Would recommend anyone to give it a read if you have some free time, it’s quite short. The gist is basically encourage aggressive semi competence to slow things down or cause wastage since most people don’t naturally want to cause problems.

First 2/3 gives ideas to get started with factory sabotage either actively (eg sugar in the gas tank, sand in gears) or by doing things slightly incorrectly to accelerate failures (eg put tools away damp/dirty, in a way that causes stress/warping). Most of the active sabotage stuff is things that a kid with free time and a box of matches would’ve likely come up with.

Last 1/3 gives ideas for clerks and office workers to make things as inconvenient as possible and life uncomfortable for the Nazis and their quislings/collaborators (eg be the office energy leech, ask yourself what Colin Robinson would do). Some folks don’t even need to change, they’ve been causing passive sabotage their whole careers!

My favourite bit that’s been circulating socials lately is from the “Things anyone can do” section:

- Give lengthy and incomprehensible explanations when questioned.
