Nice man that’s good news!![/URL][/IMG] Got my Square back just a little while ago. It’s working great now. Took 3 hits @360 and 2 hits @380. First few hits were whispy, but last three hits, WoW!!! Packed the bowl about 3/4 full with a light tamp. Ground it medium earlier this morning and let it dry a little. Didn’t have to press down, just hold and hit!! Here’s a pic of the ABV after 5 hits.

Still getting inconsistent results, and I'm not sure why. When it works, it's great, and then it doesn't.
So I loaded up 2 bowls yesterday - same bud, same grind, same pack (full and lightly tamped). Started at 385 and first bowl I did 2 hita at 1pm, set it down for another 2 hits at 3, and about 4 hits a 6, turned it up to 395 and finished it off with about 2 final hits. The "on demand" concept worked great all throughout the day - so tasty, so powerful.
So later that evening, decided to share the full un-vaped bowl with friend. Tried 3-4 hits at 385, almost nothing. Several more at 390, very light. Finally upped to 400 and still almost nothing. Fiddled with it, squeezed it, but that bowl was done.
Here what the ABV looked like:
The far right is the one that I vaped all day - it's fully vaped with a few very dark specs. The one on the left looked barely vaped, a lot of green still there, not fully vaped.
So all I can figure is it's an airflow issue. Sometimes it's sealed correctly and heats to temp, other times not so much.
I tightened the center screw - it look about a 1/4 turn - and I'll see if it works better. It does feel tighter when switching bowls, but not overly so.
On another note, I got the easy load tray, which made cleaning the unit fully a real breeze. Very impressed with ease of cleaning - even with all those parts. Whole thing took less than 10 minutes, quick alcohol soak for the metal, swabbed the rest, it's like new.
I really do like this unit, and I remember all the little things with the first Dual, and how perfectly it runs now. I know Haze is on it!

I'm curious to see how much the square can extract. After 6 pods, my avb still has green in it. I have combusted once so I'm trying to extract the herb as much as possible... Brown would be ideal.
I want to be able to easily extract without combusting. I know there's a learning curve, I'd just like to waste as little material as possible while trying to master the technique required.

I know with mine when I had it, it would need to cool down in order for the wall charger to work.

Edit: if anyone has gotten an even browning avb, could you please share your
1) grind
2) packed amount / tamped down?
3) the temps you used

Happily waiting for my unit after what seemed to be only a 2 hour or less turnaround at the Haze return center. Defective button plus seal issue. May finally be able to experience the joys of making bff with my pro this weekend!
Handling Mfr support on FC is a little bizarre to me, but it's been very professional and patient thus far. I'm glad to hear people continue to gush over Haze's quality as a company after plunking for a pre-order. This is my first vape, folks!

Think it’s time for a pre order now that people are getting nice hits at low temperatures after the issues have been resolved. Question now is, when’s the second batch start shipping? If I order now will I get before first weekend of June to Canada

I feel like it shows how in touch with the community they are and gives it a more personal touch. I much prefer communicating in an open forum like this instead of just emailing someone. It also reduces repeat questions as people have the option to look back and see if their question has already been answered. In addition it allows them the opportunity to make sure there's no disinformation being spread.

My mailman has come and gon still no movement. Don’t get how it goes from movement on the way to me then back to “package acceptance pending”...What’s going on here?? Looks like it was movement then shipped back to Roswell now show acceptance pending! Thought it was already accepted well what was being tracked? Well anyway I’m not getting it back today after sending it in for repair. I should have just drove to the store myself since I’m not far.
***EDIT: issue was with USPS and spoke with USPS to resolve issue.

Did my first deep clean. Was easy to reassemble (with the loading tool), it's actually kind of fun to do, if you're the tinkering type. Just make sure you keep track of all parts and nothing goes down the drain or in the disposal. Be careful removing the silicone liner, you need some force to get it loosed, but try not to damage it if using a tool to pry it off or anything, I use my fingers so I don't accidentally tear or mangle it or anything that might affect airpath integrity.
Post reassembly, works great. I took it this am on my walk to public transportation, made it a very pleasant walk, clouds are more visible in outdoor light. Loaded each pod with a very fine grind, very kief-y, so I only loaded them about half full. I've found in my previous loads, when I remove a cooked lid, the flowers are sort of inflated or puffed up, taking up more volume then when it was loaded, so I'm trying a lower fill.
My battery is lasting so far through all 4 pods, approx 5-6 good pulls per pod, sometimes more, sometimes less. Temps on the high side, mostly step temping from 420-435-450. Unit gets hot after several pulls in a row at these temps, but bearable by my standards.
There's still some battery left, I haven't checked the app to see, but I just throw it on the wall charger and it takes approx 30 minutes to recharge - you go away and do something and the next time you go look, it's solid green, I like that.
Having a great experience with the square so far. The medication delivery effectiveness is impressive, it's a very pleasant signature I find relaxing and a good change of pace over my Supreme 4.
Haven't combusted since that once or twice in my first couple lids and before I dialed in for my personal usage, not a concern any longer.
