Still got to send in for blinking while not connected to charger....but for those with issues still with delayed charging i can inform you guys there is a new firmware update that dropped today same process as first update they are going update mine while it's there. Let you know outcome.......

Hi,I just got mine today.Thing is I am in Europe and there was only US wall charger.Will it work with an adapter? First charge via USB(not usb c ,first time I've heard of this) is taking forever.Already 6 hours plugged and still red light blinking...

What does the new firmware fix, delayed charging issue?

The units that were shipped today probably won’t come with that update will they?

Not sure what it fixed obviously some people were still having problems with charging. I have no idea whether units shipped today will need or not.

Love my square but having same problems someone else reported with their mouthpiece storage. MP is getting really stuck in there no matter how much I clean. Had to stop storing it there for now and leave inserted.

Yeah the o-rings can get snagged ime and overall don't seem of great quality or are getting too much friction.

Phase 2 units do not require the update. We just got the units in and we are updating firmware before shipping out.

Standard USB charging may take longer. The wall charger is compatible with 110V -240V range. So any simple adapter should work.

The latest firmware update: We addressed a bug. We also added vibration feedback to heat settings per your feedback. With the new firmware, the device will vibrate once at heat setting 1. Twice at heat setting 2 etc. You can switch it off in the app of course.

The vibrate feature to tell you what level you are on is definitely a great feature.

Good luck with the Mac support. Always heard they were a pain to get apps in their store.

I used my Samsung galaxy s8 plus charger which is usb c to usb a male and it worked fine. Don’t forget to turn on the vaporizer for the app to recognize the square cause if u don’t turn it on it won’t recognize it. As for the firmware update I used a regular flash drive with the otg plug the Samsung galaxy s8 plus came with which allowed me to plug that regular flash drive I got into the haze square with no problems at all.

Is the phase 3 Haze square still having charge troubles, seal/orings problems and vapor leaks?

I'm really interested in buy one but I just want a faultless product.

If they haven't sent phase 2,how are we supposed to know if phase 3 has any issues? :rolleyes:

They have fixed all issues with phase 1 for phase 2. No one has received phase 2 yet. They made an addition to vibration for the different heat settings, level 2 vibrates twice when heated up, etc. No one has received the phase 2 to comment on any new issues, but all the original issues have been rectified.

Not sure, they just stopped working, they do not hold the mp in storage or in the mp section. In use my performance suffers as the mp sits loose and allows extra air to be drawn in.

I can't seem to find it but Haze mentioned something about shipping replacements as the shipped o-rings were too small or something ( I really can't remember )

@Brassmonkie369 Thanks for the heads up! Free shipping on those as well.
