Website is up. Things I noticed right away:
- No backorder feature.
- No live chat.
- No discount codes.
- Everything I need is still out of stock.
The layout kind of has that Windows 8 tile theme, not bad. But functionally, I see no upgrades at all. There is no reason the website should be live without backorder feature and live chat, IMO. Until you get backorder to work, the less graphical the website is, the better, since everyone is hitting with with change detection scripts.
I wonder if they got hacked TBH. They haven't answered my email regarding the mass emailing of everyone's old invoices. I was also going to have them purge my old invoice(s), but no response. Whoever worked on the website now could have that info. "PlanetVape will not sell or distribute customer’s personal information to outside parties." Hopefully not.

We have no backorder feature available or will have one in the near future. Like we have said here so many times before, we make all our specialized glass pieces by hand, over 24+ glass items just for the Solo alone. There is obviously more demand than supply and we make and sell as many as possible but it is never enough. A backorder system would be unmanageable.
Live Chat will be back, but wish list will be removed as everyone thinks it is a reservation system which it is not. Sorry, but the website was not built to specifically accommodate change detection scripts. We make use of ajax so those detection sites usually don't work well. Mobile browsing has been greatly improved, if you want a better browsing experience, stay away from IE9, it is not standards compliant even though we have tried to accommodate it as best we can.
If you would have read a few posts before yours, you would have all the answers regarding the emailing of old invoices. There was no hacking of any kind.

Hey PV I tried to contact you via email but your new site doesn't recognise my email address as valid(even though in signed into the site) so have to use the forum to air my query.
I purchased the blackleaf smoke shower from you guys awhile ago (excellent for vaping) and was considering adding the Blackleaf 12 slit ashcatcher /precooler you have up at 45 dollar.
Now I see it states it's very heavy and should only be used with a larger piece. That being said I still want it. My question is if you could find the time to mate the two for me to see if it'll fit fairly flush with the base of the smoke shower that'd be awesom awesome. Eagerly awaiting to pull the trigger.

I was hoping that PV took the down time , and re-stocked
their most popular items . I didn't hear anymore of glass supply
shortages from them lately . And they're suppose to be making
glass capsules for pharmacor now .

Had a glass accident need to restock some PVHES stems for the Solo. No luck and very disappointed for 2 days.
