I officially declare the Life Saber Vaporizer, by 7th Floor to be the best bang for your buck vaporizer of all time, and it just happens to be my favourite vaporizer of all time. This thing is just absolutely fucking awesome, and yep - i'm a officially a Nano convert, it sold today! No regrets! LOVE my LSV!

Still pimping just stuffing the VXL ELBs full and slamming 'em in the M2M, hitting it at 12-1 and BlastFuckingOff!!!!!!! The first one is just a taste teaser, with still respectable cloudage based on how much you put in the ELB, but after the first stir/tamp LOOK OUT! That will be one fat ass tasty rip of a cloud!

Looking forward to trying the MiniVap tomorrow courtesy of @lazylathe, and I hope it wins me over, i'm sure it will complement the LSV nicely. If not, i'm seriously thinking I may need a backup LSV. At $200cdn they are an absolute steal! Add a $10 M2M and a cheap glass bubbler off dhgate, and you have yourself a setup that money can't buy IMO.

Watch for @lazylathe review of the LSV in the near future when he demo's mine! I think he is in for a treat! We both have much of the same vape history and taste in vapes (Herbie, EVO, Cloud, Nano, Solo) so i'm sure he will be sold!

Yeah, the PD was great in it's time. There is a time and place for everything and right now, for me, the LSV is sittin' at the right place at the right time.

Especially when the LSV CAN be so efficient, maybe not quite PD efficient, but pretty darn efficient. I too can't believe it doesn't get more love here, 219 pages only? WTF? I guess it just means alot of satisfied Life Saborists!!!

The LSV is kind of it's own category. It's not a log, it's not a whip based vape and it's not a bag filler. I have no doubt that it's form factor have a lot of people doing this..........

Well, a day into my LSV ownership the overriding feeling is one of disappointment



...that I didn't buy one sooner! And possibly saved myself much money in the VAS chase!

I just really dig this piece of equipment.

It took a couple hours of watertool testing to find my groove.
First I was using an ELB in a M2M and was pretty impressed.
Then I tried the M2M with a screen stuck in the maria but it didn't work well at all.
Then I tried a screen stuck down at the bottom of the ground joint of the M2M like it is in the transfer wand.
Oh yeah!
That's the spot (for me, for now lol).
Using 2ish on the dial (I like high temps via water) and pulling fairly hard, same as I would with the Cloud+, the clouds are huge and dense and massively medicating.

As FreddyMac said, the Cloud is a bit more foolproof, the LSV takes a bit more patience to learn your own technique. But when you nail your tech I think the LSV is at least as good as the Cloud+, if not better simply due to the awesome airflow. @biohacker, you're so right, the airflow is where this thing *shines*.

And, on top of that, I love the LSV dry with the wand. I never liked the Cloud+ dry. I used it a little with a dry hydratube but the LSV with the wand is a far superior dry experience.

Early returns are telling me I am not going to bother getting an EVO when they're released here.

imo this is the only way to put the screen into a m2m. using it like this since half a year and very satisfied!

Hey Vito, I remember when I PMed you a looooooong time ago asking what you thought about the LSV in comparison to the e-Nano and Cloud. At the time I decided to just keep plugging away with the Cloud and Nano, but remember how you were saying the LSV is kinda like a giant Nano, and you are SO right! The only difference we have is that I actually prefer using the VXL ELBs in my LSV. I think the LSV doesn't soil the ELBs as much as the Cloud, at least on the sides. I'll take the LSV over Cloud or EVO anyday, especially for the money!

@biohacker, you're so right, the airflow is where this thing *shines*.

Other than the Herbie, I have never experienced airflow so good! I'm so stoked that you are digging the LSV as much as I am!

I tried an elb once or twice and I didn't get very good results.

The only thing I can think of is that I might need a m2m adapter that snugly holds the elb along its whole length...
All of the joints on my adapters just hold the elb right at the end of the joint, but they've got a bit of play everywhere else...

I've always just stuck to either a m2m adapter with a screen or the stock shorty wpa...

That's interesting because yesterday I was fitting elbs into m2ms and noticed a lot of difference in the play between pieces. I wonder if you're right? Worth testing, I think.

That's interesting because yesterday I was fitting elbs into m2ms and noticed a lot of difference in the play between pieces.

Even my ELBs slightly differed when using them in my Cloud+. One would fit more snugly than the other and I appeared to get better results with it.

What generation? The iPhone 4/5 take some pretty decent video if you have enough light for the sensor. You can even hand-hold the video and Youtube has a auto-shake reduction feature that helps a ton. Slowly panning a video while someone else hits it can look wonderful.

I'd love to see a video of the m2m in action. I couldn't get good results because of my HC.

I've had my LSV for a few years now and it seems that over time I keep having to go higher and higher on the temperature knob, is this common? I beleive I used to start at the 1 o clock position but now start at 3 or even 4 o clock (5 o clock is max).

I'm actually not sure if it's a change in the LSV or maybe me preferring to start at higher temps but there seems to have been a slow change over the years.

I've noticed a similar trend after years of use with my DBV. Since were both manufactured with ceramic heating elements its not a surprise they would suffer the similar pitfalls. Wear and tear in my opinion. Nothing lasts forever although I don't reckon its a hard fix.

My LSV is the best vape I've used so far. That being said, something that would make it more comfortable to operate would be an insulating grip around the base to keep it cool. Anybody have a solution that a) looks good b) works well? Maybe some thick rubber sheath? or something like a beer coozy? I like using it after 10 minutes turned on but I usually get up and do stuff while I wait and sometimes it's 30+ min later and I have to hold it from the cord because the base would burn my hand (it melts ziplocs). I have it turned up to between 11-1 depending on what I need to get done, usually no more than that - sometimes laying on cloth surface, sometimes not.

I lost the little light diffusing plug that goes over the orange temperature light, maybe in carpet drop. Is that something 7th Floor could send over? It is not necessary to operate it at all but it does look nice!

Also my temperature gauge handle cover came off the other day and adhesive was no longer good - any advice on how to fix that?

My baby's got problems but I love her!
