Man, had my hopes up for the crucible kit on 4/20... Still checking the website like a neurotic.

Had the chance to try this one out, and boy, I was quite impressed!

I have been critical about this device here when it came out, there are obviously some major drawbacks for me, but it sure does the job.
My friend got this one and gave it to me for a spin.

The vapor was superb! really thick and powerful, I wasn't sure I'm using the Ghost properly and I kept pulling my finger off after it started vibrating. I think after 2 tries I finally got it, and I might pressed for too long, but anyway, I got some really good vapor production and that's how I like it.
The taste wasn't as great as I thought, but this could be because of how I used it and the temperature (didn't even ask on what temp am I vaping).
I got high immediately and it was so fun...too bad its such a hassle to load and clean. I hope one day they can make it easier...give me a solo ghost and I'm done :p

Not a hassle at all. After you work with it for a wee bit, it becomes very easy & fast to do - second nature so-to-speak.

@Vaporcussion, he's above board. Just very expensive to rent for a month.

I gotta disagree. The MV1 is the easiest vape to clean I’ve owned. It takes me just a few minutes. It doesn’t get dirty quickly, either. Loading it is a bit fiddly, I’ll grant you, but a little practice makes that better. This is an excellent vape for everyday use.

Well, compared to Solo, cleaning is a hassle :D
But yeah, I'm talking about loading as well, it's not very comfortable, and you must get a dispenser ... which is out of stock :(

The dispenser is a necessity in my opinion (and many others), or at least extra crucibles and the 3dDelta holder. At that point I prefer the Ghost Crucible dispenser for the overall cost, form, etc.

I just received mine yesterday and with the ability to cycle through crucibles to keep them spotless, and to be able to load up a bunch is very handy. I like the whole system even if it's more involved. The tradeoff of convince for the features it provides are worth it for me.

Does anyone notice buildup on the outside of their crucibles? While cleaning my original 2 that have seen about 30+ sessions each I noticed they're darker on the outside.

Hmmm, maybe the new crucible dispensers are taking so long because they are making them smelly-proof this time... That would be super cool.

Since there is no official case for the MV1 yet -

Which carry case is best for the MV1 + Crucible dispenser?

Thanks!

My MV1 fits snugly, but nicely in my IQ bag. Unfortunately, I don't have a dispenser yet... If you send me one of yours I'll measure and take pics. :brow::brow::brow::rofl:

Has anyone tried this alternative crucible holder and can share thoughts on how it compares to the original dispenser in terms of convenience?

They are great backups and still convenient.....I have two five crucible holders.and two different colors so I can differentiate between strains! Hope it helps......

Haven't taken the Ghost crucible out of the house yet. If I do tote 1 along, it's just the one crucible holder; just throw the 1 holder in my pocket. Probably would do the same with 4-holder. The Ghost would go into a purse, jacket pocket, etc. cause it's bigger & more plasticy. The delta one feels more rubbery. They both get the job done. I like both, but the Ghost is more sophisticated.

"[To] all our other customers who have been inconvenienced by the lack of availability of crucibles lately - our sincere apologies. It's far from an ideal situation, including for us, and we have been working to rectify it - and if we've been vague it's only been because we haven't wanted to put a definite date on things before we knew one, and risk disappointing you further.

While I still don't have a 100% confirmed date for crucibles being back in stock but we are due to commence production very shortly indeed. While we won't be posting regular updates on our supply chain we will provide additional info as and when we can, and when they're back in stock all customers who have requested it will get an email notification advising they're ready to purchase."
