i really like the water filtration for this vape while at home. cools the oil down just a little for when you are on the button too long, but admittedly, i use it less often then i should.

I was just on the Planet Vapes Website - it says that the GonG Adapter for the Solo (18mm or 14mm) are both in stock yet I continue to see posts about people waiting for the Gongs to be in stock. Am I missing something? Is the website up to date? I would hate to order thinking they'll be shipped out if while they're actually not in hand.

Basically those are just like the standard solo glass stems but with the Gong application. The Planet Vape High Efficiency Stems (PVHES) are the ones with the improved air flow and come in different options, https://www.planetvape.ca/pvhes-high-efficiency-stems.html. The Gong's that we are waiting for will be like the PVHES but of course with the Gong application. Hope this helps.

Yeah, they have the regular stock stem style GonG stems, that are just like the stock stem, only w/ the GonG attachment (flat on the end of bowl, no air vents) which are on the site now.
The PVHES GonG has the air channels, and slits cut around the edge of the bowl, so more air can get in, giving much easier air flow, much less restricted. Those are the ones we are waiting for. I've been using my regular sized PVHES stem w/ a TV glass attachment which luckily fits inside the stem, so having the PVHES GonG would complete my set up for sure.

Thanks guys - maybe its just me and the fact that I had an No2 first prior to my solo but after using the Vapir I have no issue with the restriction on the solo. The No2 has a huge flow restriction - with the solo I kind of motion the glass stem up and down as I pull and its been making beautiful clouds. My biggest concern is the fact that the glass is so loose on my M104. If the PVHES makes flow even easier than I cant wait to hit off one of those! 
Ive been using the OEM straight stem with a 1 inch piece of tubing from my No2 (which fits perfectly in the end of the solo stem) - with an 18mm elbow adapter from arizer on the other. Works perfectly as a WPA.

Yeah, I use the stock GonG still too, and have to move it around or use the tintest disk with it. The PVHES doesn't need any movement, just pop it in and get huge clouds with no strain from the draw. Once you put them side by side, you will know the difference. I am happy you are happy with the stock stems. I used mine for months before the PVHES was released.

Hmmmm, was just thinking....would be nice to get a straight stem that is about 1/2 the length, just for a bit more stealth....
or is that what the gong is for? or I suppose stealth adapter....but it would be nice just to have a regular straight tube that is pvhes, that is 1/2 the length.

Hey any idea what so ever on when the 18mm female/female adapters are coming in? I absolutely need a 45 degree one?
