ceramic discs for concentrates? Or is that something I should order?

@thedeserttortoise a very good day to you bro! Thanks very much for sharing your views on the Blazer Big Buddy.
I think I am going to order one from Vapefiend. I just don't like handling and using the double brulee.
Just wanted to double check you are still liking the Big Buddy with the Elev8r after more testing?
Is it easier/more comfortable to operate too?

If yes to both Q'a, a simple  will suffice. I am sure the brulee torch will die some day, I should have a backup, so I might as well just get the Buddy right?
Thanks bro hope you are doing well.

Can someone compare the ELEV8R with ceramic disc vs organic cotton? Please.

@Alexis did your elev8tr box packaging have your glass protected in bubble wrap at all? Mine just arrived, and I could tell by the sound of the box that it wasn't going to be good. They protect the actual box with brown paper, but everything is a loose free for all inside that little box? Really? Wow talk about amateur hour here...i'm guessing this is on Elev8 and not 7th floor who has been in business for over a decade?

And I think one of these clips doesn't look right? :hmm:

Pretty sure @7thFloorVapes will make it right!

EDIT: THEY MADE IT RIGHT! And talk about quick CS!

Gosh sorry to see that man, mine was very well wrapped individually in brown paper, neat and snug in the box. Like the GS, I dread trying to get it all back in there if I need to.;)

It was perfectly professional, so I'm very surprised at what looks like an astonshining oversight in your case! Like, the box skipping the final step by accident sort of thing.

Anyway hold in there man until it gets sorted. Im super high from it tonight. Only using this and the Omni last few weeks now. I can see me using it very often, spontaneously and selectively even with the Ti in residence. So no regrets about my purchase so far.

Not sure what to say about the clips! Would need to see more angles, in real life as well. My optic nerve issue makes things harder to make visual/logical sense of too.
You just need a working unit to test the clips out and it should be clear what isn't right.

Good luck bro, keep us informed and have a chill night. Had enough Elev8r for now, an Omni bowl will actually go very nice. I am enjoying it more suddenly, nice to mix and match. It's like breaks, by "zig and zagging", or how it seems so clearly to me in this Elev8d moment anyway!:myday::lol:

It's getting harder and harder to wait for my free Elev8r to make it through the mail. Something else I was recently sent seems to not have made it to me so now I'm getting worried. Breathe. Breathe. :) You guys are making me so jealous! I have some rosin and CBD shatter I want to test with this guy.

Hold in there Diggy, your patience and positivity will be rewarded soon enough, we hope!
I am looking forward to you having it soon too, you know that warm feeling we wll get when we really want someone to be happy with a vape.

I just thought of one of my favourite Peter Tosh songs, so simple and pure, but so high! What a track for all those in "Vape Wait Agony" (VWA)!

The clip on the left is the same as the one I got... Sorry to see your Elev8r messed up... Mine came wrapped in that brown paper and arrived in fine shape... I dropped my stem unpacking it and had to order another.. With rush shipping and the extra costs my Elev8r was almost exactly $200 american.... And finally getting the right torch added about $100.. I'm using it almost hourly now with no regrets.. Don't worry, those guys will fix you up and they probably won't charge you anything considering the packaging job.. All the best.. Tortoise

They are the same company, just different divisions. But yeah some internal dunnage would have been nice...that's definitely a miss. And the sick clip is right. The ones for the Elev8r are slightly different than the standard ones. Not really sure why but mine looks the same way.

We are currently looking for shops that want to carry the ELEV8R. Let your local shops know that you are hungry for super fat, tasty rips!

Hey, thank you for letting us know because if not, we wouldn't be able to correct it. It has been sent to the right people and they have made corrections to the quality assurance process. We love you guys and thank you for the support.

Glad to see you are already enjoying it so much. It really is a surprisingly good vaporizer when you can dial it in to your preferences.
I just got my Blazer Big Buddy torch yesterday, I see you have the same one.
@thedeserttortoise , you are right bro, the Big Buddy ROCKS!
My enjoyment of using the Elev8r increased dramatically as a result of this torch. So much more enjoyable, fun and comfortable now. And I absolutely swear that the vapor was different as well- superior, smoother and better tasting.

It could have been a coincidence as a result of me being more comfortable and in tune with the heating process, but I am starting to wonder if different torches can actually result in different performance and vapour quality.

@thedeserttortoise have you made any observations to this effect?

Anyway, to all Elev8r lovers, I can strongly reccommend the Big Buddy. Fuck that shitey common double brulee torch!

Have a wicked weekend my Elev8r bros!

Hey 7th floor...what about a silicone rectangular box the length of the heater that you can slip it on like a condom and squeeze the heater and pull off to dump and reload while hot? Being rectangular it wouldn’t roll and you can stand up or lay down the heater in it plus easy to grab and squeeze cause of the corners.:cool:maybe @Ratchett ?:D
