I wouldn't compare the Air to the MFLB. I didn't like the Launch Box either because I didn't like inserting the battery every time you want a draw.
The battery lasts around an hour of time and this unit can be used plugged in. Maybe something like the Solo you would like more. Initially the Solo's battery lasts a little over 2 hours. It's really cheap. You can get one for less than $150. You probably don't want to shell out more money if you just bought your Air.
Just have more batteries charged and ready to go. Maybe you are missing your other vaporizer that's getting repaired? If you are having a problem with harshness at all just use s longer stem. The Air works well with a bubbler too. Sorry that you are disappointed. It's expensive buying vaporizers. Hopefully you will get used to it and like it more later down the line.
