4.2 volts is max you want to pump in, so without a crazy expensive charger, I think 4.19 is great.

Plugging the Air in after probably did not add anything more even though it was green. Just took that long for the circuits to see that the battery was good.

What is the external temperature like where your vaping? I do remember that in the winter, while in the cold car. mine would go into heating on every inhale. Someone posted a page or two back that using the silicone shield might help this effect.
Unlikely a defect in electronics. If anything it would be bad or mis mounted thermal sensor. But would be just guessing.
If not performing, use your warranty. Piece of mind is good with vapes. You really don't want to go through life wondering if vape is not working as it should.

I am in Florida, right now 90 degrees or so, heat index probably over 100. The only time I get a reheat flash is if I take a big pull right when it goes solid. I actually cut the top off my silicone shield, it was getting too hot under there.

Yep, sounds normal. Mine struggles in those temperatures as well. Have to wait longer between tokes and draw slower. Maybe not the vape for skiing...?
Somehow I managed threw those months though....

I gotta say, I feel like I learned something from those ridiculous cooking shows... presentation is everything. I wanna dive in and hit that bad boy. I love playing with all the different wood, glass, metal gadgets out there. Eventually, I'll make my personal ultimate "vape station" in my "cannabis cave" (with USB chargers in the console of the couches), who knows, maybe it'll catch on! I'm a regular at home good and TJ Max, so much cool stuff so freakin cheap. With a little ingenuity, I could design some cool set ups. My house will become one big vape lounge - wife will just LOVE that.

I currently have a DBV with a PNWT on the end to add some water filtration. It works great but I'm looking for something portable and have been looking into the AA. I have a few questions though
....

1. Do I need a pv gong stem to use my PNWT or will it fit on stock stem?

2. For Canadians, any recommended vendors? Best deal I've found is $199 with an extra battery, two caps and free shipping.

3. How powerful is it? I've pretty much only used my DBV and am unsure what to expect from a portable vape.

As mentioned the downstem isn't removable, that is a low profile 18mm-14mm reducer.

The mouthpiece will double as a 14mm GonG. The Pinnacle Pro Micro WT requires a 14mm GonG attachment, you should be good to go.

You can absolutely use the stock Air stems as a gong.

Canadian vendors I could recommend would planetvape or Torontovaporizer both are dot ca.

I don't even look at my Solo to set temps, muscle memory and the fact that it doesn't go from 7 back to 0 (no wrapping) means if I spam the up button for a few seconds I can dial down from 7, or up from 0. Should be a bit easier for you since it doesn't have as many temperature settings as the Solo.

Yep, counting works even with your eyes closed......most of the time.

And when counting doesn't work any more you've probably had just about enough.......time to press both buttons at once and put it down for a while?

Picked up my Joda 18mm stem today. Lookin' really nice. I'll have to wait on my D020 bubbler to get here to try it out, but I'm pretty excited for it. I like that the red/orange color really only shows up in sunlight. Otherwise it's blue/purple.
