I am on the hunt for the ultimate 2 piece around 2.25-.50 in size.
most grinders seem to be lacking one thing or another, like not the best grip, or not the the smoothest action, or the teeth are funky.

I have an older Mendo mulcher 2 piece the double thick and it’s pretty awesome. The grip and thickness is so good. But I feel there can be better.
I wish GFL or HerbRipper would do a 2 piece. I’m on that oldschool vibe right now.

After my old wooden that I had for ages (was made by some guy buy hand) I figured let's go a bit more modern and got a Santa Cruz Shredder (large, 2 piece). Which doesn't grind that bad but gets stuck straight away and buying something anodised was just a big mistake.
So ordered myself an old skool wooden one again from here and I'm absolutely loving it nice coarse grind just like it's supposed to be !

It totally depends on the vape, not to mention the person and the buds themselves actually, but also what you're going for at the time... The key in my experience, is having a consistent grind, regardless of fine, medium fine, medium, medium coarse, and coarse, what you really want is a uniform consistency to your ground herbs for ideal performance

Defenitely got this Mimosa x Orange Punch for example, buds so hard you can throw them through a window and doesn't matter what grinder but it will always turn to pretty much dust which I hate
And that one in the Dynavap just makes me cough like a 12 year old virgin haha

whoa you got picture of these buds??? I have Mimosa x Dosidos and it's not like stones but very sticky!
I prefer the "stones" buds, they need less power to grind them

The sticky buds probably get hard as they dry out so older buds tend to get hard. I'm not referring to that strain necessarily, but any very sticky strain in my experience. Sadly, tho, according to my friend Betty, not everything gets harder as it gets older...

@cybrguy I cure my buds but don't let them dry out, way more of an old skool sativa guy myself then all them USA strains (have the feeling this is going to be a highly unpopular statement haha)

Up until '18, you took what you could get pretty much for the prior 50 years in Oklahoma. Today, theres soo many to choose from that its almost confusing !
My 1st "Lid" was about 2/3 oz. of cleaned Shake. No seeds, sticks, buds, No resemblance to any Flower....it was $8.00 ! It accomplished getting me stoned. Over the next 50 years, I purchased sacs that were 30% seeds and sticks...thats ALL you could find. Contrarily, there are 18 dispensary's within a 3 mile radius of my house.
Always wondered if I would survive seeing the laws change.
After harvesting 6 Indoor crops I got bored with my own....that is until I visited Dispensary's...OMG, Round, Hard, Dry PEBBLE'S...and besides a bit of flavor difference, I cant believe peeps are paying money for it. All Tumbled Rocks.
What happened to Hand Trimmed, still somewhat moist ?

Stumbled across the new Zam SS grinder today. Maybe it's just new to me-- I'm surprised he didn't swing by FC to announce it.

Ticks a lot of boxes: 304 stainless, "side teeth" on the inside lid, modular 3 or 4 piece build. I even like that it's 1.8" (I was actually shopping for a travel solution for summer).

Anyone know anything? The one review on VGoodiez was five stars but vague.

Their other model, "ZAM Grinder" looks a lot like the Mad heaters Reload with a built in grinder. Intriguing and could save State side folks some bucks on shipping.
Definitely curious if anyone has any experience with any of the Zams
