I wish we could. Originally I had targeted a much lower msrp but discovered that in order to incorporate the needed batteries and PCB, the cost was much higher than I had hoped for. Back in June of last year we posted the price of 199.97 on the website. Post 54 on June 14th in this forum supports this fact, no changes to date.

It's actually a place holder. We have the completed store behind this page, but needed to come up with a way to restrict visits until launch. If I allowed you in, you would have to fill out all your personal data, then find a dead end after wasted time and effort attempting to purchase product. It would be worse. This is a short term solution till launch.

Im not going to tell the entire back story as to how I got an indica but Ive had one for a couple months now and will be writing a review of it and will post it here in just a couple days. As long as the kinks are worked out I will be buying this vape the second its available.

My only real complaint about this unit is the chrome finish. Ill just be blunt and honest, I absolutely HATE it. I enjoy going for cruises and walks on the beach while vaping and this thing attracts so much attention its ridiculous. While walking on the beach I had multiple people turn and look at me and shield their eyes because the reflection from the chrome was blinding them. Im also not too big of a fan of this unit looking like a zippo either because it can get you some VERY odd looks and even in a few awkward conversations, such as the one I had with my boss who witnessed me using the indica in my car. He comes up to me the next day and asks me why I was sucking on a zippo like a crackhead....not cool (he is down with vaporizing). I feel if this unit was black or any other color besides chrome for that matter it would be a big time winner. Having a removable lid would also help with this association as well.

I would also REALLY like to be able to fully remove the cap instead of having it fold out like a lighter. It would be so much more comfortable to hold and to use if I didnt have an extra 2 inches of useless metal hanging off the left side. Every time I used the unit I had a hard time not just ripping off the top all together and not having one. Maybe it wont bother yall though.

This vaporizer extracts more from my material THAN ANY OTHER VAPE ive used. That includes the e-nano, the SSV, PAX, mflb, PNP, T-vape....it even extracts BETTER than my EVO and that is saying something. I get the most even dark brown coffee looking ABV every time and the color is completely uniform and requires absolutely no stirring or tampering with the bowl. I only ever used the top 2 heat settings however, purple and red. I could get vapor from the 3rd heat setting but it was VERY light. Overall from pushing the ON button and then setting it to purple (4th heat setting) it would take AT LEAST 3 minutes to start exhaling vapor. Keep in mind this is a test unit so that may be different with the final production unit.

The battery life is something I cant and wont comment on because it was a test unit and I wont be going into any details about the problems I had because I dont think its fair. I do think a replaceable battery would make this vape 20x more of a must have for me though.

Overall I was blown away by the Indica. My only complaints are the color and the top lid part being removable. Other than those 2 things and the heat up time I would say this vape beats every portable Ive ever tried and then some.

It's still too early to commit an answer. We are still in the prototype development stage and have not allowed our testers to evaluate. This may take several additional months before we release this rolling upgrade.

The improved battery on the Indica is great @ Green I'm getting 90 minutes of continuous usage. Awesome job on this! I too kinda long for a black or matte black version of this. The running joke with everyone seems to be, "well do you think people are going to be worried when they see you drinking lighter fluid?" :lol:

awesome news on the battery. i have spoken to the president and he is really an awesome guy to talk with. if the customer service is as good as he is, this will be an excellent product and one that will remain around for a long time. Good luck to Indica on your launch when the day finally arrives.

mmenzie, I couldn't agree with you more. Mike is an outstanding guy. If you talk to him, you just know your in good hands. He doesn't cut corners and is super passionate about his product and user feedback. I cannot wait to get an Indica. If its as good as all the reviews I've read from the moderators and other beta testers, this could be the next best portable!

Right on, Michael has been really great to deal with. Im flying out to meet him next week for the CC. See ya'll in Denver ;) Another scoop on improvements is the reinforced hinge weld to ensure your lid stays secure.

Mike I am in the Boulder/Denver area and would like to pick one of these up at one of the events this coming week. Due to having family in town i will not be able to attend the cup. Is there another event where i could just stop by and pick one up?

There are three events happening simultaneously this week. The Big Industry Show which starts on the 16th and who's third day is open to the public (Thats Friday), The Cup and the Rally, both taking place on Saturday and Sunday. I'm surprised your family doesn't recognize theirs a holiday that weekend.:shrug: Any ways, I plan to bring in some 2500 units. This will be Indica's coming out party. There may be inventory left at the end of the events, if so, they will be sold to local dispensaries who I'll privately post to you after the vapor settles.

Good luck Indica, Im pretty sure those 2500 units will be gone very quickly. All I took was my first bowl through it to fall in love with it.

You guys that havent tried it yet just dont know whats in store for you! I honestly feel like this will be one of the top contenders in the portable game for 2014. Not only do you get great vapor clouds AND super efficiency but the bowl last FOREVER, FOR EV VER! If I load the trench and put one of the "spacers" in there as well (probably fit another .1 or .15 in there without the spacer) the bowl will last me somewhere between 10-20 minutes and the only settings I use are purple and red! Sometimes I just dont understand how it keeps on producing as much vapor as it does but I LOVE it.

I cant wait to have a "real" production unit in my hands!

Will you be at the rally all day saturday and sunday or just specific hours?

Thanks Mike it would be great to meet you. I just wanted to confirm if i get to the rally early in the day i could pick up a unit. I am assuming you all will have a booth in the marketplace
