Has anyone's order been shipped yet?
Same. Tracking states the Persei is in the USA. Does anyone know if a signature is required at time of delivery .

Thanks for the orders and your support. We had full staff on duty for the sale to make sure we would be able to honor our same day shipping policy. We even went beyond our 2:30pm EST same day shipping cut off and got orders out same day up until 4:20pm LOL.
So if your order is time stamped before 4:20pm EST on 7/10, it shipped same day on 7/10. We send out a shipping notification email to every customer when their order ships. The shipping notification email contains links to tracking info if Xpresspost or Expedited shipping were chosen, links to user guides, links to Canada Post and/or USPS, links to your account at PlanetVape etc. Some of these shipping notification emails get sent to spam folders because of the included links. If you did not receive a shipping notification email from us, please check your spam/junk mail folder. Also we attach .pdf files of user guides to some shipping notification emails and sometimes, especially on mobile devices, the email can't get through.
If you checked your spam/junk mail folder and still can't find the email, please contact us and we can resend it again, no problem.

It would be good to know if I need to sign for my package when it gets here.

Signatures may or may not be required, depending on your shipping service level and your country of residence. When they are required, they are mandatory, we have no control over signatures being required or not, but we can always help you choose a shipping method that best suits your needs, just contact us. We can also let you know anytime if a signature will be required or not, just respond back to your shipping notification email and ask, we are happy to provide any answers to questions about any orders with us.
The weather has finally cooled off now and we hope to have glass production back as soon as possible. Our sincerest apologies to everyone waiting for a long time for one of our PVHES and/or PVHEGonG stems/adapters. We are very behind in our glass production schedule and are working very hard to get all of our out-of-stock glass items, back in-stock.
We will also be posting better pictures, descriptions and details about the differences between the different models. Our straight stem storage/cleaning/travel tubes are also now in-stock and for only 1.00 more with your PVHES stem purchase, they are a great deal.
